Close to airport and was comfortable and clean. Restaurant was very good. Area was a small village and very safe and pretty to walk. There was no pool or sauna as stated in the description online. Our TV was difficult to program to our preferred station. Safe was unsecured to the closet shelf. Charged to extend checkout time by 2 hours. I would stay again.

We had dinner here and the food and staff were wonderful. And it is conveniently close to the airport. We booked this spot to use the pool but it was out of commission, so we didn't get to use. Also, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the building. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was worth the cost.

This airport hotel is not actually that close to the airport, so be prepared to pay for a taxi to get to/from. The hotel was advertised as having an airport shuttle but this was not the case. We stayed at the beginning and end of our holiday. During our first stay we had breakfast. We waited ages for a staff member to take our hot drink orders, even though the dining area was near-empty. The food was okay, although some of the fruit was mouldy. We did not have time for breakfast during our later stay as we had an early morning flight to catch. No provision was made even though we made the airport aware of our early departure in advance. When we arrived the evening of our second stay there was nobody at the reception and it took 20 minutes for staff (one of whom was very rude to us) to find the receptionist to check us in. The rooms were okay however the 'double bed' was actually two single beds pushed together, and the curtains were extremely see-through, so not only did we have the street light coming through into the room when we tried to sleep, but when we were in a ground floor room this did not feel very secure. The catch on the room door also appeared damaged and was loose. There was mention of some spa facilities in the advert for the hotel however we could not find these when we were there. Had we been staying longer we would have pursued this with the staff.

Not a luxury hotel but closest to Zagreb airport and works for an overnight stay. Travelers should know that you will need to take a taxi from airport to get here -€14 flat fee. There is NO hotel shuttle. City center is far from airport €20-25 by cab or Uber.

Hotel normalito, le sobra una estrella. La cama de la suite era muy incómoda, el colchón se hundía por todas partes. El sofá cama también era muy incómodo. El aire acondicionado no funciona. Lo mejor, el restaurante.Buenas hamburguesas! Se tarda unos 10 minutos en llegar en coche al aeropuerto. Cobran 15 euros por el shuttle. En la descripción, pone que tiene piscina, pero no la encontramos.

Everything was wonderful. The only (relatively) minor thing that was unfortunate was the presence of much black mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. It is understandable that it could form there, but it should be remediated as soon as possible. Other than that, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and gracious.

The bed was low to the ground and uncomfortable, no support. Tub to get in was high but that was not a problem it was the mold on tub and ceiling that were the problem. The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful. Good selections and great staff. The Staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful.

Excellent customer service! Restaurant and bar were also great. Breakfast was great too. We stayed twice. Once at the start and once at the end of our trip. Convenient shuttle service. The rooms were okay for a night. They could have been much cleaner. I would’ve given a 5 star rating if the rooms were cleaner. We had black mold in the bathroom of our room one night and the other night the sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. Very unfortunate because the people who work there are absolutely lovely.

I rarely write reviews but some things about this hotel. If you are elderly or handicap it would be EXTREMELY difficult to use the shower as it was a tall, very tall tub. I’m 5’2” and the wall of it was up to my waist. Bed very low to the floor. Carpet was dirty. Lobby smells very strong of cigarette smoke.

The staff were all incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was nice and well attended to. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was! I was worried about the proximity to the airport, but the only time we ever heard a plane was the very last day when a military plane flew over. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for the airport. Had a great meal in the restaurant as well, which can sometimes be difficult as a vegetarian. Only issue is the size of the bath tub you have to climb into to take a shower. Very high and could be dangerous getting out of.

They had shut off the air conditioning for the season and our room was 24 degrees C. The TV did not function as there was no cable box installed. The mattress was old and worn out - sagging and no support. The tub/shower was very tall. A person with mobility issues would not be able to get in or out.

Check in was easy and the man working at the desk was very friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a small refrigerator, which was convenient. They do not have coffee in the room, which is a downside. They do have breakfast in the morning, but our flight left before serving began so we had to wait until we got to the airport to get some coffee. The only thing I would have changed would have been coffee in the room knowing guests have early flights before breakfast service begins. Other than that, it was a perfect location for a quick overnight before a flight home.

Convenient hotel if you have early flight oit of Zagreb. First room we were given had very strong cigarette smell so we immediately complained and got a new room. Rooms are average, not modern, huge spa size bathtub with shower added. Literally dangerous to get in and out of. Free parking and free breakfast was a plus. Room was sufficient for 1 night stay, good windows and ac worked well. Seeemed pretty quiet all night

This is very close to the airport and the suites are large and comfortable. Be aware that there isn't a safe way to walk to the airport, despite how close it is. It is easy to catch a city bus into Zagreb, with stop 5 minutes or so from the hotel. If you have any mobility issues, ask about shower/bath tub accessibility in your room.

The mattress was so soft that I couldn't sleep. First I put the mattress on the floor and then I slept on the floor without a mattress. The quality of the bed is essential in a hotel. New mattresses are urgently needed.

The person at the front desk when I checked in was very kind however, the person in the restaurant was alone working for some time and then when another individual came, he still seemed to wait on others who might be regulars coming out of the smoking room, cleaned their area extra Brought their food, even though I had ordered only a salad and I had to wait through all of that additionally seem like he was frustrated when I asked questions. The service was subpar. I also ask that I have a ride at 4 AM and I was assured that I would have a ride at 4 AM pay the €15 so I could get to the airport the ride never came

Nice rooms, lovely restaurant, food was great, and good breakfast options too. However, the woman on reception check in was unfriendly, no smile or welcome, lacked interest. We requested for airport shuttle service, which we discovered the next morning she had forgot to arrange... and no information about the shuttle (taxi) fees were provided to us (we were unaware this was a paid service). This information should be provided by reception to ensure guests are aware.

Hotel le plus proche (300m de l ancien aéroport mais attention env 2km de l actuel) de l aéroport Chambres correctes avec l essentiel. Lovely room and breakfast options! It was a very clean and updated hotel. The only issue was having to wait for a worker to make coffee (they weren't always waiting behind the counter and were often in and out of the breakfast area). Besides that is was an incredible stay.
