The entire front desk staff, all shifts were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. They don't have an business center so bring your own technology.

Fast, efficient check in, staff was super welcoming and made our grandson ecstatic with the free toy gift. Room clean, hot-tub was perfect and we even swam in the heated pool! Thx for a wonderful stay! You are the only hotel who truly had a functioning, heated hot tub and pool. So many false advertised chains across the country and thankful Hampton is honest and always clean!! Keep up the great work.

Overall Ok place to stay, The property was a bit pricey for what you get. The Hot tub was cold and un usable.

Front desk staff was very welcoming, helpful, and informative regarding the facilities. The rooms were great size and nice and clean. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The gym (which is open 24 hours BTW) was super cool, the kiddos had a lot of fun at the pool, and we all enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning. They had a little bit of everything, it was perfect.

Staff was nice. Property and room was clean. Only downfall was the pool was under renovation. I would stay there again.

The staff is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and so helpful. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The included breakfast was good, and the pool temperature was perfect. The only drawback was that the fast EV chargers weren’t working. The slow chargers, however, are free and worked fine for overnight charging.

We got coffee when we first got there and it was cold. The pillows on the bed were not comfortable and were tiny compared to king size bed leaving a huge gap in the middle of the bed when we first walked in. Bathroom shower had hair in it when I was going to first use it. Tv was on for morning breakfast and was set to a Spanish speaking station. We will definitely not be staying here again.

The room I stayed in had dirty/stained carpet with a cigarette burn. The furniture was outdated. The walls were thin therefore, it was very noisy. Elevator motor was loud and could be heard from our room. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and this didn't match up to the quality I expected.

We had a terrible urine smell in the room and they were unable to give us another room. We had to go to another hotel (Holiday Inn Express) that was suggested by your staff. It was so much better than your hotel. It was very inconvenient and disappointing.

It was all good except when you flush the toilets it’s rather noisy , felt if you flushed the floor below at night hear . I thought it would be noisier due to off the freeway somewhat but it was all good , I picked due to the convenience of getting mom to and from Eisenhower medical facility.

Bed was not very comfortable and the noise level was very loud from above (we were on middle floor). We didn't complain or call office but felt it was much noisier than other rooms/hotels we've stayed in.

They should not put guests in Room 216 where we stayed. All night long, you can hear the sliding glass double doors at the entry way open and close. Couldn't sleep!

I could not use the TV as there was no guide in the room so I had no idea what channels I was looking at. There was also no way to access any kind of a channel guide on the remote. I called the front desk and they sent up a printed channel guide because there wasn't one in the room along with a maintenance man who also didn't know what to do. He said he had been getting complaints about this for weeks! Apparently the hotel switched from DirecTV to spectrum. So there was no way we could watch a movie and there wasn't any way to really determine how to find a particular channel. Even the guide they gave me from the front desk was confusing. There was a QR code in front of the TV to supposedly access the channels but then I was told at the front desk that that needed to be updated and it also was not accurate! This whole experience was really frustrating. Also I wanted to print out my boarding passes and was unable to do so because the printers didn't work! I tried to access American airlines on the computer in the business center and was unable to get a connection! in the . One gentleman at the front desk was kin enough to give me his business email and said he would print out my boarding passes for me. I ended up being able to get the mobile passes. I just felt there was a lot of disorganization and lack of attention to detail especially with these two instances. I have family in Palm springs but honestly because of this I don't think I would stay at this Hampton inn again.

Room spacious beds were extremely comfortable. Temperatures in the room was perfect, refrigerator. Microwave was wonderful. Staff was absolutely kind & generous. Wonderful service with tea and coffee 24-7 with a complementary apple along with ice cold water with lemon and lime slices. Such a wonderful place to be able to sit and enjoy your breakfast in the morning or and whatever you may need to work on or read was absolutely perfect. Really good vibe.

I was exhausted at the end of a long road trip. My room was a quiet and clean suite. All staff personnel were eager to help with anything I needed. The only downside was that my room had no access to the internet and I had to go out into the work area to get online.

The price was good. The shower water pressure was bad.

Double queen room and bath felt small with tiny closet that you couldnt get into. Bathroom had not enough counter space, peeling veneer on vanity and chipped bathroom door. No ability to light bedroom from entry, had to feel around in the dark to find the reading lamps by the bed. Overall felt cramped and not well maintained. Did have a decent fitness room.

Great stay. What a relief when our original hotel turned out to be a disaster. Cain at the front desk was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was great too! Absolutely will stay again!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I asked for information regarding restaurants in the area, the desk manager, Julian, produced a printed copy of all options within a couple of miles. In addition, the breakfasts were GREAT!

Booked a Studio suite in advance, advertised with two queens and a sofa bed. We knew we were arriving late at the hotel (near midnight), so we called in advance to request linens, pillow and blankets for the bed having had issues with this at other hotels. We were told it should be in the room, but if not to just call down to the front desk when we arrived. We check in, go to the room and, lo an behold, no sofa bed. I call down to the front desk and am told that since it was booked on a third party site I get what I get, nothing she can do because she is the only one working and can't leave her post at the front desk. I ask to speak to a manager, she says she called them both and they are asleep and not answering, but I can speak to someone in the morning. I ask for a second room, since I need 3 beds, she offers no discount and that I would need to pay full value of another room. We make do... In the morning when checking out, the day manager does stop me to apologize for the behavior of the previous night's staff, offers a discount for our troubles and promises I will get an email confirmation. It has been 6 days and I have received no communication, and no refund or discount. Extremely frustrated by our experience!

