Tuck away Shores Resort is the perfect getaway location for couples and families. Great pool area with lounges. The beach is steps away and the resort offers beach chairs for guests. The room was comfortable and included a nice sofa and cushey chair along with flat screen tv’s in the living room & bedroom. The suite also had a well stocked kitchen with full fridge, stovetop & microwave.

Ocean view was amazing,we didn't get to use the pool, due to weather, but it looked immaculately clean and very inviting, their was plenty of parking, and they even had one loading/unloading space really close to the building so you wouldn't have to walk so far while doing that.

They have thought of everything and provided it. From dish soap to USB chargers by the bedside. It doesn't stop there. Pool/beach towels, beach chairs, everyday items in the kitchenette - it is all there. We had a perfect stay and made to feel very welcome by the staff. Book direct.

What a GEM! The property was spotless and we even witnessed them rinsing the beach toys they provide in a bin for kids use and sidewalks daily! Inside the room was no exception it was also spotless. Walking out onto the beach directly from the unit was awesome! They provided two nice beach chairs in the room and you could ask for umbrellas at the front desk. Every single staff member we encountered were more than pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to be there working. It was so refreshing! There is literally nothing I can say negative. If youre looking for a fancy marble room this is not it but if you are looking for a spotless comfy room and beautiful beach... stay here!

Beautiful location but- huge grad party all weekend (Thurs-Sun) they overtook most of the rooms, ALL of the common areas, bbq area & pool. Tons of food, music & unregistered guests at pool, we never really got to use it. Loud & obnoxious even on the beach. Came back from dinner 1 night & no parking available. A wedding party was trying to book 12-14 rooms when we checked out so I would ask before booking if they are “rented out” for parties!

It is old fashion and some may find it too retro but to me it was dreamy. Right on the ocean with beautiful homes around, not huge hotels. Little kitchen and a heated pool!!

The staff was very helpful and the room was extremely comfortable. The door from our room was just steps from the beach and the pool is kept at a very pleasing (warm) temperature. This was our first time staying at Tuckaway Shores, but we will definitely be back... hopefully very soon.

We went for just a quick getaway to spend some quite beach time. the place was immaculate, the rooms all remodeled and in good taste with a great coastal vibe. Everyone was friendly and the beach was not crowded. We live in this area, but had no time for a longer trip to celebrate our anniversary. However, we may come back and get a room just for our beach time!

Excellent customer service. Easy check in. Very friendly. Beach is clean and quiet. The room is a bit stuffy and vents needs cleaning. I have bad allergies. Furniture should be updated and comforter as well. Room was neat & tidy. Cute little kitchen. Overall, loved my stay here!

Unit was very nicely updated with amazing views of the beach and waves, kitchen was well stocked for making meals, bed was comfortable. Only complaint we had was the door to the deck was very hard to open (doorknob was tricky).

A small quiet condo hotel on the beach. I had a spacious ocean front suite with a beautiful view. It rained the entire time I was there, so I did not get out on the beach, but did swim in the pool, which was heated and spotlessly clean. The unit had very comfortable seating, and a king sized bed. Kitchen had everything needed for preparing simple meals. Just a few minutes drive from downtown Melbourne for shops and restaurants, so if bad weather keeps you off the beach you can still find plenty to do.

The only issue is the quality of internet service and cell service on the oceanside part of the suite. We travel with our portable office and both of these are essential for us to stay. If this isn't of importance to you I highly recommend staying here. The service is perfectly fine in the interior of the room.

The property is older but well maintained. The peaceful location and oceanfront units are relaxing and quiet. The room was very clean especially the washroom. The very negative side is the beds. Both the sofabed and king bed were very dated and uncomfortable. The air con was loud and you cant lower past 72F.

This was a really cute beach motel and imagine we will stay here again. Very lovely layout of the room, clean and comfortable, didn't hear a peep from our neighbors, parking on property, very easy access to the beach, various spots to eat/grab a coffee/go to a playground/etc by walking or a very short car ride, and can view the launches if they occur during your stay. The only thing that we did not enjoy was they allow smoking on the balcony. It made it to where we were not able to sit and enjoy it as much as we had hoped to (I am very allergic to cigarette smoke).

My family and I love Tuckaway Shores. My parents and I discovered it in 1989 when it was still Sharrock Shores and have continued staying since, usually as a chance to relax after Disney. All the staff has always been super friendly and helpful, the rooms always clean, property always well kept. It is an older building but has been kept up nicely and regularly updated. Rooms have a full fridge, stove top (no oven, just as an FYI), microwave, kitchen sink, and basic dishes. It's always felt like a home away from home for us.

We enjoyed our stay after we got settled... The way you advertised our room choice was not accurate. We did not have a partial view of the ocean at all and that is why we chose that room. Thankfully, the owners were accommodating and got us ocean view rooms, but we had to move twice to do so.

Generally a great stay in a marvelous location right on the beach. We stayed here before we went on a Cruise from Port Canaveral which is only 45 mins away. Clean well equipped suite with lovely outside patio with easy access to the beach. Only thing that let them down, in my opinion, is not providing coffee and tea in the room. After a long drive to have to go back out to get coffee from local Publix so we had some in the morning was frankly annoying, when as an amenity coffee and tea is a staple like toilet paper and toiletries in every other place I have stayed.

Excellent experience from the very beginning. Greeted also by Ace, the name of their cute little dog . My room had a beachview and what a treat it was just to walk a few steps to the ocean and beach. I will definitely return.

Lovely ocean view from second story room balcony. Quiet neighborhood and the beach is just a few steps from the room. The beach was not crowded at all! If I go back to Mel beach, I’ll stay here again!
