Pool closes far too early. It should not close at all, but 8:00 pm is ridiculously early. Pool spa was cold water. No hot option. Shower water goes from hot to cold on own.

The property was nice and clean, great pool area and has a Happy Hour. Room spacious. They do not have a concierge service or an airport shuttle. Alittle far from the beaches. Their is a tour office a few doors down, and a Sunday night Market within a 10min walk.

Modern and conveniently located hotel. I would give it 4.6 out of 5. Definitely felt upscale walking into the hotel and lobby. It was my birthday and they had decorated the bed and gave a small cake. The room was spacious and clean, with good AC, as well as large bathroom with good amount of counter space. Shower had good pressure. It was nice having a small fridge and water provided, as well as hot water kettle to make instant coffee in the morning. We rented a motorbike around the corner and were able o park it in the lot behind the hotel. Pros: location, price, modern and spacious room

The staff were attentive. My room was very badly insulated, I could here next rooms tv, shower, cleaning and vacuum cleaning noises very clearly. Was woken up by my neighbours early shower. Otherwise a good hotel up to western standards.

Fresht og moderne hotell med storbyfølelse. Nyoppusset. Veldig gode senger og god komfort. Eneste minus med rom er noe lyd fra trafikken, selv for oss som bodde i 10. etg. Men det må man nesten regne med i byen. Veldig fin og god frokost. Angrer på at vi ikke bestilte middagsbuffet da vi booket, da dette kostet 3-4 ganger mer ved betaling på hotellet. Så vi droppet det og spiste utenfor hotellet. Bassenget og poolbaren var topp! Treningsrommet svalt og moderne. Vi kommer igjen!

Cooling in room was poor. I woke up at nights sweating. After complaining every day and hotel trying to fix it everyday, problem persisted. In hotels defense, they did offer to change room but 1. They said that they fixed the cooling and 2. It’s a pen to move the room when you have already taken your stuff out of the bags.

On their website says they can fit three people on their king bed so they charge me for my daughter to stay with us because they said that we only book for two adults. They rip us off by charging me $41.25 a day for six days $247.50 and she slept on the same bed that we did they try to give us a row out bed, but it was too small and short our legs were hanging out did you not give us a bigger room with an extra real bed in there we lost space in the room I would like a refund of $247.50 because we didn’t get the service we didn’t get another real bed for people to sleep in we are forced to pay. It wouldn’t pay we couldn’t stay. We had no place else to go. this is how they cheat tourist we had no other choice, but the pay first complain later. we didn’t want to pay for extra person we was forced to and didn’t get the service that they promise.

Walking distance to Old Phuket Town if you can handle the heat! The area was somewhat safe besides one homeless man who seemed a little dangerous to walk past to get to Old Town. Hint, he stayed inside an abandoned building and typically minded his own business until he wandered onto the sidewalk occasionally. The staff at the counter were a bit confusing when explaining a 2,000 baht deposit that had to be paid up front, so just be prepared. We got the 2,000 baht back once we checked out. The hotel smelled so good. The staff working the door were so kind and helpful. They held our bags when we arrived from the airport. Check-in wasn’t until 1-3PM, but we were able to check in a little early due to availability. The rooms were cold and clean with an amazing view of the ocean and the city. Bolt & Grab were extremely easy to use in Phuket compared to Bangkok. Overall, a great stay and absolutely worth the price. The only issue we faced was very loud construction and housekeeping. It was repetitive sounds all day and almost all night. It did make it a bit difficult to stay asleep unless your TV volume was high.

Hotel com um café da manha maravilhoso, quarto extremamente grande, cama gigante (maior que o padrao de king). Em relação a localização, é ideal apenas para quem irá fazer passeios todos os dias, não tem quase nada para fazer e as boas prais ficam aproximadamente 40 min do hotel. Em relação aos locais que partem os passeios, ele fica muito bem localizado, sendo a última região de embarque dos passageiros, isso gera uma grande economia de tempo, aproximadamente 1 hora da região de praia.

This hotel is one of the few chain hotels located in Phuket Old Town. It's a perfect place to stay if you wish to spend more time in the Old Town. The hotel is a short 5 min car ride away to the heart of town. The guest room itself is large and very comfortable, newly refurbished in an old colonial style decor. There is a bit of an old smoke smell that lingers but nothing to overpowering that a room spray cannot handle. The end corners of the room seem a little dirty, but that is okay as well, as the main room areas is very clean.

Great staff amazing breakfast buffet and comfortable rooms make it a first class hotel property! The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of old town Phuket with many offerings and options for restaurants bars coffee shops shopping and of course massage spas ! The historical offers beautiful Portuguese inspired architecture with many opportunities for photographers and content creators.

Hotel has only presidential suites with bath tub no regular rooms. . I choose this hotel only because of the name Marriott. I will never go here again or any Marriott. I will continue to go to Anantara. I ordered the minced pork and got food poisoning and have been on the toilet for the last two days. I tell the manager and he says maybe I’m allergic to something 🤔 no one else got sick…hmmm out of the 20 people at that garbage hotel how many have minced pork any? Incompetent manager giving me manager answers no idea what he’s talking about. Apparently I should go to the store and get medicine while he “investigates”. You can’t make this up for me literally. Felt sick immediately after eating. Book breakfast in advance 28 dollars and couldn’t eat anything except some fruits. Now I’m spending the rest of my trip in Phuket on the toilet. Stay away! Okay I warned you!

Loved the Hotel, my room was great and its restaurant served a wide range of cuisines, the pool was big enough to cater for a number of swimmers including children. I would definitely recommend it and book again when I am next in Phuket.
