Me gusto que aceptan mascotas y en su publicidad Diana del Bosque, dicen que aceptan mascotas sin cargo. No me gusto que cuando llegue al hotel avise a la recepcionista que llevaba una mascota y me quiso cobrar por la estancia de mi mascota, cuando le mostre la publicidad del hotel, me dijo que no era publicidad del hotel e insistia en cobrarme, hasta que le dije que subiría que no cumplian con lo que publican, ademas de mal genio la recepcionista, turno nocturno, supongo, porque en la mañana al entregar la habitación, ya estaba otra señorita muy agradable. Mi estancia fue el 18 de junio 2025

En primer lugar la recepcionista a quien le dice. "Chele" trata de manera déspota y grosera a los huéspedes y hace sentir ignorantes a quienes visitamos como turistas la Ciudad de Morelia. Las habitaciones no se parecen en nada a las fotos promocionales, poco aseadas, con camas muy incómodas, con presencia de cucarachas y se escucha todo el ruido de las demás habitaciones TODO. El hotel no está nada cerca del Centro Histórico como te lo hacen creer, está en una zona muy sola y poco iluminada, pésima experiencia mi estancia en este hotel y pésimo servicio para el costo de la habitación.

No sé si es porque aceptan mascotas, que huelen a mugre las habitaciones y hasta cucarachas había. A diario teníamos que llamar para pedir toallas porque ni para secarse las manos dejaban y que además estaban deshilachadas y percudidas. También diariamente teníamos que pasar primero a recepción para activar la tarjeta para poder entrar a la habitación. Un día dejaron mal cerrada la habitación la persona que hace la limpieza. A pesar de que hacía frío, la habitación se sentía sofocante. En una parte del estacionamiento colocan la basura y huele muy mal.

No hay internet en las habitaciones, únicamente en el lobby y es muy lento, estábamos 3 personas esperando tener mínimo un lugar donde nos dejaran tener las conferencias y se nos negó, las tuvimos que tomar en las sillas del lobby, las toallas y sábanas ya son muy viejas y deshilachadas, el resto no fue malo

La habitación es bonita la verdad pero el trato del personal de recepción MUY MALO son groseros poco atentos y nada amables. Y cabe mencionar que te quedas un poco intranquilo con el estacionamiento ya que no hay control de entrada y salida de tu coche al estacionamiento. La mesera de la cafetería súper amable denle un aumento por qué es lo más rescatable de su personal.

We have a family reunion; we make reservations a month before to stay at the same hotel, but Hotel Diana del Bosque cancel on some of my family reservations 3 days before our check in, when we complain they try to put the rest of my family on the same room they have assigned for me and still charge them, So they have already charge me for the room and still wanted to charge my family as well, we all refuse it and requested to cancel my reservation and refund my money so my family and I find other place to stay all together, but they also refuse to refund it.,

Faltaba una puerta en la regadera y solo había 1 bote de basura en el cuarto y era el del baño. Las llaves se desactivaban a cada rato. Buena ubicación para ir a Santuario de Guadalupe y Cañafest. Gente del aseo muy amable. Buffet excelente. Gente de recepción podría ser más amable.

Big bathroom and room. Had to ask for water. Sheets don't fit bed so it didn't always cover both of us. One garbage can in the bathroom No Kleenex. Soap and shampoo provided. Quiet enough and clean. Walking distance to medical appointments. Across from a walking park.. Nice restaurant in hotel.
