TownePlace Suites by Marriott Swedesboro Logan Township

We have been staying at town Square since it opened. The last few times I commented on the wear and tear of the furniture. I understand that is being addressed right now with a renovation.

Parking was limited due to shipping containers in lot

Have stayed here numerous times. Clean room and excellent customer service despite the renovations that are ongoing. Attentive and quick to fix things, too. More plant-based options unlike before.

The cable tv in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. We had 2 bedrooms both good sizes. The hotel room was clean and very modern. The beds were comfortable. There was laundry onsite with a small fee, but the soap was free. The outdoor pool was clean and enjoyable. The breakfast had gluten free muffins which was a bonus for me, because I have celiac We got a snack bag when we arrived. Huge hit with the kid for that.

Even with the property currently being understand construction it was still nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Property is under construction. Parking was difficult with equipment blocking a lot of the parking lot.

Hidden Gem! This is an amazing value with all the right touches, Laundry room, gym, 3 smart tvs in my room? The only thing we could not try was the pool because of the time of year, but that looked nice too. Will definitely stay here if we’re close again!

Waited a while for front desk to check in,room smelled of smoke ,had to exchange rooms,pillows were too soft,i felt like there was something in my bed biting me on my foot,started to scratch and itch,shower looked like the bottom of floor was dirty or mildew.

Clean room and breakfast and lobby clean. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast very nice. Overall a good place for a road trip stop overnight.

Terrible!! Bugs in the bathroom and on the floor. The rugs were dirty and not vacuumed. Would not stay here again

Appreciate the cleanliness of the kitchen and all of the rooms. Everything was perfect!

For this hotel to be fairly new the cleanliness was definitely below a 0. If I could have given it zero stars, I would have it was filthy. Floors were sticky and dirty, counters and dinning room table had not been cleaned the shower was broken and it smelled like animals were in room. I really didn't feel the price I paid to stay for 1 night was warranted. I stayed on Thanksgiving day overnight and I have to say this hotel is definitely not Marriott brand quality, it is more like a cheap motel. It looks pretty once you enter the main lobby but that is where it ends, like putting lipstick on on a pig. I would never recommend to friends, family or business associates. Save money stay somewhere else unless you want subpar accommodations at a ridiculously high rate. Not worth the price, wish i was warned ahead of time. I feel as if I was robbed and the hotel employees knew there were issues. I was not the only person who complained about the cleanliness and smell of the rooms. Several family and friends were traveling during this time period and were extremely disappointed in the misrepresentation of this hotel. Now I will say the front desk staff were pleasant but that is where it ends, why does it take 30 minutes to check in 2 rooms answer this with no line? NEVER WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

Daytime staff was nice but I was charged TWICE for a 1night stay When I returned from my dinner date even though I had a key there was Large amount of mold on the shower curtain ceiling damage in bathroom & mold upper side wall near tub I mentioned that I expect an refund for being overcharged & the mold situation not sanitary.

The place felt dated and musty. The hallways had a weird smell. The carpets were old. The hallways were loud. Overall just not a clean feeling.

The staff is amazing. They are helpful and very friendly. The property is in need of a refresher. Cracks in the wall, tattered carpet, rugs do not look like they have been vacuumed. We were in one room with the floor did not look like it had been vacuum. The couch had stains on it, and the carpet were tattered and pulled up. They were very nice. They came up and looked at our concerns and switched us to another room but again the whole hotel needs a refresher.

We had previously stayed here before so we were familiar with the place. However, the suite was booked for a family of 5, yet we still had to request bedding for the pull out sofa for our 3year old. The shower had empty bottles of soaps and conditioners. Both of these were fixed upon letting staff know. An inconvenience but they should be better than that. The furniture in the room was in a bad state of repair, torn cushions, dirty stained carpet. The room was extremely noisey from the constant trucks parking on the back side of the hotel under our window. The neighboring room was loud with no noise reduction between rooms which kept us up until 1am when they finally got “quiet”. The bathroom sink drain strainer was broken with it falling down filling up the sink. After the a long drive and the first trip to the welcome desk we were too tired to keep going back to complain. Hope they clean/improve.

As described. Functioning kitchen was a definate plus.

Everything was fantastic except the mattress on the fold out bed. It had a huge stain on it, which would have been fine if a thick mattress pad had been provided. But hotel staff gave us an extra blanket and we used that as a mattress pad. Service was excellent, and we loved the two bedroom suite, it was great for 6 people!

Concerns include aging furniture which do not appear clean or comfortable, esp pull out couch-every one for the last4 years ( we come twice a year now) the springs absent and children fall through. We love the location, close to family and many staff members we’ve become familiar with over the years 9-10) but it is time to upgrade.

I thought I had booked a room that had a separate bedroom and living room. That was not the case apparently. The purpose in booking a separate bedroom was so my son who was home for the holidays from college could stay with us with threw me off was the pictures showed a separate bedroom

Great staff

Booked a 2 queen bed room and was given a king and pull out couch. Also had to to be directed to another room because the AC was sitting in the floor and didn’t work. There was no discount due to the error of the room. There is no hairdryer in the room as well.

This is a hotel you want to stay at with staff that's understaffed and cordial!

Easy process to check in.

We rented the 2 bedroom. We get there and they said they are fully booked and changed our room to standard double bed room. One of the kids had to sleep on the floor. All they did was give us a small credit for the charge of that room. Total inconvenience. No manager on premises and no phone call to tell us they had been over booked. We had no options because we were there for a football tournament. We booked this a month in advance and we were totally screwed as we arrived there. Very unprofessional and will be writing a letter and phone call to corporate offices.

Excellent hotel mg r a long stay. Only issue was: For 2 days in a row -I stayed 3 days There r werent any clean bath towels- we asked 2xs and we revived 2 hand towels the first day and the second day we received 2 wash cloths. Other than that excellent stay

I absolutely loved it here! The staff was very accommodating and super nice. The breakfast was delicious and the room is super clean and comfortable and even had a little kitchen he loved it. The best thing about it was the price was very fair for all the amenities that you received. I especially loved how all of our needs were met with a smile there were no rude employees there at all, and they even Ask you if everything is OK and how your stay is going very nice people. I also love the fact that it’s right off of 295 and easy to get to from where we’re coming from. I will be hoping to stay again very soon. Love everything about this stay!

Very kind welcome as we walked in. Comfortable room with kitchenette. Wonderful healthy breakfast with attendant that had a lovely smile and pleasurable conversation. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Well definitely stay again. Thank you for the pluses.
