The hotel is situated in a very serene environment, the staff are extremely courteous, they got me with the grill by the pool side, the property is at the very center of wherever you want to go.

This was a unique experience with a courtesy call prior to our arrival to confirm my reservation and inform us of all hotel policies. Check in was expeditious & every staff member had a friendly and respectful attitude. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was free. The location was convenient to where we traveled while in Fort Walton. I’d definitely recommend and stay again.

Full refrigerator. Two burner stove. Lots of storage space. TV accepts Blu Ray (had to swap HDMI cable for their box and wait for message to automatically turn off). Full tub. Comfortable bed. Comfortable desk. Window that opens. Just a few miles to the beaches. Breakfast place and pizza place within walking distance. The back side of the hotel overlooks nothing but woods with lots of birds and crickets chirping. Super quiet at night. There is a nice pool area. Free laundry in the nicest machines. Friendly staff accommodated me for extending my stay during a holiday week. Pet friendly with reasonable fee ($75 a week). The maid only comes in once a week and you can schedule to be there if you have pets. No resort fee (Hotels.com said there was). I moved here starting a new job and it made my stay easy. I included a photo of one of the beach houses nearby and Stewby's (classic beach side seafood) also highly recommended. Also the back view as enjoyed by my cat.

This was a pretty good hotel for the price. It was clean, safe and quiet. We didn't get exceptional service but again for the price, we didn't expect that we would. We just wanted everything to work, not have problems and this hotel delivers.

The property was very nice, the rooms were very very clean. We were a little disappointed because 17 days prior to making the reservation we had reserved a king sized suite and the 1 nights payment was taken for the 3 night state. When we got there, we had no king sized suite, we had a queen one.

The room was clean. The bathroom needs to be recaulked, the dray wall by the tub was almost nonexistent , the floor around the toilet and back by the tub, needs to be swept and given a good cleaning. The check in was good and the front desk folks were nice. I wanted to pay a different way but was unable to which I found a bit odd, as I have been able to do that with other hotels.

Our stay was okay. Obviously the main objective of buying a hotel room is to get a good nights sleep on vacation. This was very difficult due to the motion sensor system that will turn the air off if it doesn’t sense motion after a certain amount of time. We kept waking up very hot and uncomfortable throughout the night.

The staff at the front desk was friendly, but, check in took FOREVER. For some reason, the poor lady had to make 30 mouse clicks and wait for several minutes to get me checked in. Why? I had a reservation. The room though was NICE! It was clean and had several unexpected and nice amenities. There was a full kitchenette with all utensils one would need for cooking as well as a full compliment of dishes and silverware. A full size fridge and microwave was also there. The room was also fairly well updated. It was noisy though, as you could hear every footstep from upstairs. But then again, that degenerate was stomping the whole time, so i can't blame the hotel too much. A nice place overall.

the hotel was clean , however they tried to cancel our stay without letting us know. we drove down from ohio to florida to find out someone cancelled our room for the week because you’re supposed to let the property know you’re still coming two days prior and pay the first nights price to hold your spot however i was unaware due to choosing the option online to pay at the property and due to the fact that they tried calling me 1 time only while i was at work and did not leave a voicemail letting me know anything and just decided i wasn’t coming and cancelled. luckily they were able to find me a different room after a lot of frustration but if they hadn’t we would’ve just been out of luck after a 17 hour drive. so be aware.
