property overall was pretty run down looking, dead bugs in the corners of the room, left over stubble in corner of sink, huge bulging patch on the ceiling, and the pool looked so gross we decided not to use it. I woke in the middle of the night thinking there was a tornado or hail storm, but it was just the extreme racket the air-conditioner made! Breakfast was decent, but understocked. I would spend a couple extra dollars to go somewhere nicer.

The property is very noisy, there is rust in the tub, the air conditioning doesn't work very well, the remote for the TV doesn't work so there is only one volumn. The breakfast is nice but not much variety. The pool is dirty and not maintained very well.

Desk clerk very nice and check in went smoothly. Rented 4 rooms. One room the AC didn’t work, another the shower head was broken and tub drained super slow. “Hot” breakfast items were cold (at least could warm up in microwave). Pool was very dirty. Overall we did ok for a quick overtime stay while traveling.

Lovely option for this windy locale! The outdoor pool was great in the heat of summer-there is not enough outdoor seating at the pool but the pool itself was great. The location is wonderful with a lovely park just past the pool.

When I checked in I asked for a ground floor room and they said since I went through a “3rd party” the computer couldn’t change my room. No elevator. Room needed vacuuming. Staff was very pleasant!

The rooms have really gone down hill. The bath tubs & showers were old and dirty. The Continental breakfast was out of everything. They didn’t have biscuits, muffins, bread, yogurt, fruit and juice. There was barely any eggs and sausage left. When another guest asked about adding food the lady was rude and said everything is frozen. I can’t put it out frozen. The second day still didn’t have anything. I had two rooms and was locked out of both of them. I waited at the desk for 10-15 minutes before I went to look for someone outside. There was another guest waiting with me that had the same problem. When I found someone he was rude and said I wasn’t even gone that long. Later in the afternoon I asked for more towels and wash cloths. I told the guy at the front desk I had two rooms with and he said I can only give you two towels. The pool was dirty and the water level was very low. The side walk around it was broken and chunks of cement were all around the pool. I have never left a bad review before but the main reason I booked this hotel was for the Continental breakfast and pool. It was very disappointing for me and my family.

The beds were comfortable. At first look the room seamed clean But the bathroom had mold in the grout and the tub was old. We also found several dead bugs. Our air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off I did tell the staff when I left that they need to step up their house keeping.

I hav photo proof that they are serving rotting meat for breakfast. They had roaches grasshoppers hair all over the bed spiders and more roachs everywhere. They’re refusing to give me a refund. This is actually serious.

The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. However, we discovered stains on the sheet in the morning on the side we didn't sleep on and there were dead bugs under the bathroom sink. Also not seen until the morning. No towels at the pool. Even though we told the desk person we were going to the pool when we checked in, he did not offer towels. Had to go back and ask for them. Sounds petty, but definitely inconvenient. If we travel thr8ahoun, we will not stay there

I arrived after driving for ten hours, was exhausted and just wanted to be able to rest comfortably. When we checked into our room, there were dead bugs on the floor in several places. I notified the manager, who offered me a different room. The second room didn’t have bugs, but it had obvious signs of filth in the floor as well. After pointing this out the the manager he explained that these things may have blown in when the door opened. I didn’t see how that was possible in two rooms, two different types of debris and decided to leave the hotel all together. When I inquired about getting a refund, he told me I would need to go though my app (hotels.com) so I am still working on that. While he did try to accommodate me, the hotel was not clean at all. Unfortunately, I didn’t take pictures because after such a long day, all I wanted to do was sleep and it was very late

The gentleman up front was very kind when we checked in, as was the woman helping at breakfast. Unfortunately the room was dirty and smelly. We found bugs all over the floor. The bed was hard as a rock. The fridge smelled awful and was full of mold. Not a good stay.

The bathroom needs some work, there is mold on the tiles and should be cleaned better. Also there were tiles almost to fall on the side of the shower. The fridge was not cold to keep frozen foods on the top shelf. Everything else was okay.

