Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, leider war zum Zeitpunkt als wir vor Ort waren immer wieder arbeiten an beiden Pools. Aber ich bin mir sicher, sobald die Baustelle abgeschlossen ist, wird die Hotelanlage noch bezaubernder als sie nicht eh schon ist. Die Preise an der Poolbar sind für Vietnam schon sehr teuer. Eine Empfehlung ist es, die Wasserflaschen außerhalb der Anlage zu kaufen. (direkt gegenüber gibt es dazu die Möglichkeit)

The service at the lobby was over the top. The rooms very very special and clean and comfortable. The place itself is well kept. A lot of gardening work and very clean, and so it the beach area. The pool is fantastic. There are Yoga classes in the morning. Great hotel. There is a good Pizza place and restaurants on the road.

Wir hatten einen Breeze Bungalow mit eingeschränkten Meerblick gebucht das Zimmer war unglaublich und eindrucksvoll. Man hat das Meer gut gesehen und man war mitten im Grünen man kam sich vor als wäre man direkt im Urwald. An Comfort hat nichts gefehlt. Strand war sehr sauber und schön sowie die gesamte Anlagen. Die Pools waren auch super angelegt. Hervorzuheben ist auch das gigantische Frühstücksbuffet wo kein kulinarischer Wunsch offen bleibt. Die Leute sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und es gab einen kostenlosen Bus Transfer vom Flughafen und zurück. In der Anlage konnte man sich ein Roller leihen dies hat für 4 Std umgerechnet 1,50 EUR gekostet. Das Hotel kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

This was a family trip with my parents and my young daughter. There was a minor issue with the room we were initially assigned, but the hotel staff were very kind and responded quickly. After we were moved to a different room, we were able to rest comfortably. Most of the hotel facilities were well maintained and properly managed. The breakfast was decent and satisfying overall. However, there is a designated smoking area inside one corner of the breakfast restaurant, and when someone was smoking, the smell traveled directly into the dining area, which was uncomfortable. The gym was equipped with a basic set of dumbbells, but it was sufficient for a simple workout. The beach in front of the hotel remains relatively shallow—even after walking quite a distance, the water depth is around an adult male’s height—so it seems like a good place for children to play. During my stay, it felt like about 80% of the guests were Russian. Overall, I appreciate the friendly and attentive service throughout our stay, and I would be happy to stay here again on a future visit.

We had a really great time in this place. The Staff is amazing and the bungalow option makes you feel immersed in nature. The Breakfast is huge, and the beach and the swimming pool are perfect for the best sunset ever! We Loved it!

前回ホテルの口コミを記載させていただきましたので、今回はホテル内のスパ（バンブースパ）に関して口コミさせていただきます。 ホテルは良かったのですが、残念ながらスパに関しては街中のスパの方が良かった感じです。 60分のオイルマッサージを頼みましたが、マッサージスタッフの方が終わった瞬間にフィニッシュといい、そのまま退室されました。 私は体中オイル塗れでタオルも渡されませんでした。街中のスパも試しましたが最後は暖かいタオルで拭き取ってくれましたが、バンブースパではありませんでした。 金額もそれなりにするのでその辺りは改善して欲しいと思いました。

Très bel hôtel bien entretenu avec un jardin luxuriant et une jolie piscine face à la mer. Il est un des plus beaux hôtels de l île. Vous pouvez louer un scooter à l hôtel facilement. Privilégiez le forfait à la journée sinon cela devient vite compliqué. Pour information, Phu quoc est situé à quelques kilomètres (15mn de scooter) Le petit déjeuner de cet hôtel est très complet et copieux. Seuls points négatifs de l océan bay resort, le prix des boissons élevé dans les 2 bars (avec une taxe ajoutée sur les boissons alcoolisées lors du paiement non précisé initialement) et le prix des massages !. Il convient également d ajouter le personnel serviable mais un peu trop envahissant à notre goût.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Schöner Strand, schöner Pool, schöne Anlage. Das Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer müsste an manchen Stellen renoviert werden. z.B. konnten die Türen nicht vollständig geschlossen werden und im Bad konnte die Regendusche nicht benutzt werden. Alles in einem würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort hinkommen.

