Great location. Older hotel with lots of small issues. Elevators were small, slow, crowded, and were not working correctly the first day. The fridge had a faulty door-open beep alarm that was never fixed over the six days we were there. The sink in the bathroom had a leak in the aerator that splashed the counter. The AC controls were cryptic and often resulted in too much heat or cold. The kitchenette was nicely equipped and the fridge was large for a hotel. There was only one chair and no furniture on the balcony. Eating at the small table required one person to sit on the bench or the bed, a high perch.

The staff is fantastic. The hotel has also permanent residents on the lower floors, yet this went almost unnoticed. The outside does not look great, but inside is nice; some room for improvement but really spacious rooms. Breakfast is very good. The absolute highlight the top floor pool with an amazing view

The lifts are small and poorly programmed. During peak hour it can be almost imposssible to get in a lift unless you are on top 21 or 22. Imaging having 10 lifts come to your floor all full. Or being in a lift and it stops eveey level from 19 to 5. A bit of a problem.

이 호텔은 특이하게 창문과 베란다가 있어 좋았다. 근데, 창문밖 베란다로 보이는곳에 담배꽁초가 보여서 놀랐다. 방에 처음들어깄는데 샤워실 욕조에 머리카락이 보였고 방 전체에 먼지(섬유먼지로 추측)가 많은것 같다. 단, 침대는 너무 편안했고 서비스도 나쁘지 않았다. 아침 붐비는 시간대에 엘리베이터를 이용하기가 너무 어려워 계단으로 내려온적 있다. 방 내부 청소와 청결에 좀더 신경쓴다면 좀더 좋은 점수를 줬을듯 싶다.

Dieses Hotel ist ein Albtraum schlecht hin !! Nicht vom Namen blenden lassen ! Die Gegenstände alt und total beschädigt . Das Bett durchgelegen . Die Wände komplett verdreckt Bettlaken teilweise schwarze Flecken , im Badezimmer überall Haare und mega unsauber . Balkon zugekackt von den ganzen Tauben . Auf mehrfachen Nachfragen erst eine 2te Decke bekommen . Also ich kann von diesem Hotel echt nur abraten ! Eine Nacht für 150 Euro ohne Frühstück das ist eine absolute Frechheit .

Our room was spacious and spotless!! The staff is friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay for Oktoberfest and would absolutely stay again!!! The pool was clean and refreshing after a long day of walking. Wonderful!!!

Es ist sehr schade das die Fenster nicht sauber sind und die Gardinen. Nach Grad der Verschmutzung ist auch dieser Zustand schon viel länger so . Sonst war es eine gute Zeit im Haus .

Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war gut. Zimmer ok, Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Balkon war unglaublich schmutzig. Da lagen noch Zigarettenkippen.

Wir waren eine Nacht im Sommer 2025 dort und die Klimaanlage war schwer beschäftigt. Das Haus und seine Geschichte sind spannend. Die Zimmer und der Poolbereich dafür komplett abgelebt. Überall ist der Lack ab, Sachen sind verkratzt, Fliesen fehlen, der Balkon ist voll Vogelkot, eine der Tassen auf dem Zimmer war dreckig… Ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen, bevor es nicht renoviert wurde.

It was very central for my needs. The room was quite nice. There was no milk for making tea. I had to ask for a bath Robe and Slipper. Shower gel was empty. Mini market was closed. Balcony looked very dated and was dirty and covered in pigeon dirt and a ripped pigeon net was hanging down from the Balcony.

Das Wichtigste - die Betten - waren sehr gut! Die Aufteilung des Zimmers und die Aussicht über den englischen Garten bis hin zur Altstadt waren auch sehr gut. Das Bad insgesamt funktionstüchtig, allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Es war zu heiß im Zimmer und durch die vorbeiführende Strasse konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen- zu laut. Der Schlaf war nicht erholsam.

30 degree heat and air conditioning was useless! asked for a fan 4 days on the trot did not receive one! Didn't sleep for 4 days! This hotel is in desperate need for a refurb rooms smell old and musty definitely not a 4* reception area is misleading very modern and COOL! but once in the lifts you enter a time warp!

The hotel was dated. The room was nice but needed a deep clean. The front desk was always really busy with a long line and only one person assisting the guests. Not within walking distance to all the attractions.

Der Check in war nicht das, was ich mir vorgestellt habe. Es lag daran, dass die Zufahrt nur Platz für ein Fahrzeug bietet. Daher habe ich mein PKW auf den Parkplatz gestellt, um weitere ankommende Fahrzeuge nicht zu blockieren. Für dieses kurze entladen, musste ich xx bezahlen. Ich lehnte es ab, eine viel zu hohe Parkgebühr für das Abstellen des Fahrzeuges zu bezahlen. Die Dame an der Rezeption wollte diese nicht einsehen/ verstehen. Ich bezahlte die xxx und parkte das Fahrzeug um die Ecke kostenlos. Die Art und Weise der Dame im Check in war nicht professionell!

Checkin war eine Katastrophe, Mitarbeiterin nicht besonders motiviert. Hotel war wohl überbucht, man bot mir ein Zimmer im Schwesternhotel an, allerdings ohne Balkon und ein kleineres Zimmer. Nach einigen Diskussionen war dann doch noch ein Zimmer frei. Keinerlei Infos über das Hotel. Kurz und knapp, hinten ist der Aufzug, rechts der Frühstückraum. Frühstück meiner Meinung nach überteuert, einfacher Standart. Leider war die Wurst am Buffet nicht essbar. Sie roch schon und man sah das sie schlecht ist. Das kann passieren, aber vom Personal keine Reaktion, das ist schlecht. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Dame am Eingang des Frühstücksraums, sie macht ihren Job gerne und hat für jeden ein Lächeln übrig. Das kann man nicht von jedem Mitarbeiter behaupten. Abschliessend ein Worte zum Spa und Wellness. Schöner Pool mit Blick über München. Von Relax aber leider keine Spur. Der Bereich gleicht einem Spielplatz für Kinder, sehr laut und Geschrei beim Wasserball spielen. Als Spa nicht zu empfehlen.

Started here one night and it was perfect for us. Great location easily accessible from the highways. 10 mins by taxi to the heart of Munich. The rooms are a good size with nice bathrooms. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Für mich eher ein Tagungshotel. Lage ist sehr gut, aber der Service ist arg runter geschraubt worden. Kein Roomservice, kleine Bar am Wochenende geschlossen (!),.. Ansonsten sind die Mitarbeiter aber sehr bemüht.

Hotel avec une architecture incroyable, couloirs immenses. Les chambres sont plutôt sympas et propres. La salle de sport est assez complète, pas mal de machines en état de fonctionnement avec une salle libre pour entraînement au poids, tapis de sol.la piscine semblait pas mal mais pas essayée. Par contre le petit déjeuner m'a été proposé à 29 euros ce qui est absolument hors de prix, j'ai refusé. Autrement on y trouve un frigo en sel service assez complet pour une bière et diverses collations. Le parking vous sera proposé pour 30 euros...par jour, mais le choix, de la place nul part et des panneaux d'interdictions partout. Autrement le prix général de la chambre est vraiment correct
