These guys were great. we were a little upset by a failed booking at a different place but they more than made up for it. The food and rooms were good. The garden was lovely for yoga and relaxing. If the coffee bar opened a little earlier it would be full marks

I only stayed one night checked out all night loud music, very unfriendly staff at check, no hot water it was a nightmare never again i paid two for 2 nights just wanted out , no water even to wash never recommended to anyone.

Nice hotel with good food. Drinks prices were completely reasonable and it is near CBD but not inside CBD. Had a nice dinner in the garden with the garden lights and music and breakfast was a lot for the price. It was good.

The sheet wasn't clean, the food was cold . I booked online and given a cumulative discount of 15$ and pay at the premises. At the premises i was given a different price different from the online discount by expedia of 2072ksh but later the staffer was nice and agreed to give me a discount. This hotel was came very short of my expectations. The first time I stayed here, the rooms were unhygienic, but thats what you get for the price. The second time I tried to book, they confirmed my booking only for me to go in and be told there was no more rooms left. I asked for a refund from the lady at the counter but she didn't look bothered and very was very unprofessional. I asked if there was a senior manager but she couldn't even talk to me and I asked this very calm and kindly. Would be careful when booking as the service is so beyond poor.

We had a lovely stay here, a perfect place to land on arrival in Kenya. The staff were really kind and helpful and the food from the restaurant was delicious. Lovely views of the garden from our room.

Our experience here was not the best, starting with how hard it is to find the hotel itself but also how surprisingly hard it is to do the check-in, the reception was not found and we had to go to the bar to find someone to check us in. We arrived at 9 pm and the room wasn’t ready!!! We had to wait 30 mins when they gave us our room the floor was all wet from mapping. We got into our room only not to sleep since they had people talking in the alley, horrible. That wasn’t all, they had a problem with the water pump of whatever and only hot water was working, pardon me I mean boiling water. I couldn’t shower and I couldn’t barely sleep. The only good thing about it was the apology of the manager next morning while we had a delicious and natural breakfast (included) Be aware, we might have had bad luck
