않좋은 리뷰가 너무 많아 걱정했는데 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 커피랑 티 서비스도 있어 좋았네요 특히 뷰가 너무너무 좋아요 풍차도 볼수 있고 도개교 올라가고 내려가는거 다 볼수 있어 너무 좋았어요 다만 엘레베이터 고장난게 아쉬워 별하나 뺐네요 꼭 강뷰로 예약해서 숙박해 보세요^^

Check in is remote, if you don’t have wifi (service) you won’t be able to get in. Customer service also can’t be reached if you have no connection, luckily the business next door was open and they granted us access to their wifi. There are few dining options near by but there is a small convenience store next door. The location is perfect to visit Zaanse Schans. It would be great if you could rent a bike at this location. Room was basic, pretty clean. The key wasn’t working at some point, we wrote to customer service and it took a bit for them to reply saying they were having technical difficulties and to try again later. This could have been a huge inconvenience if we needed to grab our belongings to get to the airport or if we urgently needed to use the toilet.

Excellent location, but very limited dining options within close proximity. Parking is easy and free. People around the hotel were helpful, but there really isn't any staff around.

I stayed for 5 nights for work. The room was spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. There were a few very minor issues: the coffee machine in my room didn’t work. There was no shower gel provided in the bathroom ( only shampoo ), there is no light in the wardrobe and it was very dark so made it very difficult to see clothes when getting ready very early in the morning. A all fridge in the room would have been appreciated as it was very huge when I stayed so any cold drinks or food went warm very quickly when left out on the side. Some of the restaurant staff were quite abrupt & service was quite slow. I asked for some parmasam cheese for my pasta and it arrived 15 minutes after my pasta had. There also isn’t anywhere you can sit and eat your own food. I understand that the hotel has its own restaurant but one evening I wanted to eat a quick salad I’d bought from a supermarket (I’d eaten in the resultant 3 nights already) and was asked to leave the premises or eat in my room. It seems a shame that there isn’t a small outside space that guests can enjoy without having to purchase something, especially when it was very hot when I stayed and my room was on the ground floor next to the bike store so I had to keep the curtains closed during day time. These are all small niggles though!

This little hotel is like a self service hotel. There is no front desk or any person anywhere. There are no restaurants to get anything after around 8 pm. We were lucky to grab some food from the little grocery across the street as they were shutting down. Bakery not open in the morning. There’s no need to stay in the area- nothing to do. On the other hand, bathroom was clean, well supplied. Easy to catch the train to Amsterdam nearby and free parking in the lot across the street.

Beautiful town, wonderful view, the lift wasn't working, but they helped us up steep stairs with our luggage. They gave us ice at the bar whenever we asked. The breakfast was good, sausage, bacon, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, granola, breads, danishes, the most delicious chocolate spread. I liked this area far more than Amsterdam.

There is no a/c or ventilation in the hallways and they are very dirty. Carpets are covered in stains. The elevator is out of order, which, if we had known beforehand would have resulted in us changing hotels. My husband has difficulty walking and stairs are even more difficult, especially with luggage. When we got into our room, the temperature was about 90 degrees because the a/c was not on. The room is a decent size but the carpets aren’t very clean. The view from the room and the balcony are the only positives.

We liked the helpfulness of the employees and the airco. The breakfast was okay. Less positive: - the official online check-in procedure and digital room access sucks, but we could have a normal check-in at the reception desk - until 08.00 PM anybody can walk in from the outside - there was some white mould on one of the walls

The positive things: Good bed, polite staff, ok cleaning. Not any noise so we got a good night sleep. Close to a nice pub, with friendly staff and locals. Not so positive: Breakfast not impressive, we went next door for a better meal two times during our stay. Room was small, water pressure in the shower was low, cold floor, even in the bathroom. Bugs in the bathroom, but not the biting sort. Reported to the staff so I guess they will handle the insects. Not a deal breaker for us, harmless insects, often connected to humidity. Will we stay there next time? I guess not, it was a ok stay, but nothing exceptional, except for the pub De Kruyis so we probably will try another hotel next time.