Rundum schöne Anlage mit vorzüglichem Restaurant, guten Spa-Angeboten und an der Bar die HappyHour für die die es mögen :) Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit abwechslungsreichen, täglich wechselnden asiatischen Gerichten und continentalen Speisen , für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Serviceteam war immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und fleißig wie die Bienchen…

Wirklich tolles und neues Hotel. Die Zimmer sind ein Traum und mit dem offenen Bad und Pflanzen direkt im Bad, ist es wirklich toll. Das Bett ist unfassbar bequem und die Terrasse mit „Schaukel“ und Sitzmöglichkeiten ist schön. Die ganze Anlage ist extrem sauber und wunderschön angelegt. Frühstück auch gut. Müll am Strand wird direkt weggeräumt, jedoch haben wir kaum Müll im Meer gesehen. Leider ist der Preis für das Essen und die Getränke völlig überzogen. Ca. 3x so teuer wie außerhalb in den Restaurants. Das steht in keinem Verhältnis. Was uns extrem genervt hat, war die Musik am Pool. Sie ist viel zu laut und es werden wirklich jeden Tag die gleichen 5 Lieder gespielt. (Habe das Personal mehrfach auf die Lautstärke aufmerksam gemacht) an einem so traumhaften Ort, braucht man keine Dauerbeschallung durch diese Musik. Wir wurden von Flughafen per Shuttle abgeholt und auch wieder dorthin gebracht, das hat Super unkompliziert geklappt. Wir würden wieder kommen!

incredible location right on the first line on the beach. good air conditioning, fairly modern design. of the minuses I will note the non-working bath and poor cleaning before check-in. neither the bath nor the shower nor the glass were washed, there is dirt and dust everywhere, this is disappointing to be honest. breakfasts are absolutely mediocre, they need to focus not on the quantity of dishes but on their quality. overall, due to the excellent location, we got good impressions

Man ist in der Natur und trotzdem sehr luxuriös untergebracht. Die Anlage ist direkt in einen Tropenwald. Wer Insekten nicht mag sollte dies berücksichtigen bei der Wahl des Hotels. Die Bäder sind offen und in die Natur integriert. Ich fand es toll. Zimmer sind etwas durch Witterung gezeichnet aber alles gut. Moskitonetz und Klimaanlage waren sehr hilfreich. Sehr gepflegt und für Alleinreisende geeignet. Auf mich wurde besonders geachtet. Frühstück vielseitig und die Anlage zum Relaxen toll. Außserhalb gibt es gute Restaurants aber auch das Restaurant im Resort ist sehr gut. Wellness, Romantik ist alles drin wenn man möchte. Transfer vom/ zum Airport gut organisiert. Das Peraonal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt in meiner Auszeit von 3 Nächten nach einem Business Trip.

Die Bäder sind offen und in die Natur integriert. Ich fand es toll. Zimmer sind etwas durch Witterung gezeichnet aber alles gut. Moskitonetz und Klimaanlage waren sehr hilfreich. Sehr gepflegt und für Alleinreisende geeignet. Auf mich wurde besonders geachtet. Frühstück vielseitig und die Anlage zum Relaxen toll. Außserhalb gibt es gute Restaurants aber auch das Restaurant im Resort ist sehr gut. Wellness, Romantik ist alles drin wenn man möchte. Transfer vom/ zum Airport gut organisiert. Das Peraonal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt in meiner Auszeit von 3 Nächten nach einem Business Trip.

Beautiful setting for the hotel, right on the beach. Our room had a magnificent sea view, the perfect spot for catching a sunset. The only thing I would point out is that the "bungalow" is actually either an upstairs or downstairs apartment, and the steps to the upstairs are very steep and potentially slippy in the rain. If you are at all unsteady on your feet request a ground floor "bungalow". The staff were very friendly and helpful. On my first day at breakfast I asked if they had gluten free bread for toast. They didn't, but they baked some for the rest of our stay. There is a free shuttle to the airport which runs every 2 hours. If you fancy eating out of the hotel, there is a family restaurant opposite the entrance, or you have to catch a taxi into town. Taxis are relatively cheap and very easy to book on the Grab app (like uber).

Tolle Anlage, wunderbarer Strand, sehr gutes Frühstück und täglich mehrere happyHours an denen die Cocktails sehr gut zubereitet werden. Hatten das ocean breeze bungalow, leider ebenerdig. Das Zimmer in der oberen Etage ist besser da geschützt vor vorbeilaufenden Gästen. Die Anlage ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt, diese ist aber mit dem Roller gut erreichbar. Vor der Anlage befinden sich mehrere Restaurants, besonders hervorzuheben ist das ramputan. Hier gibt es den besten talapia mit auf der Welt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

The hotel was amazing, staff were helpful and extremely nice. Our room was always clean, stuffed with new bottles of water and fresh towels. They even had a beach bag and slippers, a mosquito spray and an umbrella. The room itself was so authentic, a real bungalow. It was worth it to pay extra for breakfast; it was so variable and delicious. We would definitely recommend this place to visit. We are even thinking of coming back for a longer time.