Room was ok. Found our room, the gap at the bottom of the door was large and let in light and air. Used cigarette butts inside the door. Shower handle was cracked and ready to come off. Shower knob wouldn’t pull all the way up for full shower. Bathroom light flickered. Toilet wouldn’t flush had to take the lid of and move the flapper manually. Bed was small and uncomfortable

The room was fine. If you are a light sleeper, do not stay here. You can hear all of the traffic outside and the walls in the rooms are super thin. You can hear the people outside as well.

One of our rooms had so many dead bugs on the floor that we had to change rooms. At least the exterminator is doing his job. There was even a live roach on the ceiling. And, the bathroom door would not close tightly. The beds were very comfortable.

The room we were in smelled like dog pee. The refrigerator didn’t work. The bathroom door didn’t close without having the push it hard. And the toilet seat was loose and old. But the desk clerk was super nice considering we checked in at 3am. :)

I did your pre check in online. But the desk clerk did not have any record of it and it took an hour to check in. Also he had us booked in a smoking room which we made him change us to a non smoking room. He was not friendly at all. I called the front desk to ask about Wi-Fi and he took about 20 minutes to answer.

I originally was placed in a room with a weird smell and soiled (brown towels). I was disgusted with the room, so I kindly asked to switch rooms. The first attendant I spoke with was very nice and accommodating. However, after being placed in a new room, I was the greeted by two dead spiders in the shower and a large bug under the sink. After the large beetle ran across my feet, I called a different hotel because I refused to stay there. At this point, I had been at the hotel less than 12 hours, so I spoke with the manager who had a very nasty attitude and told me there were no bugs in the room and I must be seeing things. They told me they would not be refunding my 3 night stay at all, even though I was only asking for a refund for at least one night. I contacted Expedia and they wouldn’t take Expedia calls in the beginning and ultimately decided they would still not be giving me a refund. If I could rate this place a zero I would. Please do not stay here.

The property is currently being remodeled, and we had updated rooms for both our stays. Staff members were friendly and efficient. The complementary breakfast was better than most, and our rooms were comfortable. The TV and WiFi worked well. The hotel is on the main drag, which provided some traffic noise, but also placed it close to both fast food and sit-down dining. We walked to the latter. This is our go-to stop along I-70 in Kansas.

Very attentative and friendly staff! Employee "GR" went above and beyond and made our stay very accomodating. Well stocked and clean breakfast area really made it great as well. Can't say enough how evident it was that "GR" and staff wanted our stay to be good. I travel a lot. Great place

When we turned on the shower the water brown and the drain barley drained. The cups were not wrapped so I have no clue how many hands had touched them. The breakfast was horrible. My eggs were cold. The pancake mix was out along with all the juice except 1 was empty.

The room was old and in poor to average condition. The breakfast was missing juice (machine appeared broken) and fruit. Fellow guests were rude talking on the balcony outside my room in the 1am-3am timeframe. My room was not cleaned or towels changed out in the 3 days of my stay.

The free breakfast was one of the best my hubs & I have ever enjoyed ~ the sausage gravy & biscuits were delicious as were the sausage links & the variety of other available food items was great. The woman working the breakfast area was really nice & polite, even though she could have used help & the area was extremely hot, not sure how she was able to keep up, but she did. Unfortunately our room was a bit lacking ~ only one bath towel & there were 2 of us, so I didn't get to shower ~ ugh! Tub & sink could stand to be updated. TV channels were sparse, but the bed was comfy & the pillows were great.

This was a great place for a one-night stay. Bed was comfortable and it was relatively quiet (we always take our own fan). Stairs were daunting for me with my hands full, but no big deal for my husband! Ha. The breakfast was especially good!!

Room was clean and in working order. No cups available in the room. TV remote did not work. I took it to the desk to get new batteries. Staff person said "I'll fix it" and didn't have any luck. TV would power on with button but no volume control. Breakfast was lackluster, juice machine broken, no drink option for children. I expected a budget stay but a working TV remote and drink amenities would have been much appreciated.