I wanted to like this property, the area was so cute, but there were quite a few things that caused major frustration. I would like to start by stating the rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable! The people who own this property were on time for sending all the needed information. But, when it came time to check into our room, we found out that we were staying in a completely separate building, which was down the street. There was one little sign on the main doors that had the address, which is the only way we found it. No one else around the area could help or knew where the annex was. On top of this, there was zero direction on how to use the electronic key. Luckily, I ran into another couple and they explained how to get into the main building, then the room. Lastly, zero hot water for showers. I normally do not complain, and have very little trouble when it comes to technology and directions, so want to make others aware. There really needs to be clear directions where guests are staying, how to use the room keys, and how to use electricity, water, and etc within the hotel room.

This property was very convenient for seeing the sites, & areas. Our room was on street level, & it was very noisy. There was also a lot of noise from other guests coming in and out of the building, as that room is right by the street entrance. The room was also very dark. Painted a very dark colour, & because the windows and sliding glass door were on street level, we were not comfortable having the curtains open. For the size of the room, we felt it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room. Proximity to the sites really was great. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

The room is absolutely perfect for a couple, very good bathroom and double bed but terrible/unusable third sofa bed converted into bed; this accomodation is not suitable for a couple with 1 child; location and access to public transport and shops is also very good; it should not be marketed as an accomodation for couples with children at all, cheers

Positives - lovely view of a windmill from our corner room (101), good coffee machine, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed. Negatives - the online door locks are a nightmare. We arrived tired and couldn't get into our room. We had the digital key and could get in the main door but couldn't get into the room. There was another guest struggling in the entrance area when we arrived. After failing to access our booking on the screen (as we didn't have a reservation code, as we'd booked through Expedia) we had to call for help. We finally managed to get in using the digital key by sliding the key to the right repeatedly in quick succession. Awful system. The screen in the room said there would be someone in 'reception' from 8:00 to 11:00 each day. There was no one around when we left at 9:00. There was a broken lamp in the room and the corridors smelt of mould. Shame as the view from outside the pancake house was stunning and we would have happily paid extra to have breakfast whilst enjoying that view.

The instructions for checking in were horrible/ non existant. They send you a remote key. No instructions on how to use it. There was no front desk at all. So you show up , nowhere to go to ask questions. We knew from the email where to go but didn’t know how to get in the building or room. There is no connection between the key and the address. There is a need to show people that you need to swipe the two keys in the app and put it up against the door. And also which you use to put up against which door. We stopped at he restaurant beside the hotel and luckily the gentleman knew about this and helped us. They were closing when we got there. Not sure what we would have done without them. The location of this place was perfect. Ground floor. Easy to get to. Close to sites , clean. We loved it and would return but the check in experience was really off.

Extreme difficulty gaining access to my room with offsite front desk. When I finally was able to get into my room, the access card used to open the door was defective. A replacement card was not available and I was forced to stay in my room as if I left, I couldn’t re-enter. This meant I could not go to dinner or leave to get any food or explore the area. It became a night in jail at my expense. I was not the only hotel guest that experienced problems getting into their rooms. We all met at the front door.

The daytime lady at the desk was amazing a sweet. Only complaint was trying to check in was beyond hard as we didnt get our email with instructions so we almost showed up too late without a place to stay. The gentlemen at the night were not the most helpful in finding our room that was not at the same location.

Da vi ankom til stedet, kunne vi få adgang til et af de to værelser vi havde booket, da vi manglede en digitalnøgle. Det tog 40 min, før vi kunne komme ind. Værelset i anneksbygningen var fint. Men der var meget støj fra gaden, og der var meget lyd. Man kunne høre når døre blev lukket og åbnet i hele ejendommen. Døren til lejligheden havde et stort glasparti. Og lyset tændt og slukket hele natten, så læs det skinnet ind i værelset. Der er ingen reception, og indcheckning er meget besværlig da man skal indregistreres og herefter modtage en digitalnøgle. Kan ikke anbefale stedet.