I think the pictures oversell it. We booked a "premium king" bungalow but upgraded to an ocean view villa when we realized how little privacy the bungalows have. They are right next to each other, stacked one on top of the other, with the unfortunate feature of being able to hear other people's conversation. Hela resorten var helt amazing! Så vackert - varenda detalj är genomtänkt. Från regnskogsbadrummet, inredningen i rummet med fina ”sänghimmeln”, otroliga blommor/grönskande djungel i omgivningarna, så vackert allting! Personalen är outstanding (från städarna, servitörerna till receptionen) så trevliga och serviceminded - exempelvis Hue! Trevligt med fina selfiespots!:) Fin frukost med goda glutenfria pannkakor som kan ordnas! God mat i restaurangen och fin utsikt på kvällen med fin solnedgång! Fin strand! Vi kan definitivt tänka oss att komma tillbaka!

Beautiful setting. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow which was spacious and nicely furnished with good sized terrace and space in garden for sun beds if you prefer to laze the day away under the palm trees instead of beach or poolside. Stunning sunset views. Staff were all very friendly and attentive to requests. The only negatives for us were that for lunch/dinner vegetarian food options in the restaurant were bland so we ate out in local places which were an easy short walk from the resort. Breakfast options were good mix of local and western cuisine but can get chaotic at peak times (you need to queue at separate bar for coffees). Would recommend and would stay again.

It was a fantastic experience. Outstanding property, location and their team is extremely committed, friendly and eager to serve with a smile. Special mention to Ms.Bao and Mr. Ky who went the extra mile to make our trip very memorable. Ms.Bao ensured that we were comfortable and happy with our ocean view room and Mr.Ky helped to plan an outing to Hong Thom Island all the while helping to communicate with our local driver. Mr.Trinh at the Ocean Bar & Grill restaurant is friendly and gives you good suggestions to enjoy the amenities and dining options on the property (including a fire show). This restaurant has stunning views of the ocean and food is great. They could consider to increase the menu options since by the end of our 4 day stay we had tried everything there and they were delicious. Breakfast options at the charming Treehouse Restaurant are good and enjoyable. We met the little Mr.Nam, who is so enthusiastic and energetic while attending to customers on his summer holiday (who will be a future hotelier tycoon some day). It was a delight to watch him at work. Cleanliness could be a bit better but we recognise that it’s not easy to maintain a resort right on the beach with the exposure to sun, sand and rain. Overall, a very good stay. Great property, great people and together they make a compelling case. We will love to come here again.

This was a family trip with my parents and my young daughter. There was a minor issue with the room we were initially assigned, but the hotel staff were very kind and responded quickly. After we were moved to a different room, we were able to rest comfortably. Most of the hotel facilities were well maintained and properly managed. The breakfast was decent and satisfying overall. However, there is a designated smoking area inside one corner of the breakfast restaurant, and when someone was smoking, the smell traveled directly into the dining area, which was uncomfortable. The gym was equipped with a basic set of dumbbells, but it was sufficient for a simple workout. The beach in front of the hotel remains relatively shallow—even after walking quite a distance, the water depth is around an adult male’s height—so it seems like a good place for children to play. During my stay, it felt like about 80% of the guests were Russian. Overall, I appreciate the friendly and attentive service throughout our stay, and I would be happy to stay here again on a future visit.

Beautiful resort. The staff were all friendly polite and professional. Customer service was excellent. I would stay again and highly recommend. I will note it is a bit off the beaten path. So rent a motor bike or get a taxi which they will set up for you. If you want to go somewhere.

My husband and I spent our 21st wedding anniversary in paradise. There was a problem with our initial room but the response from the resort was prompt professional and surpassed our expectations. Our suite, the pools, walkways, and beach were beautiful but best of all were the great staff. A highlight was dinner on the pier. Thanks to the resort for the memory making experience.

The property is very unique. I was only there one full day and 2 nights. The jungle bungalow on the 2nd floor was like being in a treehouse. The beach is private and easily accessible and the pool is lovely and relaxing. Sunsets are beautiful and enjoyed from the beach could be a very romantic evening. The food was adequate for the time I was there. If you did a 4-5 day stay, you may want to venture out of the resort but nothing is walkable, you would need to arrange transportation. The breakfast offered is very nice, large variety of food

Localización muy tranquila a 15-20 mins en coche del núcleo de Phu Quoc y quizá un poco más alejado de las atracciones tanto al norte como al sur. Playa preciosa y piscina agradable.

