Had no hot water

We had no hot water in our room. Called to report & person hung up. So went to front desk & finally was given another room. Coffee weak & gravy like water. Stayed here last year & really like. Maybe new management or something. No more for us!!!

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only downside was that 2 of the 3 buildings didn't have hot water.

Booked a king sized bed, didn’t tell me it was 2 queen beds. When I tried to call front desk it goes to voicemail. When I go back to front desk I get told my choices are a king bed with no hot water, the room I have or to cancel. No coffee maker in the room. Won’t book this motel again

It’s kind of funny because I was charged an extra $21 The remote was nowhere in sight. My son found it behind the TV stand in the floor so that took a little bit getting it out, there was white stuff on the chair so that made me wonder… I had a can of Lysol and I used their white washcloth to wash down the tables in the chair and it come out filthy So if they’re charging me incidentals for that, then we have a problem because the room was not clean. We’ve stayed there before and never had an issue but this time it seems like it’s went downhill. I don’t like the extra $21 being charged. It was a long trip and every bit of the $21 was needed. There were two dead roaches in the bathroom, plus side they were dead downside they were there. I didn’t find any bedbugs, thank goodness.
