Court séjour à Cassis. Bel hôtel, un peu excentré. Jolie piscine, chambre familiale confortable, vue sur la verdure. Un peu déçus par le jacuzzi difficile à régler.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, gute Anbindung an den Ort, tolle Umgebung. Nettes Personal. großer Pool ----- Schlechter Schließmechanis der Zimmertüren, Zuwenig Sonnenschirme am Pool, Bodenbelag/Dielen hervorstehend, sodass ich arg gestürzt bin. ---- Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.

Lovely friendly staff. Very easy to find. Parking good. Very quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. En-suite was great. Garden was very well kept. Didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Did have coffees and a glass of wine and beer. Decent price. Easy walk into Cassis so no problem with parking there. Easy to get to Marseilles and The Calanque. A beautiful area. No complaints.

A fairly priced and comfortable .7 mile stay from Cassis town center. The rooms are comfortable - small-ish but clean with a comfortable bed. Having a pool close to the rooms is nice and having a refreshment bar close by makes the stay much more relaxed.

Our stay at Les Jardins de Cassis was nothing short of wonderful! Parking was available upon arrival, check in was a breeze, and our room was lovely. Very comfortable bed and wonderful bathroom - shower pressure was excellent! We really enjoyed our time by the pool and the centre-ville was just a short walk away.

Un hôtel bien situé, facile d’accès, la réceptionniste agréable nous a conseillée quelques adresses, toutefois la piscine n’est pas chauffée malgré qu’on nous le précise des nôtres arrivé. Je pense que cet hôtel est réservé à une certaine clientèle, nous nous sommes sentis mal à l’aise. Les chambres étaient bruyantes le soir.

Hôtel calme c’est très agréable, le personnel à votre écoute et toujours souriant. Un bémol la piscine, il faut un peu plus d’entretien, pas très clean sur certaines zones.

Great location! Easy walk or drive down into town but also right around the corner from hotel is a great market with amazing produce, a bakery, and pizza shop! The pool at the hotel was so clean and refreshing (as we were there during extreme heat wave) keep in mind there's no shallow end...very very deep pool. Staff at front desk was very nice. We stayed in family apartment and had kitchen and A/C which was awesome! Def would stay here again!

The rooms were ok though they smelled a bit musty. Pool was very nice but no pool towels. Had to use the room towels and couldn’t get extra ones. Very odd.

We were encouraged to consider Cassis as a destination while on our coastal European adventure during our multi-country vacation. Upon researching places to stay, Les Jardins de Cassis stood out of the crowd. While learning about the area, Cassis is a small, quaint, port town with tight, crowded streets, a lot of people (tourists and locals) and VERY limited parking. There are many stay options available that vary from high-end, cliff-side boutique to less than spectacular, port-side … if either of these types of environments suits your fancy, you wouldn’t be disappointed with what this place has to offer. With that being said, Les Jardins de Cassis provides both of those vibes and was an ideal choice for us as it provided all we were looking for. Although outdated in style, rooms are small but offer the peace and quiet that suited our needs. The venue is rich with amenities - the pool and sauna take the cake - and the morning breakfasts are amazing. The wonderful staff makes your stay worthwhile as they were available all hours if needed. Away from the town (which is what we preferred), we were able to enjoy being away from the busy-ness and still enjoy the rural setting of the French countryside. We would definitely stay again on our next return to southern France. Merci 🇫🇷

Daily cleaning was up to par. Swimming pool is nice, but bit outdated, and you can order a drink and food at the reception. We didn’t use the breakfast. This hotel is on top of the hill and a ten minute walk to the center of cassis. There’s a bakery and wine tasting on walking distance. Parking is limited. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Correct, les joins de la douche sont à refaire. Il faut les refaites au moins une fois par an.

Superbe accueil de la jeune femme présente à la réception! Chambre quelque peu sommaire mais en relativement bon état. Poussière conséquente par endroit.

Jolie chambre spacieuse très grand lit confortable mais malheureusement je suis tombé sur une chambre qui sentait le pipi de chats, du coup ça n’a pas été une bonne nuit… à part ça l’établissement est agréable

The pool area was nice but I’m not sure the pool was heated as it was quite cold. Location wasn’t great as there’s quite a slope from the village. Didn’t feel the hotel was good value for money.

Der Aufenthalt hatte leider mehrere enttäuschende Aspekte. Bereits beim Check-in wirkte die Rezeptionistin etwas arrogant und wenig bemüht, einen freundlichen Empfang zu gestalten – kein idealer Start in den Urlaub. Im Gegensatz dazu war Eric, ein anderer Rezeptionist, deutlich freundlicher und zuvorkommender. Seine hilfsbereite Art hat den Gesamteindruck etwas verbessert. Trotz vorhandener Schwimmanlage waren keine Handtücher verfügbar. Stattdessen wurden überteuerte Strandunterlagen zum Kauf angeboten – ein fragwürdiger Service für ein Hotel mit Pool. Die Seife und das Duschgel im Badezimmer waren bereits nach zwei Tagen leer. Obwohl täglich gereinigt wurde, wurden diese grundlegenden Hygieneartikel nicht nachgefüllt. Das zeigt mangelnde Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber den Gästen. Auch die Getränkepreise waren unangemessen hoch. Besonders negativ fiel mir der Cappuccino aus dem Kaffeeautomaten auf: Für 4 Euro erhielt ich ein extrem süßes Getränk, das geschmacklich eher an ein Instant-3-in-1-Pulver erinnerte als an echten Kaffee. Insgesamt lässt der Service in mehreren Bereichen zu wünschen übrig – insbesondere bei den kleinen Dingen, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machen sollten.

Agréable séjour dans un hôtel de qualité avec une très belle piscine. Ils n'ont pas hésité à nous changer de chambre, car nous trouvions la 1ʳᵉ trop petite. L'ensemble du personnel est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. L'emplacement de l'hôtel permet (si on aime la marche à pied) de se rendre facilement en ville (attention au retour ça grimpa...) et sinon une navette n'est pas trop loin

I booked it through Expedia and there was an issue that there was only one of the two rooms requested that was actually booked. Luckily it was resolved without any issue with the friendly help of the staff.

The receptionist is a great asset to the hotel. She was very knowledgeable, proud of the area and happy to help. The room was very nice to.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very small and dark. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. The pool area was nice but I’m not sure the pool was heated as it was quite cold. Location wasn’t great as there’s quite a slope from the village. Didn’t feel the hotel was good value for money.

Room was quite small, but the brilliant air-conditioning made it a super retreat from the heat of the day. Hotel is walking distance from the town centre and port, but the hill is steep. Fine going down; quite tough coming back up.

Tive uma experiência incrível. A pousada está localizada logo na entrada da cidade e o quarto que fiquei tinha uma vista linda. A suíte era muito confortável e limpa, o café da manhã era bastante completo e o atendimento de todos foi excelente. Super recomendo. 🤗

Beautiful place to stay, staff very friendly. We ordered 2 glasses of wine and was charged for the whole bottle when we checked out so we took the remainder with us. Beware of purchasing wine on site!