Einzig das schön gelegene Restaurant fürs Abendessen fanden wir etwas enttäuschend. Schade, wir haben zweimal dort gegessen (Essen fade) der uns bedienende Kellner unangenehm und gestresst.

Rustic, full of flowers and plants. I was first very concerned about mosquitos since the rustic design leaving the room not sealed from the environment. Surprisingly I did not get a single bite during the stay. Maybe it was not the mosquito season. I wish they have a bed turn down service at the evening. However, I did get food poisoning at its restaurant. The rice they served that time should never has passed the kitchen, which hopefully will be done better in the future.

We loved our room, and the semi outdoor nature style bathroom was lovely. The dining options were very expensive and small portions so we only ate there once. The view from the over water restaurant was really amazing. The cleaning staff and wait staff were all lovely. The managers were always awkwardly walking around introducing themselves and telling everyone they were the manager. Lacking in people skills. Talking ‘at’ you instead of ‘to’ you.

Tolle Anlage, wunderbarer Strand, sehr gutes Frühstück und täglich mehrere happyHours an denen die Cocktails sehr gut zubereitet werden. Hatten das ocean breeze bungalow, leider ebenerdig. Das Zimmer in der oberen Etage ist besser da geschützt vor vorbeilaufenden Gästen. Die Anlage ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt, diese ist aber mit dem Roller gut erreichbar. Vor der Anlage befinden sich mehrere Restaurants, besonders hervorzuheben ist das ramputan. Hier gibt es den besten talapia mit auf der Welt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We had a really great time in this place. The Staff is amazing and the bungalow option makes you feel immersed in nature. The Breakfast is huge, and the beach and the swimming pool are perfect for the best sunset ever! We Loved it!

3 star property, a country mile away from the marketed 5 star. Lovely setting, polite staff, great massages. Terrible…. And I mean really terrible food. We ended up going out for food as the hotel was that bad. We decided to eat lunch by the pool on our last day and got food poisoning. The hotel didn’t even apologise.

Beautiful setting. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow which was spacious and nicely furnished with good sized terrace and space in garden for sun beds if you prefer to laze the day away under the palm trees instead of beach or poolside. Stunning sunset views. Staff were all very friendly and attentive to requests. The only negatives for us were that for lunch/dinner vegetarian food options in the restaurant were bland so we ate out in local places which were an easy short walk from the resort. Breakfast options were good mix of local and western cuisine but can get chaotic at peak times (you need to queue at separate bar for coffees). Would recommend and would stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dining options are good, not 5 star but still lots of variety. Overall its a great experience in a beautiful location. We have been to some nice resorts in Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico, etc and this experience ranks right up there. If you want a new experience, try Vietnam on for size.

This resort has top-notch rooms and is situated on such a lovely beach. It is advertised as a premier resort and charges prices that match just that in their spas, restaurants, and other amenities on the property (i.e. paddle board rentals, laundry, etc.) The experience we had with nearly every single one of these things was atrocious. There is horrendous service at this resort in all of the bars and restaurants. The kicker is that the staff are incredibly friendly and try to be accommodating, but the venues are ridiculously understaffed, so the waitstaff and bartenders always seem so incredibly frazzled. It is truly absurd for a resort that tries to come off as high end. Our group of travelers were coming from the USA and Australia, so we were prepared to be paying the rates average of our countries, especially given that we were going to an island and seeking a luxurious resort. With that being said, the thing that was most frustrating was the prices they charged for such low quality goods and services. If you choose to stay at this resort, I would just highly recommend going elsewhere for all drinks and meals.The prices are far higher than other local places on the island, thus the quality should reflect what they are charging, and also the service needs to improve by hiring more staff. Our room was lovely and the resort itself is beautiful, so we were bummed to have had such a horrible experience because of the amenities.

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay here. It is the most interesting and beautiful place in Phu Quoc in our opinion. Very peaceful, tropical, natural and unique. The staff, especially Mr Kyle were so friendly and generous. The place is quiet, laid back. Not a busy huge property so felt secluded and tranquil. Lovely breakfast and architecture. Wonderful pool. Easy walk to other restaurants and massage spa etc so no need to drive anywhere else. Truly recommend staying here and will do again one day!

We found the resort stunning, we had an upstairs bungalow and it was like being in a treehouse. Our family had 3 bungalows and we all had problems with the air cons and some stages of our 4 night stay. Breakfast was amazing, but found the evening restaurants lacking, especially as we are not a seafood eating family. The pool area was always clean and enjoyable to sit by Overall a nice stay

In my view this is the best resort option on Phu Quoc for all those who prefer real nature. Enjoy falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves and love a resort nestled into the natural surroundings.
