From the groundskeeper to the housekeeper they do a marvelous job of keeping this hotel up to par. Check in was done with ease, the comfort you felt when you walk in was everything, all the way to the room, it was very spacious, cozy & comfortable. And then there was continental breakfast!! The only downfall with that is during my stay bacon & grits were only served 1 day but sausage & oatmeal were readily available. They did offer instant grits though. 24hrs coffee & tea is available as well. My overall stay was perfect & the front desk receptionist all of them were great!!!

The pool had black algae. Water was clear but chems were not balanced; pool needed to be replastered.

We stopped here after a long drive from Texas. We booked based on the Guest Experience and I’m glad we did. Property is clean, it looks relatively new. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious and so clean. Breakfast had some great options including frittatas and make your own waffle. Highly recommend

First time staying here. I enjoyed my stay. I love local but will recommend family and friends from out of town to stay here when visiting me! Nice property. Pool is small.

Everything was excellent from the service, room, bedding, parking, and breakfast. One of the best stays I've had in years! Highly recommended!

Stayed here right after Christmas, yet despite what I am sure was a busy time, the staff was friendly and upbeat. The rooms were clean. The hallways were also free of debris and had a clean look and feel.

Stay has been decent. It was close to where we needed to be. We had to check in late due to delayed flights, when we checked in the lady said she has the very last room for us because they were booked. The room is not what we booked, it was a double queen and it was a disability room. Said we couldn’t get a king regular room because others have been here for a week. We reminded her we will also be there over a week and the room she was giving us was hot what we booked and shouldn’t matter that our check in was late. I asked about the room cleaning as we had an issue at our last stay, and she said oh they will be there on Saturday, almost a week from our check in. She did note our requests and they cleaned our room on Wednesday. Breakfast is the same every day but when they would run out of stuff they would not refill. Staff were friendly throughout our stay and hotel is decent, it helps since we were away from hotel each day for a majority of the day.

It was good, but price a bit above services provided, namely housekeeping only every third day? Sure, clean towels were available upon request, but after being out all day, coming back to the room as you saw it last was disappointing. Other than that, the breakfast was above average for continental fare.

The room was clean and spotless. The staff were all exceptional, friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Jeremy for doing such a great job on the grounds maintenance. I'll definitely be back.

I didn't receive service multiple days even when I asked for service. Manager made a note to housekeeping and I still didn't get service.

Not a pleasant extended stay. The rooms have small garbage cans. The cleaning policy is garbage pick up every 3 days. When asked for pick up, we were handed an outdoor garbage bag to hold our 3 days of garbage in our room. Quiet unpleasant.

Pillows not greatest. Room nice. Ac control light to bright. Couldn’t do waffle as some body put chocolate chills in machine- overall breakfast area was nice

The air conditioning did not seem to work well and the price for the room was about $100 higher than when I have stayed there before. The hotel did not seem to be crowded so do it know why.

Bathtub was slippery

Mattress was a little lumpy. But still slept well.

We arrived around 3 am and the door was locked and there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. I had to ring the bell several times and stood out there for around 7 minutes until finally the person came and opened the door.

We had an extremely welcoming and helpful young lady at the desk Friday evening. On Saturday at around 5pm after a day at the beach, my teenage daughter was taking a shower while I enjoyed the nature around the hotel. She called me while showering and said that someone was banging on the door and entered the room. It happened 2 more times. I ran to the room in a panic. It was a young man that worked the front desk that had given her towels earlier and greeted me as I walked out the front entrance. He said he had called the room twice and told me that I could not have the scented candle lit that I brought with me. I blew it out and mentioned that I had a teenager showering. I did not know that I wasn't allowed a candle. I put it away. After recovering from my panic attack, we went out. At 9pm, the young man from the desk called me to ask me if I had my candle lit. We weren't in the room. I said no and to please leave us alone about the candle. I did what I was asked. We came back to the hotel to go to sleep. At about 11pm, the young man was at our room with the fire department to see if we lit the candle again. That a sensor was going off. The firemen found no issues and the detector was working properly. When we woke up in the morning, we cleaned our room so we could leave. I went to the desk to tell them about a broken toilet flusher and they were discussing the incident. I had a receipt, then I got home to find a new receipt with a $125 smoking charge. Reach out for more.

I went to check in the woman at night was very rude she made me pay for my room up front and I told her I wanted to use a gift card she said she don’t know how to do that n she wasn’t going to do that she had to swipe my card and she charged me more than what my rate was for my room I had money out of my account that I couldn’t even use for my vacation because she had it tied up when all I wanted to do was use a gift card the woman in the morning when checking out was very nice and charged my gift card and said sorry for the rude woman I had stayed here before so I knew they took gift cards and at breakfast they didn’t seem to want to refill any of the food u had to keep asking for things to get refilled and it wasn’t even close to being over other than that my stay was ok

Staff were friendly and readily available. I was allowed to do an early check in with no complications. Check in and check out we’re easy! Thanks! Will stay again.

The hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. What I liked most is even though it was near a major highway, my room was quiet. I hardly even heard sounds within the hotel..

Great location. Quiet, tucked right near dining. Very clean and updated. Beds are nice, rooms are nice and breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Quick overnight stay on a road trip but we are very pleased with our stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the breakfast was amazing.

Fairfield Inn & Suites is our new "go to" hotel stop when traveling. They have set the bar high. Always comfortable, clean and professional. The included free breakfast is a huge help when on the road.

It was very clean, easy to check in, great breakfast.

Rented two rooms for family of six. Loved the super clean/newish facility. Beds were comfy. Arrived after 10 pm and left around 10 am and both times we had friendly/helpful staff. Continental free breakfast was great, loved that apples and bagels were wrapped to ensure safety during this flu season.