The hotel is just a few minutes away from Acrisure Arena, which is why we've booked it. We stayed in June and kept my reservation since it the stay was so pleasant. The front desk staff member, Stephanie, was there again and continues to shine. She remembered from back in June that I told her I was treating my daughter to a concert in August for her birthday. She went above and beyond and not only decorated our room with a birthday banner and balloons, she left us snacks, and she upgraded us to a suite. She did not need to do this for a review, as I would have left her a stellar review regardless, but she did it anyway and my daughter was over the moon. Our room was ready early and super clean. It was such an awesome surprise for both of us. The breakfast in the morning was great and well-tended to. I love that they have refreshing cucumber lemon water in the lobby, along with coffee at all hours. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others without hesitation. Thank you.

They gave away my room leaving me to go with a different option in short notice

The property and grounds were very well maintained. Service doesn't seem to be a priority, however. I was informed upon check-in that I could request housekeeping services in the morning. In the morning, I informed the front desk that beds didn't need to be made but that I would like fresh towels later in the day. When we returned late in the day, our dirty towels hadn't been removed and garbage hadn't been emptied. I went to the front desk to get towels. Housekeeping should have been notified to service our room. On our way to the pool, other guests told us that it was "cold". It was indeed cold, and hard to enjoy swimming. I informed a maintenance person and he apparently turned up the heat because I could feel it coming into the pool but it would have taken a long time to get up to the proper temperature. The following day, it was the same situation--water too cold for comfort. Another guest approached the pool and couldn't get in because it was so cold. I informed maintenance and he said he would see what he could do. Also, there were no towels available at the pool. The breakfast staff wasn't keeping up with replenishing the food. The hot food trays were nearly empty and only burnt pieces of potato were left, so I asked if food was going to be replenished (it wasn't close to the 10 a.m. closing). My friend wanted butter and he had to ask for it. The next day the milk was container was empty.

Hotel was close to Acrisure Arena, so easy to Uber to and from. Numerous restaurants right across the street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard, but had a few extra options which were appreciated (e.g. hard boiled eggs). Will definitely stay here again when attending shows at Acrisure.

Convenient location

We enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for three of us with two queen beds. The area around the hotel is safe, quiet, and convenient on/off the freeway. There were many dining options nearby. I’d definitely stay there again.

Easy to find, lots of free parking, and lots of restaurants within walking distance not far from the highway.

Everything we needed for a two day stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was outstanding. Friendly and helpful. Convenient distance to Acrisure Arena using ride share and not too far from downtown Palm Springs. Would definitely stay again.

Right off the freeway with things walkable near by. Size of room was excellent.

Stayed here for a concert at the Acrisure Arena and I loved how clean and convenient it was, everything was walking distance, literally downstairs there was an Arco, Starbucks, Subway, etc. and the Acrisure Arena is about a 30-40 min walk if you’re willing to walk or don’t want to wait for an uber back from a concert. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy access to the freeway, little traffic, and quiet area

Overall, the property needs a refresh. We used to enjoy staying there but it is starting to look rundown. Additionally, the breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired. The bakery items were stale, as if they had been sitting out for a week and the hot food needed to be restocked. Nothing really fresh. The room itself was a little run down but met our needs for one night. The staff was friendly and did listen when I provided the above feedback to them. Overall, the location is good and close to many restraints, gas stations, etc.

All the services were excellent, the pleasant breakfast, very organized and clean, the varied food, good coffee.

Room was great, clean and comfortable. The smart TV was easy to navigate, but difficult to find only news channels. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked really well. The only negative was the complimentary breakfast. We had to wait about 10 minutes for eggs and sausage refill. The coffee was empty. The eggs were really poor quality. I would have preferred bacon instead of kielbasa. They used plastic and paper tableware which was very disappointing.

We stayed two nights here with family. Check in was smooth. The room and the beds were clean and comfortable, but the breakfast was ok. If you are vegetarian, you have only cereals. Overall, we are happy with our stay.

Breakfast buffet attendant was very lax. Allowing food, milk, juice to run out and ice to keep juice cold had melted. She had disappeared for awhile before showing and was slow to resupply what was gone. This was only 1½hours after opening at 6 am.

The eggs taste like water and not real. Need free range or organic eggs and more protein options.

The property and rooms are very nice and clean. The staff was great. Checking in with Cain was a breeze even though I kept trying to tap my car he was understanding and patient as he kept telling me to insert card, not once did he catch an attitude so I appreciated that! Breakfast was great, too. It had the typical American breakfast: eggs, potatoes, bacon, cereal, toasts, bagel and lemon scone. I loved their waffle station! The waffle mix was great, too. The two ladies working it were on top of restocking and refills, and made it enjoyable. Checking out thru a text was easy, too. The app didn’t work for me so there may be a backend, or at the very least, an UX design problem. The only con I found staying here was the water pressure. I’m used to a more waterfall shower head experience in other hotels. Yet, it wasn’t totally bad, it’s just my personal preference.
