夕食も朝食もとても美味しかったですが、青年男子たちには量が足りないようでした。朝はなんとかフォッカチャだけはおかわりさせていただきましたが、もう少し気持ちよく「おかわりできますよ」と言っていただけるとよかった…。“8時台”の予約で8時ちょうどに行きましたが、かなり待たされました。予約の仕方の工夫が必要だと感じました。お風呂がとても気持ちよかったです！

施設は古いですが、綺麗に管理されていると思います。快適に過ごせました、何よりも富士山の眺望が最高です!ロビーから良し､露天風呂から良し､５階から無料のカフェを頂きながらの眺めはぜひともお勧めです!～

家族全体でスケジュールに余裕が出来たので、年末休みに1泊宿泊。予約が取れそうな事もあり、少し贅沢にジュニアスイートを取った所、チェックイン時にホテル側の御厚意でメジャースイートにランクアップしたお部屋をご用意頂きました。 兎に角、部屋の広さや設備、そして部屋やベランダからの眺望が素晴らしく、両親と共に感動しました。 特に部屋から見える富士山は宿泊日が晴れていた事もあり、夕景、夜景、早朝の朝焼けと刻々と姿を帰る富士山の姿を独り占めでき、とても良かったです。 清掃も隅々まで行き届いており、目に付きづらい場所も清潔にされており心地良く過ごせました。 眺望に関しては、エントランスに始まり大浴場や露天風呂、レストランやワーケーションスペースなど様々な所で雄大な富士の展望を感じる事ができる設計となっており、それぞれの場所で印象に強く残っています。 スタッフの方々も皆さんプロ精神を感じる丁寧な対応で、とても心地良く過ごせました。 外国人スタッフの方も、丁寧な日本語で分かりやすく説明して頂きありがたかったです。 またレストランも非の打ち所がなく、年末年始の特別メニューという事でしたが、滅多に食べないコース料理でどれも美味しかったです。 予約にはディナーは含まれていませんでしたが、臨機応変に個別で予約を入れて頂いた事もありがたかったです。

部屋も綺麗にしてあり、大浴場にある露天風呂では富士山を見ながら温泉を楽しむ事が出来て満足です。

Great hotel with amazing views of Mt. Fuji. Check in was quick and easy even with my limited Japanese. The onsen was one floor below and also gave a breathtaking view of the famous volcano. Parking was easy and under the hotel. Wasn’t crowded so plenty of spots available. There is a restaurant in the hotel but I didn’t try it. Room was larger than a business hotel but same ole hard bed - the Japanese standard. It’s also a bit of a drive to Gotemba proper, but you are staying for the views. Overall, great hotel and recommend.

The number one positive is the unparalleled views of Mt Fuji. We enjoyed the spacious room, and wish the weather had permitted use of the deck. Guest lounge area was very much appreciated, with free coffee. The onset was very nice, and enjoyed using it. The biggest con is that there is nothing near by. No shopping , food , services, or public transport that aren’t a $20 cab ride away. The hotel is in need of refurbishing. Years of use and weather have deteriorated the structure. If you have your own transportation, and are looking for a remote location, then it may suit your purposes

The staffs are helpful, friendly and speak English well. The room is big and comfortable even for four adults. The ryokan includes 1 hot pool and 1 cold pool indoor, 2 hot pools out door. The view of mount Fuji from outdoor pool is fantastic! There is also a sauna room included. The breakfast is great! A downside is that the futon is old and clumpy. Not the fluffy one that I was looking forward to. Another downside is that the laundry room is in a corner of the carpark. Although the laundry service is free, the washing machine and dryers are old.

まずロビーから富士山が一望できます。 部屋からも、お風呂からもかなりの迫力の富士山を見る事が出来ます。 特に富士山を見ながらの露天風呂は最高です。

Plan ahead and bring your own food before your stay. The onsen area is quite small. No store at the surrounding. Taxi take a long time to gets there. Public bus only stop by once a hours and most likely will be fully occupied. Leave extra early if you have train or bus you need to catch.

初めて利用させて頂きました アウトレットも近く施設もモダンで清潔 大浴場も清潔でのんびり利用できました 今回は朝食をつけたのですがとても美味しかったです また利用させて頂きたいです

The hotel rooms are so dirty, moldy and smelly. The reception Yoshi san was kind enough to let me change the room after first night but the second room was only slightly better. You can see attempts to cover the black mold on the wall with white paint. The dirty conditions caused my allergy to act up and i felt so sick for the following week of my holiday.

