We stayed in a five-bedroom villa with a group of 10, including kids, teens, and adults, for a total of five nights. The personal service via WhatsApp was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. We also enjoyed a few meals at the on-site restaurant—excellent food and attentive service. Overall, it was a great property for our group. That said, there were a few things that felt out of place for a five-star rated facility. For example, charging for instant coffee and tea bags in the villa seemed unusual, especially since many lower-star hotels offer these for free. It’s a minor detail, but still a bit odd. Also, while the villa could accommodate 10 people, it only had four sunbeds outside. We requested more but were told none were available. The villa featured several balconies and a large rooftop terrace, yet none of them were furnished—unlike some of the neighboring villas we noticed, which had outdoor furniture on all their balconies. Hi! We had a pleasant stay at The Five Villa and Resort! Absolutely perfect! The villa is spacious, clean and pretty new. The resort area has a private and calm beach. Perfect for a swim and there’s a life guard there too. The staff members are very polite and service minded. We did tip them, each of them as we were so satisfied with our stay! A few dollars a day makes a big difference for them. As a 4/5 star hotel this is a good value compared to other villas in the area. Perfect location as it was between Da Nang city and Hoi An. We miss the staff and villa already!

주변에 편의시설이 없어요. 신라호텔 내에도 편의점 없고 롯데마트 배달도 안되니 미리 장봐서 들어가셔야되요. 프라이빗비치는 아주 환상적이였어요. 숙소도 좋았어요. 조식은 가짓수가 많지않았고 좁아서 더운데 야외에서 먹기도 했어요. 조식은 굳이 추천하고 싶지않네요.

Remarkably place. Beautifully designed. Very clean, very modern and a great 1.1m pool. It is also situated right on the beach. We loved this place. The restaurant at the front was also amazing and the young man who served us and supplied the room services was super friendly and so were the hotel staff

After staying at the Hyatt Regency resort for a few days we decided to check into the Five Villas for one night. It was the best decision ever. The villa was well furnished and the customer service was above and beyond. They checked us in at the villa itself. Also breakfast the next day was prepared and served inside the villa without additional charge. Beach access was right there. I wish we could've stayed additional nights.

Amazing time - staff and GM went above and beyond to make our stay memorable as we had a few hiccups with our stay our first night. The remaining nights my family and I had the best time. The villas are immaculately clean and feels modern yet still homey and extremely comfortable. Definitely will be coming back .

The Villa is brilliant. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. Location is a bit far from downtown. Not much restaurants and massage shop nearby.

The villa was well furnished and the customer service was above and beyond. They checked us in at the villa itself. Amazing time - staff and GM went above and beyond to make our stay memorable as we had a few hiccups with our stay our first night. The remaining nights my family and I had the best time. The villas are immaculately clean and feels modern yet still homey and extremely comfortable. Definitely will be coming back .

Hi! We had a pleasant stay at The Five Villa and Resort! Absolutely perfect! The villa is spacious, clean and pretty new. The resort area has a private and calm beach. Perfect for a swim and there’s a life guard there too. The staff members are very polite and service minded. We did tip them, each of them as we were so satisfied with our stay! A few dollars a day makes a big difference for them. As a 4/5 star hotel this is a good value compared to other villas in the area. Perfect location as it was between Da Nang city and Hoi An. We miss the staff and villa already!

Remarkably place. Beautifully designed. Very clean, very modern and a great 1.1m pool. It is also situated right on the beach. We loved this place. After staying at the Hyatt Regency resort for a few days we decided to check into the Five Villas for one night. It was the best decision ever. The villa was well furnished and the customer service was above and beyond. They checked us in at the villa itself. Also breakfast the next day was prepared and served inside the villa without additional charge. Beach access was right there. I wish we could've stayed additional nights.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, spotless, and incredibly well-maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making the entire experience feel luxurious, relaxing, and truly unforgettable. What made our stay even more special was the amazing staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of at all times. Their hospitality made us feel at home the moment we arrived. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, easily one of the best we’ve had. There were plenty of delicious options, everything was fresh and beautifully prepared, and each morning started perfectly because of it. The villa exceeded all our expectations in every way. From the outstanding service to the beautiful atmosphere and incredible food, everything was simply perfect. We truly appreciate all the effort the team put into making our stay memorable. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.
