Great location! Close to station and wangfujing shopping area. Very clean, and good view from our window, great size room too ! The only downside was, need more staff that speak better English! The only people that speak good English was the reception. Breakfast was good for me but there’s no English breakfast for my British husband. Big bed but a bit too hard for us, and aircon need to be colder.

Good location and good size room for 2 pax. Bed is big and very comfortable. Soundproofing is good as I am a light sleeper. Only one man at concierge speaks good English. Don’t like only one rotating door at entrance. Should have more chairs in hotel lobby while waiting for driver/ taxi.

The pool, the room, and the location was outstanding. Lovely features include cable charger for all three connections in room. Large comfy bathrobes and towels, slippers were very lush. Negative- WiFi is so bad. The black shades were great. Free water. Lucas and Will at the front desk were amazing. Super helpful and kind. The kind of staff that makes you want to return.

We stayed 4 nights at Empark. Check in and check out staff wasn’t particularly friendly, was just okay. Room was okay but the air conditioning was centralised and we felt a bit hot, we had the windows opened. Fyi, they request a 2000 yuan deposit which I’m not aware of while booking the hotel.
