We spent by our fourth visit to Baltimore yesterday. We stayed at this Marriot each visit. We noticed that service this time was lacking. We had a blocked bathroom sink notified the desk at 2:30 PM again at 9:00 PM and received no results upon leaving at 9:00 AM Saturday. This is not typical of a Marriott Delta property. Service should be a priority.

As return visitors, we found the Delta to be conveniently located and extremely comfortable. We will return.

It was nice to be back to Cross Keys as those of in or from Baltimore refer to it. It’s in a great location. The shops are mostly new. My favorite, The Store, is gone. Only Williams Sonoma was of interest. The hotel said the restaurants there are wonderful. What else could they say? We had two queen size beds in our room. Both were so slanted towards the night table that it was a challenge trying to get to the center of the bed so we wouldn’t worry about rolling off of them. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was what one would expect. Was so unhappy to see the amount of plastic used. Horrible to think of the amount of plastic these hotels generate. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. It’s a sentimental favorite. There is much they could do to spruce it up.

The Delta hotel is surrounded by new construction and it looks like the owners are trying to squeeze 1 last year out before selling. Everything is in disrepair. Our room had a flooded balcony with rotting wood. They staff seem like everyone they meet is trying to pull some kind of scam. I will not be going back.

Very well kept older property - but well maintained and updated. In connected to an outdoor/upscale shopping center and has good security, great restaurants and nice shops. Parking has always been covered and free - but that might change, for no particular reason other than more money for the hotel, there is more than ample for the hotel and center. They do host events, particularly on weekends. This is normally not an issue, most of the events are upscale, however for our last stay the stench of cannabis was overwhelming. The staff was appalled by this when informed, but it was an issue.
