J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel 1 nuit. Il est à environ 8 minutes de marche du quai et 8 minutes de marche de la plage. Il y a plein de restos à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Chambre très agréable avec 2 lits queen, un coffre, la clim, une petite salle de bains bien équipée. Au dernier étage, il y a une belle terrasse et une piscine ouverte jusque 21h. L'hôtel offre des excursions et à des vélos à disposition. Le personnel est très sympa, notamment la réceptionniste qui m'a recommandé le resto Wayak Dream Food, un pur délice !

There was no towels inside the room. it was a glass of soda inside the washroom, so I am not sure if the place was clean. The drain of the shower was clogged, and also it looks that someone did the room half of it. And left it as it is. The ac stop working at midnight. There is nobody after 11pm. So nobody can help you. I told them about the towels they brought them the next morning, and also the maintenance guy show up at 11am tk repair the ac.

Le personnel était gentil et courtois. Par contre quand nous sommes arrivés la toilette n’avait pas été lavée. Le coffre-fort était inutilisable et la pluie entrait par la fenêtre fermée. L’endroit est très bruyant, très mal insonorisé, et des clients font du bruit tard dans la nuit et tôt le matin. Lits pas très confortables. La piscine sur le toit est très agréable.

El hotel está muy bonito para el estado en el que se encuentra, apesar de que pedia que limpiaran la habitación, jamas me cambiaron las sábanas desde que recibí la habitación las sábanas sucias y llenas de arena y durante mi estancias jamas fueron sustituidas, la limpieza que hacían solo era barrer y trapear, a pesar de que se pedía silencio en el hotel, los chicos de recepción tenían su ruidajo en las noches y no nos dejaban dormir a los de planta baja

Tiene buena ubicación y fácil de localizar, las personas son realmente muy amables y accesibles, en la habitación las sábanas son muy ligeras y la cama no tan cómoda, no hay tapete en el baño y eso hace que haya agua en todo el baño, pero creo que está bien por el precio, solo tomar en cuenta los detalles 😌

Pues el Hotel se ve fisicamente bien el gran problema es el ruido, pareciera que tiene paredes de papel, todo absolutamente todo se escucha: las voces, las risas, los murmullos, las pisadas, si se cae algo, los estornudos, los portazos, sin exagerar todooo como si lo tuvieras a un metro de distancia hace muy complicado el descanso! El internet es malo no tiene buena señal y eso que estabamos relativamente cerca de la recepción

Hotel vieillissant et mal entretenu. Chambre très petite et très mal insonorisee. Nous avons eu de la difficulté a trouver de la place pour ouvrir nos valises Nous avons pu profiter tous les bruits du rez de chaussée. Sinon bien situé à 5 mn a pied de la rue principale et des restos.

you can hear everything in the halls rooms are small, beds are hard, im ok with that, Holbox does not have streets of asphalt, it is rainy and you will get the place dirty w/mud, but the beach is wonderful,

All the bad reviews were right! The front desk guy and girl were so rude and don’t care about customers. The room didn’t have a fridge, no toiletries, AC not working properly and they had NO RUNNING WATER. Toilet, sink, shower had no water for a whole day. No one at the front desk was available to help. Run fast from this place. I left after one night, I was booked for 5 nights but could not stay any longer. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Se creen que son la gran cosa los dos chicos de enfrente. Creo son hermano y hermana, no son nada educados! No son nada!

Gente sin experiencia para servir a los huéspedes con cosa básicas como limpieza de las habitaciones, falta de control de llegada y salidas de huéspedes, mal administración de las reservaciones,por más simpáticos que trataban de ser los que estaban en recepción, cuando había alguien… les falta mucho para llegar a un servicio REGULAR.Los dueños deberían invertir más en personal de limpieza y atención a huéspedes en temproradas como la del final de año. Es lamentable pues tienen todo para ser un Hotel mucho más agradable y exitoso!

En general bastante bien, la habitación muy linda y cómoda, con aire acondicionado y agua caliente, tiene caja fuerte, en el cuarto piso tienen una hermosa piscina desde donde se puede ver el atardecer, el personal amable pero algo distraídos. La ubicación es buena ya que esta alejada del ruido del centro, pero al ser un lugar pequeño la playa no queda lejos y hay tiendas por la zona, al igual que lugares para comer.