Positives - lovely view of a windmill from our corner room (101), good coffee machine, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed. Negatives - the online door locks are a nightmare. We arrived tired and couldn't get into our room. We had the digital key and could get in the main door but couldn't get into the room. There was another guest struggling in the entrance area when we arrived. After failing to access our booking on the screen (as we didn't have a reservation code, as we'd booked through Expedia) we had to call for help. We finally managed to get in using the digital key by sliding the key to the right repeatedly in quick succession. Awful system. The screen in the room said there would be someone in 'reception' from 8:00 to 11:00 each day. There was no one around when we left at 9:00. There was a broken lamp in the room and the corridors smelt of mould. This little hotel is like a self service hotel. There is no front desk or any person anywhere. There are no restaurants to get anything after around 8 pm. We were lucky to grab some food from the little grocery across the street as they were shutting down. Bakery not open in the morning. There’s no need to stay in the area- nothing to do. On the other hand, bathroom was clean, well supplied. Easy to catch the train to Amsterdam nearby and free parking in the lot across the street.

super séjour , dans une hôtel au calme dans une petite ville près des moulins, juste magnifique d'avoir pu admirer les couchers de soleil sur les moulins. Un super accueil au sein de l'hôtel. Nous savons déjà que nous reviendrons. L'accès à Amsterdam est super simple depuis l'hôtel il suffit de prendre le train qui passe au bout de la rue principale de la ville et il y a environ 20 min pour arriver à la gare d'Amsterdam.

Nice hotel! I stayed for 5 nights with my family. The surroundings are beautiful. The room was comfortable and the service was good. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly. We had a car which we parked in the streets around the hotel with no problems.

Prima hotel met de Zaanse Schans op loopafstand. Treinstation om naar Amsterdam te gaan ook op loopafstand. Inchecken gaat online en ook de sleutels van de deuren krijg je online. Ontbijt kun je afhalen bij de tegenovergelegen SPAR. Kan zijn dat dit tijdelijk is doordat het restaurant tijdelijk gesloten is. Ontbijt was verder prima. Gratis parkeren kan ook achter de SPAR. Kamers zijn prima en netjes

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr schön. Zimmer waren modern, sauber und es war genug Platz. Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Frühstücksangebot ist ausreichend, doch da muss nachgebessert werden. Kaffee bekommt man Tassenweise gebracht und je nach Auslastung dauert es schon etwas. Marmelade war am 2. Tag alle und dann gab es keine mehr. Butter fehlte auch öfters. Rührei musste bestellt werden, dauerte dann eine weile. Einen Morgen kamen wir um 8.00 Uhr , da gab es außer Toast nichts. Das Personal war immer freundlich und bemüht, doch überfordert. Restaurant ist meines Erachtens überteuert. Haben 1 mal dort gegessen, leider.

Geen ontvangst, nog moeten bellen voor digitale sleutel. Geen ontbijt ter plekke. Zakje afhalen met ontbijt in plaatselijke sparwinkel, was wel vers en lekker. Weinig te doen in deze periode. Veel gesloten.

The Breakfast was good and the service great. Pleasant young people at the reception and restaurant. Our room was on a main crossing, but it was quiet. Lovely small town feel to the place. Super convenient for sightseeing. Safe and free parking was available.

The room was great with a/c already on to keep it cool. The self check in wasn't working properly but staff were there to help out. The breakfast was great but I didn't have too long as I had a train to catch. I would stay here again.

Love the hotel. We stayed in the Annex, it’s a bit of a walk from the main hotel, but not bad, just a little different then most hotels we’ve stayed at. The staff was super helpful. Especially when we checked out and drove away with our passports still in the little safe. They were so helpful and saved the day for us! 10 out of 10 for them! They have a little parking lot that is free to use for guests. Would stay there again!

Very helpful staff! I arrived between 4-5pm, and the front door was locked, I hadn’t received my digital keys so had to phone the property to access them, which took just a few minutes. The restaurant downstairs was still open and they happily assisted me on how to use the keys. The view was beautiful, and the breakfast was simple, yet enough. Fantastic location near Zaanse Schans, you just have to walk over the bridge! Perfect place to sit and people watch, and see the world go by. The station is about 10 minute walk & the whole town smells like chocolate, so it’s a pleasant journey! Check out is easy, you just put your keys in the box at the door.
