La chambre au rez-de-chaussée était plutôt bruyante, on entendait les pas dans la chambre au-dessus de nous. J’avais deja resté au 2e pour mes séjours précédents et je privilégierai à l’avenir. Nous avons eu une tentative de vol avec notre véhicule dans le stationnement, hélas nous étions dans l’angle mort des caméras de l’édifice.

Avions réservé une chambre de type « scandinave » qui était très jolie sur la photo. Cependant, cela n’était pas très ressemblant. Une douche pleine de moisissures dans les coin, des endroits où la peinture était partie… on était plutôt dans le motel défraîchi pour travailleur. Une seule table de nuit, un microonde jauni… Nous nous déplaçons beaucoup pour le travail et la chambre ne semblait pas entretenue avec soin comparé à ce que nous constatons habituellement. La cafetière contenait une eau qui était restée stagnante donc nous n’avons pas osé l’utiliser. Les clés de l’hôtel se sont démagnétises plusieurs fois durant notre séjour d’une seule nuit. Cependant le Gym de l’hôtel est plus complet qu’à l’habitude ce qui est un plus avec le restaurant adjacent.

Très bien situé, face à la rivière St-Maurice près de la cité de l'énergie, des restaurants et du centre d'informations touristiques. Grand stationnement. À notre arrivée, notre chambre n'était pas prête. Après avoir attendu 30 minutes, la réceptionniste nous a transféré dans une autre chambre. Par contre, vu le prix de la chambre "classique", nous espérions une chambre beaucoup mieux que celle que nous avons eue. La peinture était défraichie et manquante par endroits. Les plinthes étaient poussiéreuses, la salle de bain était très vieillotte et les joints de céramiques très noircis. Le micro-ondes était jauni. La toilette était bouchée et malgré que nous ayons appelé la faire déboucher (pas de ventouse dans la chambre), personne n'est venu.

I checked into my room and when I noticed that it was one of the older rooms, I requested for an upgrade and they provided me with one for a reasonable price. The staff also allowed me to check in a bit early as I was working. I loved the new room. It had wooden floors and a view of the lake. Very nice hotel. Good staff!

Personnel à l’écoute et attentionné et sympathique. La tranquillité de l’endroit et la proximité avec des restaurants et bars de qualité ainsi que le Paccini à même l’hôtel et la proximité de plusieurs sites touristiques à visiter ainsi que plusieurs sentiers pédestres. Sans parler du personnel de ce dernier, jovial, sympathique et drôle. En gros, ce fut un séjour mémorable.

Not enough people making sure the hallways are quiet . A few sports teams were very loud late at night running around in the hallways and not enough people working to quiet them down, so unfortunately my family and I weren’t able to get some sleep until late at night.

la chambre réservée depuis 45jours d avance n etait pas pret a notre arrivée. Ceux sans réservations avait leur chambre sur le champs. J ai demandé une compensations et ils nous ont offert 2 déjeuners de valeur de 14$ chaque. Fenetre de la ne barre pas. Pour le resto, super bon service et délicieux

L'endroit est très propre et bien situé près d'option resto intéressantes. J'ai trouvé dommage toutefois qu'au moment où je porte à l'attention du personnel qu'un groupe d'ados se trouvant à la piscine ne fassent que se bousculer et se frappé à coup de de serviettes et de nouilles de piscine, le responsable est simplement passé voir, sans rien faire en disant que de toute façon, la piscine fermera dans 30 min... N'importe qui de consciencieux les aurait expulsé du lieu. La situation était très dérangeante pour les autres utilisateurs de l'endroit et surtout dangereuse. Plus de rigueur à faire respecter les règles de sécurité serait nécessaire.

Jai réserver à cette hotel et 2 minutes après j’ai annulé mais à ce que j’ai vu rien n’a fonctionné! Vous envoyez tellement de courriel qu’on s’y perd! J’ai été facturée. Je demande un remboursement pour cette erreur j’aurais du prendre une capture d’écran pour valider!

Room was severely outdated and didn’t match the images on their website. Looked like a room someone put together with thrift shop items. It seemed cleaned though. Great location to downtown restaurants and sights, all walkable.

L’expérience générale est bien ! PAR CONTRE, j’ai trouvé le matelas d’une dureté incomparable. J’aurais aussi aimé qu’il y ai une machine à café quelque part dans les couloirs, jetais à l’extrême opposée du restaurant Pacini dans l’hôtel et je n’avais aucune autre option plus près de ma chambre. Sinon, c’est bien, la vue sur l’eau est extraordinaire et la proximité des services aussi.

Loved that the hotel was close to all our activities. Pacini's was in the hotel for most meals. Very convenient. Grand-daughter loved the pool and museum too!

Although the pictures of the room on your site indicated wooden floor and a nice place to relax outside… The resting area faced the parking lot…. And our room was carpeted (really not appreciated). The images were staged!!! However, quiet and you can open the window to compensate. Do not take the breakfast at Pacini…

Room was mostly clean, just a few spots on the wall in the bathroom. There was a lot of peeling paint which diminished the appearance that the rooms are being well maintained. There was functional AC to keep us cool, a fridge for our snacks and a Keurig, which I always appreciate. The biggest disappointment was the mattress, which was uncomfortable and tilting in a direction (needs changing). On the plus side, the staff was really friendly, the main floor looked nice. If they changed the mattress, I would come again.