とても広いお部屋で過ごさせて頂きました。 テレビも2台ありましたが、大き過ぎて鏡を見るのが難しい位置に2台ともあったので、どちらかはメイクがしやすい位置に移動されると宜しくかと存じます。 ベッドメイク等は大変丁寧にして頂きました。 カーペットにお菓子が落ちていたのと、洗面所のコップを置いた跡が残っていたのが少し残念でした。 歴史あるホテルです。設備等にも趣がございます。 磨きをかけて清潔を保つ事によって、長年大切に使われている物を更に美しくこらからも提供して頂けたら、私のホテルライフの楽しみ方の幅が更に広がります。 またお伺いする日が来る事を楽しみにしております。

お部屋もキレイでスタッフの方々も優しくいいホテルだと思います。コンクリートの躯体の為か若干一階部分がカビ臭かったためやや低評価にしました。

設備の古さを感じるところもありますが、清潔感はあり概ね満足です。 使い捨てタイプのスリッパがあれば私的にはありがたいところです。

部屋も大浴場もとてもきれいで快適でした。 喫煙所も階に設置されていて便利でした。喫煙者には有り難いです。

天気が悪く富士山が見えなくて残念でしたが、お部屋はきれいで快適でした。また利用したいです。

Nice looking hotel, but we choose Japan style room, we have to set up ourselves, maybe we are on ground floor, so we catched few bugs, but washroom and room are clean, we can’t take pictures because they are renovation. 10mins drive to gotomba outlet,

２泊３日で利用しました。部屋の位置がちょうど、道と同じくらいの目線で、目が合ったりしてリラックスが出来なかった。後、部屋に付いている冷蔵庫が使えませんでした。飲み物が全然冷えなくて、フロントに言って少し氷を持って来てもらいましたが、直ぐに溶けてしまって残念な感じでしたが、その他は普通でした。

富士山の見えるお部屋にグレードアップしていただきました。天気にも恵まれお部屋からは綺麗に富士山を眺めることができ大変満足しています。お部屋は畳のタイプで広さもあり、テラスまでついていて快適に過ごすことができました。

I was told that my room was upgraded for the view of Mt. Fuji. The room was large but as I booked Japanese room, so I must prepare beds myself. There was a charge for onsen per head even though I didn't use it. But it was not that much ~150 Yens per head though.

まだ　真新しい感じの建物。打ちっ放しに塗装仕上げ、タイル貼りの　昔の高松伸風の若林氏の設計とか？　無駄の美?　吹抜け要る?　クラックも無く綺麗です、トイレとユニットバスが狭い。景色は良い、富士山が見えれば最高です。小さい子の好き嫌いの激しい子がいたので　食事無しでお願いしましたが　一度食事もお世話になりたい。

The hotel is located on a mountain, with a magnificent view of Mount Fuji and Gotemba City. The hotel has a unique appearance. My favorite is the public onsen, which is very bright and overlooks Mount Fuji. However, the room decoration is relatively old and the cleanliness is acceptable. The front desk staff was very attentive and tried their best to help and answer our questions. Since it's about an 8-10 minute drive from the outlet, it's most suitable for traveling by your car instead of taking public transportation.

Hotel location is excellent …. Facing directly to mount Fuji. Oncen also is superb, especially the outdoor one, where we can enjoy the fantastic view while taking a bath. Service also fantastic. The manager even take us to gotemba premium outlet by himself (thank you so much, really appreciate it)

Hotel is a long way out of Gotemba, not really walking distance. Reception staff appear to have no knowledge of the surrounding area.

Endroit magnifique ! Le design de l’hôtel est unique, sa situation géographique incroyable. Très bon service, le personnel de l’hôtel maitrise l’anglais. C’est vraiment très utile car, la grande majorité des affiches sont en Japonais

化粧水や乳液が置かれていない。常備しているホテルが多い中、置いていなければきちんと明記しておいて欲しかった。また、フロントに問い合わせたところ、置いていませんの一点張り。チェックアウト時に一回分のミニセットが売店？にあるのを発見。言ってくれたら購入したのに。

直看富士山、附近無商店

This hotel is beautiful. It was almost unbelievable how nice it is for the price you pay. This was my partner’s and my first time in Japan and this was a wonderful place to spend a few days during our trip. We have nothing else to compare the onsen to since this was our first time at one, but it had breathtaking views and was relaxing and clean. If you are new to onsen like we are, the hotel makes it easy for newcomers with a helpful infographic that they hand out to you about public bath manners. We used the onsen twice a day because we loved it so much and will miss the it when we go back to the USA. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. At first we did not think we could access the hotel by public transportation other than the hotel’s own shuttle bus, but if you use the navigation app Japan Travel, the local public bus’s routes which have two stops near the hotel will show up for some addition travel options into the city (for some reason Google Maps and Apple Maps did not have this bus’s routes show up for us). You can use a taxi to get to and from here of course, but it is much more expensive. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone to stay at if you want a hotel with an onsen with a beautiful view.

The property is quite isolated from the rest of gotemba. $20 taxi to Outlet Mall. $20 taxi to train station. If I were to do it again I would have chosen differently. Staff are pleasant and fluent in English.

Beautiful views of Mt Fuji, nice onsen, breakfast was fantastic. Great place to stay and relax.

I thought booked with breakfast but it wasn’t. We ordered at hotel which is too expensive as American breakfast. That’s is totally rip off. Sushi also terrible, they sushi without wasabi. Next time l will bring bento box.

入住時upgrade 了富士山景房，房間裝修略嫌有點舊，但算很整潔，很幸運一早起身就看到富士山，餐廳同温泉都係向富士山，如果天氣好就一定望到。早餐係美式，員工服務很好👍
