Sweet Motorlodge type drive up, easy access to town, very clean cozy and affordable.. The only thing is no ice machine on the premises.. Other than that is very nice..

Check-in was smooth and seamless! The Lady at the front desk was very helpful. There was plenty of off-street parking even for my pickup pulling a trailer. The hotel has been updated. The rooms are very nice and the bathrooms are clean. It’s an older hotel so the bathrooms are small. The walls are pretty thin too. I could hear the snoring from the room to my west, and coughing from the room to my east. But it’s overall a very nice place that is located less than a block from downtown Williams. Tons of dining options and souvenir shops.

This property looks a little run-down on the outside, but the rooms are beautifully remodeled and comfortable on the inside! The bed is awesome and the fresh paint and decor are great. The hotel is located on the main street of Williams, with tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We had a very nice time! A very good value for the money!

The staff was really nice, so I hate having to leave a bad review but the room was filthy and there is no excuse for that. The bed smelled like dirty laundry. There were hairs and dead gnats in the bed, under the top covers. There was dirt smudged on the pillow. The towels had brown stains on them and did not smell clean. It was appalling. The only thing they have going for them is location. Don’t waste your money.

The sheets were dirty with hair and stains. Let the motel know and they did not care. Did not offer another room or to give clean sheets. We left to another hotel and they would not refund our money!! Horrible situation!!!

I liked the location close to the shops. However, we will never stay here again. I am baffled by this, but the showerhead only came up as high as my neck. I\'m average height for a woman and everyone else in my family is taller than me, so no one was able to take a proper shower for the two nights we were there. (My 6\'5" husband said, "My belly has never been so clean!") If you are 4\' tall, the shower won\'t be an issue. I would also say it\'s time for a tv upgrade since it\'s so small we couldn\'t see it well enough to watch it from bed.

It was perfectly adequate for our needs..an overnight pit stop before heading to grand canyon. The owner was pleasant. It is in need of some upgrading...holes in walls not plastered,holes which had been plastered not redecorated, broken and very sharp edged floor tile,laminate peeling off bathroom cabinet, very noisy heater/fan over bed only drowned out by sadistic train drivers whistling as they progressed through town. Electrical outlets loose and provided charging points for cell phones didn't work. But at the end of the day it was very reasonably priced and clean and beyond some maintenance am sure it would be perfectly acceptable at a higher price. All on all not unhappy

Pictures are deceiving, bathroom is tiniest I’ve ever seen, your feet will be in the shower if you have to go to the bathroom.

Overall, it’s a nice property in a great location ((if you don’t mind being on a busy street. The one issue I had was with the Night Manager on our 2nd night of our stay. He woke us up around 10 pm to indicate that our 2nd night had not been paid for. It had, and he confirmed that when he double-checked his system. He should have done that before waking us up.

AirCon effective and quiet. Room quiet. Manager very welcoming, and checkin was instant - fastest in last 20 motels. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Next time, I hope to stay more than one night. Highly recommend.

Although it appeared as though they forgot to finish painting and remove the painter’s tape, the place was clean. The A/C did not keep it cool. I was hot all night. Staff was awesome. They recommended the Fiesta Mexican Grill for dinner and it was the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. Big chunks of fat in every item. Dirty and rude. Don’t eat there!

We checked in and only stayed one night. The rooms was simple and nice and we slept well. The restaurants near by are so close it is silly not to walk. It’s a cute little town with a cute little hotel. It just fits the script of Williams. The kind lady who checked us in was kind and gave us suggestions on what to do and eat. Thank you for everything!

Conveniently located in the downtown area, so food, shopping, gas, was all close and walkable. We enjoyed the shops and the food was good too. For the price, this is a great choice if you need somewhere to stay and about 1 hour or so away from the Grand Canyon.
