For the most part, the hotel was nice. It was clean comfortable beds to sleep in space was nice in the room but the things that bothered me they have a full bar, but they have no way of making drinks. Everything is missing something an example would be they can’t make you a piña colada because they have no coconut rum. They can’t make you anything else cause I don’t have grenadine. The bar was not up to par. The breakfast spread was very nice lots of variety, but the scrambled eggs taste awful to the point. I couldn’t swallow them. You had to spit them out. The staff was very friendly up until my departing day. I was being told they were going to charge me for a coffee, but I had never been charged for on all the other days eventually he just said it’s OK I won’t charge you, but I didn’t think that was a correct way to be since no one had charged me before overall I would give it four stars because nothing is perfect

We used Wesley Chapel as an in-between spot for a week in Florida that included a day at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure in Orlando, a day at Treasure Island Beach, and two full days at Busch Gardens in Tampa. For the price and the size of the rooms for the location, it was perfect. Most of the hotels we looked at closer to either of the theme parks we were going to visit only had double beds in each room, and here we were able to get a room with two queen-size beds. The hotel is situated right off the interstate, which made coming and going super-easy as well. I have to give major props to the continental breakfast every day - it was fabulous! The staff at the hotel was top-notch, too - everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful no matter what time of day we needed anything. The room was very clean and well-maintained despite showing a little age on some of the furniture. That said, the bathroom situation was odd. A sliding frosted glass barn door that lets all the light from the bathroom into the sleeping area is a weird design choice - and it DID wake everyone in the room up when any of us used the bathroom after everyone else was asleep. Water pressure in the shower in our room was a little weak, too - but that's not unusual for a hotel. I gave only a "mid" review on the amenities because we didn't use anything aside from the on-site laundry facility and never checked out the fitness center or pool.
