They have made nice improvements to this hotel since we stayed there when it was under a different brand. The fitness center is spacious, well-equipped and well-maintained. Breakfast was tasty. The bed was very comfortable. I expect to be back.

Absolutely wonderful time. When you can bring your big dog to this quality of a hotel without extra hassles it’s wonderful! Delta is now my go to hotel when I am in the area!

This is an interesting place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The lobby is bright and cheerful. The breakfasts are definitely better than most other hotel breakfasts. The elevators are older and show some wear, but arrive quickly enough. The free parking is plentiful and feels safe. The location is pretty neat- tucked away in an older shopping mall, surrounded by green. I brought my dog and it made for some lovely walks.

The staff were lovely. The room was big and comfotable but could use a little sprucing up. Room was serviced daily which was a plus. Had Lavazza coffee on Sunday for breakfast. Lots of shos attached to the hotel but room was quiet. Very convenient to Loyola University! Parking was terrific and no extra charge. Will return when we go back to visit our grandaughter.

I’ve stayed here three times now over the course of three years. The rooms are large and the gym equipment is good. Now there are restaurants in the same complex so this is an improvement as well.

Dirty. Hair everywhere, pillow & sheets even in the bathroom.. the toilet wasn’t flushing so I had to call front desk to move me to another room which was cleaner than the other one but not as clean as other Marriott hotels. All in all very disappointing experience don’t be deceived by the pictures lol that bathtub was crazy

I got bed bug bites from my recent stay at the hotel. The bed was not comfortable. The shower was not great either; water pressure was non-existent; towels were rough. Not many other hotels in this area which I need to stay, so this was the default place for me to stay. Cross Keys is wonderful, but the hotel needs to step up its game to match the level and quality of the rest of this village area.

Hotel needs update. Room could be cleaner- bathroom floor was not clean and had hair on the floor. Refrigerator had food from previous guest and not clean. Carpet was not clean and seems that was not vacuumed .

This property was FILTHY I mean the reviews did not match the condition at all. The entire hotel smelled like damp stinky carpet, the bathroom in the room is what made me check out literally 2 hours after checking in. The toilet seat was left up, the roll of toilet paper was almost done- it should’ve been completely changed out to a new roll- the toilet bowl had metal scratches all over, the bathroom was over all disgusting I couldn’t think of using the bathroom or taking a shower here. The refrigerator in the room had dents all over- they have out dated things in the room it may have been cleaned but the outlook of it was not worth their nightly charges, this property should be listed as a motel and not a hotel. We had to book a hotel in another city in Baltimore at 3am 45 mins away just because of this.

The hotel is clearly in need or in preparation for renovation. We were able to overlook the outdated furniture, etc. What we found most unacceptable were the hole in the curtains that appeared to be from dry rot, the shower fixture falling off the wall, the dirt and grime in the bathroom floor under the sink and the soiled sheets. When we called the front desk to ask for new sheets were were told to come down and get them ourselves. We will never stay here again.

Our from was dirty- specifically blood on bathroom counter. The property is under construction and extremely confusing to navigate. The facilities were old, dirty and we will not stay there again. It’s a shame because Marriott was always a good choice for us, but no longer.

My stay at Delta Baltimore North Hotel was decent overall. The room was clean, organized, and comfortable, but the bathroom was a letdown—the shower hadn’t been scrubbed properly before my stay, which took away from the experience. On the bright side, the front desk staff were wonderful. They were very friendly, helpful, and even allowed me a free late checkout, which I really appreciated. The location is also a highlight. There are plenty of shops in the same lot, and I had an amazing time at Nine Tailed Fox nearby. The food was 10/10, the drinks were excellent, and the bar had an upscale yet reasonably priced vibe. The hotel is in need of freshening but it is convenient and fairly priced. Breakfast was complete and tasty. The only demerit I can assess is for marijuana smell in hallway. I guess no smoking signs mean nothing nowadays.

Adequate but little more. Poor breakfast, inconvenient location, tattered at the edges with a very noisy HVAC. Room itself was comfortable and reasonably well appointed. The staff, once one got their attention, was pleasant. Will not return.

This hotel was very nice. I'd definitely stay again. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the water didn't drain well in the tub during my shower, and none of the mirrors had adequate lighting.

Bed was very comfy. Hotel is run down (chipping paint, a lot bleach stains on rug in room 324, elevator’s numbers do not light up) and Cross Keys has recently upgraded many of its shops and restaurants. It is quite time for Marriott to improve the hotel in this upscale venue/neighborhood. I hope plans are in the works, Marriott!

The hotel is fine. My room was comfortable and pretty clean. The bathroom could use some work. The breakfast was not very good but kudos to the woman managing it. She was very good. The day I was leaving, I called the front desk and requested a late checkout for noon, rather than 11:00am which the front desk granted. At 11:00, housekeeping knocked on my door asking me when I was leaving. I said I had a noon checkout. About 15 minutes later, I got a call from the front desk asking me when I was leaving. I reiterated my noon checkout. Fifteen minutes after that, someone knocked very loudly on my door. I opened it and two hotel staff members were outside asking me when I was leaving. I repeated that I had a late check out, that I had already spoken to three different hotel staff members, and that I would be leaving at NOON. They agreed to it again and told me they were not asking me to leave (but clearly they were.) Not the best farewell experience.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Hotel staff is very friendly and the continental breakfast is very good. The only drawback was that the room was freezing on check-in and I guess due the season, they had not yet turned on the heat since no matter what I did with the thermostat, no heat came out. I had to just cut off the air. I tried call the front desk twice, once around 6 pm and again at 8pm but was either put on hold or no one answered. This may just be a staffing shortage. It is however a very nice property and area and I would give them another try when I am in the area.

