Hampton Inn & Suites Palm Desert

My stay was very good and pleasant. My hotel room was clean and very comfortable although I experienced an issue with the shower suddenly alternating from hot to very cold water without me touching the knob at all. When I mentioned it to the front desk they immediately took action by switching me to another room which took care of the issue right away. As for the other amenities everything was A okay. I especially love the fact that I can plug in my apple tv plus box that I always bring with me, into an hdmi plug of the hotel room tv for me to be able to watch my tv shows from home which includes live and video recorded tv programs and sports events.

Air conditioning was not strong enough.

Overall check in was great! I felt bad for the front desk staff, coffee maker had been leaking all over the floor and she handled it quickly. Room had an odd smell and kid’s milk cup left in our fridge. A few lights in our room were also blinking, probably just needed a new bulb. TV guide did not match what was actually on the TV so not sure what that was about! Loud thinking AC. We stayed here for the beginning of our girl’s trip before going to a new hotel. Fine for a quick stay but we were happy to go to a different hotel the next two days.

Breakfast was typical. Parking was good. Elevator wasn’t working so we got our workout going up and down the stairs from the third floor.

The room was clean and had comfy beds. It was a pretty quiet stay. There is a musty smell in the hotel and rooms. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Overall, not bad for a quick stay.
