Wow this is a hidden gem. We had India room which was fully decorated like we were in India. Great beds, small but good bathroom. Dinner outside was perfect and breakfast too. In middel of center with nice shops. Only small issue, bar was a gin bar ...but you could order beers in restaurant

Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, Umfangreiche Soeisekarte, die für jeden etwas bietet, besonders für Steakliebhaber. Auch immer Saisonalsonderkarte. Den Abschluss des Abends kann man in der schönen Rooftopbar verbringen.

gute Lage (sehr zentral), Bett war gemütlich - Parkplatz war voll, Personal war nicht sehr hilfreich, während der Nacht ist es schon etwas lauter (wen das stört), nicht die Zimmerkategorie bekommen die gebucht wurde (im Nachgang einen Gutschein von Expedia erhalten)

Zimmer war ok! Heizung konnten wir allerdings nicht finden. Es war aber ein Heizlüfter vorhanden, den wir auch genutzt haben. Parken war nur im Parkhaus etwas entfernt möglich gegen Gebühr!

Das Hotel ansich und das von uns gebuchte Zimmer ist schön und Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Sauberkeit gerade im Toilettenbereich eine Katastrophe. Wer die Hinterlassenschaften der Vorgänger im Rahmen von Vekalien noch auf seiner Toilette finden möchte und einen Uringeruch aus der Dusche wie auf einem Bahnhofsklo haben möchte ist hier allem Anschein nach richtig. Zumindest war dies in unserem Zimmer 101 so der Fall. Selbst nach nochmaliger Reinigung der Toilette waren die Hinterlassenschaften noch vorhanden. Zudem war die Reinigung der Toilette eine Zumutung. Der Lappen hing zum Teil im Klo, erst wurde die Schüssel, im Anschluss die Brille und dann der Boden mit dem selben Lappen geputzt. Es wurde sich zwar entschuldigt, oder eben eine Reinigung der Toilette angeboten. Auch ein Zimmerwechsel wurde uns zwar angeboten, was wir ablehnten, da wir eigentlich dieses Zimmer haben wollten. Dennoch wäre ein Nachlass oder sonstige Vergünstigung in Aussicht zu stellen, zumindest eine Möglichkeit und eine Art der Entschuldigung gewesen. Wir werden hier definitiv nicht mehr übernachten oder die Unterkunft empfehlen können. Was sehr schade ist, denn die Lage, die Optik und die Ausstattung ist sehr schön. Aber hier wird man dem Sauberkeits- und Hygieneanspruch definitiv so nicht gerecht.

Ein altes Haus preiswert „ aufgepimpt“. Keine Klimaanlage, sehr laute Umgebung, etwas muffiger Geruch im Haus, sehr kleines Zimmer und noch kleineres Bad, nicht ganz sauberes Geschirr beim Frühstück. Auswahl beim Frühstück reichhaltig.

Last year same time (Oktoberfest) we tried to book this hotel, was fully booked. We come again this year and book 2 months ahead… we got it. The hotel located below the castle and next to Inn’s review. All their hotel room are named after cities of the world. Love the bed. Hotel room clean. Do take note that rooms that facing the street/city is a bit noisy toward midnight. The windows are sound proof, but if you want the outside cold air, you need to open the window to enjoy the natural air con. Happy with the stay. Will come again

At Christmastime, hotel was too cold and so small! Room and bath too cramped and tiny and uncomfortable and too chilly for senior citizens. Food in small restaurant was expensive and not great quality or much choice; waitresses did not speak English.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. Very beautiful spacious room. Bathroom is open concept with see through glass door. We wonder if people from opposite buildings can see us showering 😂 Otherwise, it is a great hotel with a very good restaurant for dinner and the fortress is within walkable distance.

Bodde en natt i Alte Stadt Suite. Mycket fint och rymligt rum med fönster ut åt den lilla gatan. Bra läge med promenadavstånd till det mesta i Kuftstein. Receptionen hade mycket att göra och det var lång väntetid samt begränsad plats att lämna bagage - ett bagagerum hade varit bra. Bor gärna här igen.

Beautifully renovated with every room having its own theme. Restaurants were fabulous - probably on the more pricey side but food was great. Breakfast was included and had great choices of hot and cold options. 5 minutes walk from the train station and buses to lots of places within 2-5 minutes walk. Ski bus goes once a day to Soll in the morning and returns in the evening.

Last year same time (Oktoberfest) we tried to book this hotel, was fully booked. We come again this year and book 2 months ahead… we got it. The hotel located below the castle and next to Inn’s review. All their hotel room are named after cities of the world. Love the bed. Hotel room clean. Do take note that rooms that facing the street/city is a bit noisy toward midnight. The windows are sound proof, but if you want the outside cold air, you need to open the window to enjoy the natural air con. Happy with the stay. Will come again