Had a quite noisy crowd next to me and at 1am I called the desk and asked to be changed to another rm. The staff member was more than obliging and as they only had a 2 bed rm left, she put me in that. I was not charged extra!! The staff were extremely polite and giving...I really appreciated that...

Although it was an older bldg Marriott did a wonderful job redesigning the facility. And of course Marriott mattresses and bedding are a wonderful sleep. The front staff was lovely and accommodating.

Well the staff at the front desk including the manager and the hostess were fantastic. They provided assist with accomodations and the parking situation. And watched her float around the whole dining area greeting guests, replenishing everything, and just making sure everyone felt warm and welcomed. She is excellent 👏. I could not believe her level of care and concern. Any establishment would be lucky to have her. I travel a lot and stay at tons of hotels. Fruits are done, not my problem. No more yogurt. Oh well. You need milk for your cereal, give me a few minutes while I finish this phone call. I have been to higher rated establishments with poor hiring capacity and even worse employees. She is the example, the real deal model, for how the breakfast bar should look and feel. Congratulations on securing such a lovely employee Delta.

There was a water main break at the property so we weren’t able to stay there!!!! We received NO email or phone communication from Marriott ahead of time, so we only learned the situation when we arrived! Someone at the reception desk gave us a piece of paper with the names of four alternative hotels on it, and we were lucky to book the LAST room available at one of them!

This is an interesting place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The lobby is bright and cheerful. The breakfasts are definitely better than most other hotel breakfasts. The elevators are older and show some wear, but arrive quickly enough. The free parking is plentiful and feels safe. The location is pretty neat- tucked away in an older shopping mall, surrounded by green. I brought my dog and it made for some lovely walks.

It is a lovely hotel. My partner works at Pimlico and the proximity to the track cannot be beat. Lots of dining options just outside the hotel doors. The beautiful room was wonderful break from sleeping in the jockeys room!

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Hotel staff is very friendly and the continental breakfast is very good. The only drawback was that the room was freezing on check-in and I guess due the season, they had not yet turned on the heat since no matter what I did with the thermostat, no heat came out. I had to just cut off the air. I tried call the front desk twice, once around 6 pm and again at 8pm but was either put on hold or no one answered. This may just be a staffing shortage. It is however a very nice property and area and I would give them another try when I am in the area.

Arrived at night and could not actually locate the hotel until called front desk and were told to put in a specific address and found it. There were no directional signs—that would have been very helpful especially with the construction. Odd smell in hallway Otherwise was quiet and room was comfortable.

Property is in a safe location, convenient in North Central Baltimore. It has very easy access from I 83. We picked it for its reasonable cost, and free parking. Some shopping nearby, but we did not visit any of those as it was not on our agenda. However, it needs updating. It’s pet friendly, but we didn’t bring any pets, andwe did hear a lot of dogs barking in the hotel across the hall from us.

The hotel is fine. My room was comfortable and pretty clean. The bathroom could use some work. The breakfast was not very good but kudos to the woman managing it. She was very good. The day I was leaving, I called the front desk and requested a late checkout for noon, rather than 11:00am which the front desk granted. At 11:00, housekeeping knocked on my door asking me when I was leaving. I said I had a noon checkout. About 15 minutes later, I got a call from the front desk asking me when I was leaving. I reiterated my noon checkout. Fifteen minutes after that, someone knocked very loudly on my door. I opened it and two hotel staff members were outside asking me when I was leaving. I repeated that I had a late check out, that I had already spoken to three different hotel staff members, and that I would be leaving at NOON. They agreed to it again and told me they were not asking me to leave (but clearly they were.) Not the best farewell experience.

They have made nice improvements to this hotel since we stayed there when it was under a different brand. The fitness center is spacious, well-equipped and well-maintained. Breakfast was tasty. The bed was very comfortable. I expect to be back.

Their website is misleading. There are no microwaves in rooms. There is one on each floor. The restaurant they mention that is open until late is no longer there. Its been closed for years. There is however a cafe "Easy Like Sunday" which is very good but pricey. The hotel is very hard to find. Not enough signage. A lot of construction going on. The stainless steel small trashcans in the room and bathroom need to be cleaned. Had dead bugs in them and needed to be wiped down on outside. Beds were comfortable. TV had only a few channels you could watch on the 1st day we were there but had many more channels on the 2nd day. Room was a nice size. They should probably talk about the few shops that are right there in their advertising.

I call it a boutique hotel because it has independent shops and restaurants around a courtyard. Our room was spacious, clean and the hotel offered a complimentary cooked breakfast in the morning. The desk attendants were professional and very helpful. Cylburn Arboretum is close by and wonderful place to walk around if you have some time to stroll. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in north Baltimore.

The elevator is really shabby, which gives a bad impression to start with. The TV in the first room I was given didn't work so I had to pack up, go back down to the front desk, and get a new room. The fan in the bathroom didn't work either. Lighting in the room was poor - no overhead lights and the lamps were really dim. Breakfast was lousy - scrambled eggs were not made from fresh eggs, potatoes were really bad tater tots (no potato, only fried coating), muffins were soggy. I only stay here because my elderly mother lives in Cross Keys. Next time I'll stay at the Colonnade even though it's a little farther away.

All was great! Two things were there is no fan in bathroom so after a hot shower, we needed to wipe the mirror off so we could finish getting ready. The second thing was the sink drain did not drain properly and took a while. Besides that everything was awesome.
