It has nice swimming pool and tennis court. Rooms are spacious. Free coffee and tea and microwave. Older style hotel but clean.

Need better signage at street on where to enter. So easy to miss. Beautiful pool. Backed by reserve is nice.

Property was great for the price and shops/restaurants/ocean pool/beach were only a few minutes away. Even had a game of tennis. Beds were comfortable. Free parking.

I stayed with young kids and we enjoyed it. The place is dated but clean. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Toilet was running the whole time and taps ‘groaned’ every time you turned it on. Road was noisy outside. But it was clean and tidy. Reception was very friendly and helpful when I arrived. Pool and tennis court looked nice and clean too

We have an overnight stay at this motel. It was clean, comfortable and affordable. Our bathroom was renovated and parking outside our ground floor room. The room was spacious and reception friendly and helpful. It offers room service and has a pool and tennis court (which we didn’t use). Overall a pleasant stay.

It was a lovely property, the pool was fun, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. It had all we needed along with foxtel. Thank you

Noisy, outdated, dirty sheets on bed ( found a long black hair on bed ), tap handle kept spinning in bathroom, ventilation fan in bathroom didn’t work, you can heat everything going on in other rooms BUT reception staff were friendly and welcoming!

Staff where amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean but shower had black mould on floor between tiles.

Affordable weekend stay compared to many overpriced places. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Air con. Close to attractions. It’s all we needed.

Staying at Shellharbour resort was a bit like going back to the 70's. The room itself was fine - roomy and the furniture was in decent shape. There were several dead beetles on the floor, but at least they were not moving. The bathroom has not had any work done to it since the building was built. The shower enclosure door appeared to have broken, but rather than install a new door, there was a shower curtain over the opening. Rather than toilet paper rolls, there was a public toilet style dispenser that dispensed a sheet at a time. The shower pressure was great, and no shortage of hot water. All in all, fine for a night on the road.

Clean and tidy room.

Staff were excellent. The name of resort needs to be changed to motel ans that’s what it is and price needs to be reduce to about $100 per night compared to other beautiful places I have stayed at for the same price. An old bandaid was left in the shower which makes you think how clean the rest of the room was eg sheets etc. Again could not fault the staff.

Spotless

This place is far from a resort. With the amount they charge per night, far from worth it and I can’t believe they charge so much for an awful old place. The room smelled really bad. The bed spreads and blankets were not clean. There was hair on the blankets likely from the previous people. The bathroom was old and smelled and not clean in the shower. I didn’t step foot in there. And it just felt overall awful and made my skin itch. Furthermore the tv was super old, so don’t expect to watch Netflix or try to stream from your device. Don’t waist your money, it’s not worth it.

Perfect for when visiting family and friends, rooms are big, beds are comfortable, not modern or brand new but always clean. Some facilities like pool and tennis if you wish to spend time at the motel. Walkable to the beach.

Clean property and very friendly staff. Terrible sleep as walls are paper thin and every conversation is heard. Suggest you request a room upstairs might help?

We had tea/coffee making and a small microwave. The motel is about a 10 min walk into Shellharbour and about 15 min to its beach and public ocean pool. Reception closes at 8pm and we’d forgotten to organise a late check in but a call to the motel about 8:45 took care of this for us. Overall it’s a pretty nice place for a short budget stay.

The QR code didn’t work to order breakfast, the cold water tap in the sink was very noisy. Very dated bathroom and decor

Bathroom tap sounded like a freight train when turned on. Pillows were very high and lumpy and sheets pilly. Money needs to be spent on improving the rooms.

The best thing about this place was the attentive staff. We had a few very small room issues (non-working lights) but the staff sorted them out straight away and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Make sure you search the name of this resort on Google Map ... becoz the GPS will guide you to the wrong place if you search by it's address. The Front Desk is not very helpful when I called her for direction after I was lost. It's restaurant is closed for renovation & this resort is sitting on nowhere near anything within walking distance. Again the Front Desk is not very helpful making recommendation re where to eat. It's swimming pool is located between the highway & the resort ... which is an odd place to be becoz it is not quiet neither private. Quite discouraging. The room is good sized & clean nonetheless "not new". Got more TV channels than the usual which is nice. They always left the window towards the highway opened. So if you're bother by the noise, go check your windows & close them. If you prefer fresh air than A/C you can keep the bathroom's window open instead. Works well for me. There's no extra blanket in the room. So if you're feeling cold, the only thing that could save you is the A/C. Whether I would stay here again next time I'm in town ? ... may be. After all it is NOT the best nor the worst place I've been to at similar price range in the neighborhood.

Staff were pleasant, great amenities and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Will come here again if ever in the area.

It is a basic Motel but only took 14 minutes to walk into the shopping and restaurant area.

Not exactly a resort! Informed at check in the restaurant was not operating yet it was well promoted on the website. Bathroom tap leaked all day and night. Won't be back!

Very nice motel. Good evening meals which are good value for money. Pool nice and staff very helpful. Room very comfortable with sofa and free movie channels.

We were disappointed that only room service for restaurant as that was one of the reasons for our booking The room very clean but needs an update! Can’t remember last time I had a hotel room with blankets on bed was as mentioned very clean

The accommodation and the location suited our needs and there was plenty of parking out the front. We ate several meals at the restaurant and the food was most enjoyable.

Nice place ,friendly staff, great room service and close to shopping, beaches, restaurants etc..

It is dated but it is comfortable. the only downside is not the right cutlery or glasses to drink out of in the room. Had dinner the first night at the onsite restaurant food was good, however then I could not have the left overs later when I was hungry because no cutlery in the room. A chair on the balcony would be nice as well. Overall good though right price good location.

Nice stay ( 1 nite ). Room was great sith only small problems - basin tap wS too small and filli g kettle was best thru the shower. Water pressure made some terrible niises at times and road was used as a race track by hoons up until about 10 pm. Other than yhose minir grumbles the stay was great and food at the restaurant was terrific
