Hotel is beautiful and I like the indoor courtyard and the clear elevators but not my most favorite hotel. Pool water was freezing. Had to ask for pool towels three times. No lock on bathroom door. Door that divides “living room” from “bedroom” kept getting stuck. Overall it was okay. Just not our favorite hotel.

Last night before flying back home Picked this hotel cause it was close to airport, poor customer service with airport shuttle and front desk. Waited over an over with three phone calls to hotel asking for pickup. Room smelled. Half elevators were out the next morning. Not sure I would use this location again.

Nice hotel it has everything you need. I love the indoor pool for myself and my daughter. But it really should be heated. There is not a skylight so the water is freezing cold. In the month of July in Florida it’s nice to not have to be in 100 degree weather outside at the pool. However, the water is probably around 68 degrees. All in all we have stayed here 3-4 times and we will be back. But please heat the pool!

Overall we had a good time. There were some small inconveniences like the fact they seemed a bit understaffed for the holidays. I had wait in a long line just to buy a water bottle in the lobby, which ultimately changed my mind and then tried 3 sold out vending machines before i gave up. Also the elevators are a little glitchy and would randomly stop.

The room was very damp, the AC was COLD (uncomfortably) and there were bugs… which later on turned out to be ROACHES. The property refused to refund my stay and expedia wasnt very much help either. We found a big roach in the kitchen area and sprayed it with lysol to slow it down/kill it. I left to go tell the front room and let them know that there was a roach and id be terminating my stay immediately. When i returned to my room to gather my things there were several baby roaches surrounding the big one (EW) which is when i realized that from day one, the little bugs in the bathroom i had been killing that i thought were some kind of ants… were actually baby roaches… I have pics to verify and will post on google/ here if it allows me to.

We had several reasons for our overall rating of poor. We found the pool temperature to be cool and it was very dark and gloomy in there. A cockroach crawling by one of us when we were seated around the pool was the final straw. There was also a dead bug in the bedding of the pull out sofa bed and another dead one on the floor in the livingroom area. There is a beautiful atrium with waterfalls and foliage, but there were no chairs or couches provided to allow one to enjoy it. The breakfast was expensive and really not very good. For the price we paid, a continental breakfast would have been nice. We also found the lighting very limited in the room making it difficult to see for anyone not able to get ready in the bathroom. It's a small bathroom, so it can only accommodate one person in there at a time.

My overall stay was not what I expected. This hotel is outdated and The room that I was given 429 smelt like mildew and the carpet was wet from the bathroom so they switched my room to 409 and still no better. The room smelt like mildew and the shower was not working properly. The restaurant inside the hotel was not the best and over priced. And if you have a car be prepared to pay $10 per night. I was originally booked to stay for 4 nights but ended my stay a day early because I did not like the hotel and was ready to leave. I would not recommend this hotel it’s better options in the surrounding area. I will not be returning!!!

Older rooms that need updating. Our door to the room would not open. Went to desk reissued new keys and told us you had to push it open. Trying to push it open is an understatement, more like EVERY single time coming in and out you had to put all of your weight into opening it. Complete joke. For that kind of money we shouldn't have to work so hard getting in and out of the room. Gap under door as well which made inside the room noisy. Will not stay here again.

It's just an old hotel that is somewhat beat up. I stayed there two weeks in a row. Both rooms were large, but beat up. AC was erratic (either hot or cold). Shower water flow was weak, and only really hot water. It's in a central location, but that's about the only redeeming feature.

He checked me in efficiently, offered great local recommendations, and even took the time to make sure my room preferences were met without me having to ask twice. It’s rare to find someone who strikes the perfect balance between being personable and polished, but Alex did exactly that. When I first arrived my family was hungry for some good food. I asked if there was any restaurants nearby and they provided a list of options. Everything based on where I wanted to go was only 4 minutes away. McDonalds, PF Chang’s Starbucks I mean everything and this is just to name a few. The mall is bi but gets really busy to the point where I just left because I couldn’t find parking. But this is a wonderful hotel

When the website advertised that Breakfast was included, that and a indoor heated pool (I have arthritic issues) and neither were true. Breakfast of Oatmeal, toast and bacon was $35.00 that's REDICILIOUS!!! Pool outdoors was 100% warmer than indoor which was supposed to be heated. Couldn't use because it had too many kids and somewhat dirty.

The property has a very cool environment. Laid back courtyard/ atrium has a nice 70’s, 80’s vibe. Lots of plants, water features, great ambiance in the evening with lighting. Has the feel of a section of the Gaylord in Orlando. All guest doors open to the large atrium. 👍 on the bar/ restaurant atmosphere, but 👎on the breakfast food quality. Sorry to say, we were counting on the convenience of a “good” restaurant on the premise. Surprised to see the indoor pool!😳😎

The room was nice, comfy. The restaurant leaves much to be improved. Slow service, not very friendly hostess. And most items are served in 2s...2 bagels, 2 muffins, etc. Not everyone is a glutten or wants to share their food. Unfortunately there aren't restaurants within walking distance, however there is doordash which works...but remember to order plates, utensils as hotel won't supply them. 😕

While the inside of the lobby is beautiful, you can see gown work down and damaged the room was. Broken door lock half fixed,floor terribly scratched. The on site restaurant was HORRIBLE. For the price of a meal there, I should have just gone to McDonald’s. The food and price would have been better. There was only one person working at the restaurant and the wait was really long to even get an order in. If you go to the front desk for anything there will probably only be one person which again is a long wait. Booking on Expedia with a really good deal I would consider staying there again. But not full price.
