Star Route 66 Grand Canyon

Our room was up a flight of outside stairs which need a little bit of love. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Location to downtown Williams was great. Motel clerk was very nice.

Parking easy. Rooms were just ok. Very thin walls. Very noisy place. Lots of bikers on Harleys parked right outside the door. Overrated in my opinion. I could say that for the whole town though.

Clean room but smelled of strong air freshener or perfume. Shower stall was very small but plenty of hot water and good pressure. Shower needs some shelves or something to put your soap and shampoo/conditioner. There was body wash and shampoo (provided) dispensers in the shower but I can’t use those. The mattress was encased for bed bug protection which was awesome. Bed was comfortable. Floor in the room sloped and was not level. Our room was cleaned everyday. Coffee pot in the room and coffee replenished everyday. Microwave and fridge was great to have. Wall heater/air unit was old and very temperamental. We were either cold or hot. Never could get it just right. Plenty of parking. Great location right downtown. Great price. Will stay here again.

It was just what I needed: simple, quiet, and affordable. The only complaint is that I never did figure out which of the three shower dispensers was the shampoo
