Location is great, shuttle to the outlet is great, lobby is great, staff is nice and useful Room is OK (feels old), AC is very noisy Spa can only been used naked

Nice hotel, nice staffs, great Mount Fuji view. The only drawback is the laundry facility. Dryer is not hot enough.

Loved fresh breakfast, Japanese style rooms, Hot Springs & View of Mount Fuji. Shuttle service was great. Hiking directly from hotel was convenient.

We returned to Rembrant as we enjoyed our last stay with them. The view of Mt Fuji was the deciding factor for us to choose this hotel.

Nice looking hotel, but we choose Japan style room, we have to set up ourselves, maybe we are on ground floor, so we catched few bugs, but washroom and room are clean, we can’t take pictures because they are renovation. 10mins drive to gotomba outlet,
