C'était très froid dans la chambre. La porte pour sortir à l'extérieur ouvrait seul, ce qui faisait que l'air du dehors rentrait. La porte ne fermait pas bien. Le stationnement était pas bien dégagé de la neige

It was fine, but the first night horrible there was a couple fighting not manners at all… the worst was that the problem was not handle at all until the next day. So not resting at all. Nice homey breakfast included, very appreciated and front desk lady helpful and gentle. Room clean bed comfortable view to the garden. Parking outside the room. 2 doors access to the room. 1 interior and de other to the parking lot / garden. They must pay attention having the boiling water machine clean and the microwave.

Hôtel sans fioriture. Basique mais propre. Il y a des équipements communautaires (grille pain, micro-ondes, bbq) ce qui est tres pratique pour les familles (et un petit frigo dans les chambres). Si vous cherchez un bon rapport qualité prix uniquement pour dormir, cet hôtel est très correct. Service hospitalier et accomodant aussi.

Everything is fine, decor is a littly funcky, but clean. The staff didn't speak french which could be an issue with some custumors.. The front office has limited hours, there was no coffee maker in the room, and the front office was closed (sunday 8am) when I tried to walk by to get coffee there. They should have an area open 24/24 for small comodities (like coffee....) if they don't want to be there all the time.

Site du motel difficile à trouver en ville. Je n'ai pas aimé le système TV. Aucun poste ou canaux de Montréal, Trois-Rivières et Québec. Majorité de films en anglais.

L’accueil est très bien, les installations sont âgées mais très propre, il manquait de réseaux internet Il avait seulement une serviette dans la chambre et seulement un oreiller et pas de télé fonctionnelle.

Very nice staff and professional! Was very impressed with how clean and neat everything was. Breakfast was very good as well. Very comfy beds and very clean rooms and place in general! I recommend this place for sure!

Dans la chambre, forte odeur d’un mauvais « parfum » qui sert clairement à camoufler une autre vieille odeur; draps tachés (ou sales?); une débarbouillette déjà utilisée laissée sur la pôle à rideau de douche et sans parler qu’on a vu une grosse bestiole noire se sauver dessous le mur à 2 reprises en ouvrant la lumière de la salle de bain! Et sur une note moins grave, pas de cafetière, ni de commodités tel que shampooing, conditionneur, casque de douche… Bref! Atroce.

Le première chambre qui m'a été offert, la toilette était dégueulasse, je préfère ne pas tout décrire, je me suis fait offrir un autre chambre dans la salle de bain le plancher était sale et poussiéreux,tout comme le reste. Les murs étaient sale et il y avait plein de cheveux derrière la porte. Dans le bureau il y avait des serviettes utilisés donc ça laissait un gros doute sur la propriété du reste. Je n'est pas pu trouvé une chambre dans un autre hotel car je suis arrivée tard à l'hôtel sinon je serais parti. Bref je ne recommande à personne. Pu jamais je vais y allé. Je ne comprend pas la note de 7.3/10. On voyais la lumière passer en bas de la porte qui mène vers l'extérieur. L'été les bébittes vont rentré par là. Je ne pense pas que l'auberge va rester encore ouvert longtemps.

At first we tried to cancel our reservation (after arrival) because from the outside the Auberge MOTEL looks like an ordinary run-down Motel. Then we saw the room it was clean. The breakfast is poor I asked for cereals and got them for small Kids with chocolate. The air conditioner is loud. Its good for one night stay-overs. But we will never go back there. We are both old age 82 and 86. We travelled the world and stayed most in much better places. The garden view is near the Highway 55 one can hear the cars. Some garden stairs are broken.

Not an Auberge at all, it's a motel from the 70's next to the highway, in dire need of renovations. For the same price you can have a brand new room at the Delta in Trois-Rivières. Definitely not worth the price asked. Very disappointing. Staff was pleasant enough but not enough to make up for the overall poor condition of the motel.

The staff was very hospitable however the place is a bit old.The mattress needs to be changed .They do offer a hot breakfast ($), although we left early and did not eat there. It was okay for a night.

From when we entered Auberge Pique nique we felt very welcomed. The young man at reception was so friendly and helpful and explained all that was included in our stay. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, was pre determined breakfast. Everyone received 2 eggs , bacon some fruit all the toast you want and very good coffee. Over all enjoyed our stay reasonably priced and will return if in the area again.

I arrived to the property at 10pm and there was no one on site. I had to book another place at time at that time then come back the next day. It says that check in time was available until 11:30pm. Besides that, staff was good when I arrived

The check in was simple. The attendant was very nice. Easy to find. Lots of dining in the area. However the outlets were limited, the toilet paper roll was empty (had to replace myself), I had to plug in the window shaker television myself, the grounds around the building need some clean up and the parking lot was rough.

This was a surprise. It was a bit of detour for us. Unbeatable price, a sense of elegance, very friendly staff and hot breakfast. We like it. Also recommend the Restaurant Palace and the other one by the river and iron bridge(forgot the name ).

Très propre mais un seul choix de repas ( un café, deux oeufs, bacon et un pain ). Aussi, un seul employé pour servir toute l’auberge au déjeuner et comme un seul choix de repas, il amène l’assiette sans que tu l’aies demander et aucune modification ne peut être faite car il n’ont rien d’autres.

From when we entered Auberge Pique nique we felt very welcomed. The young man at reception was so friendly and helpful and explained all that was included in our stay. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, was pre determined breakfast. Everyone received 2 eggs , bacon some fruit all the toast you want and very good coffee. Over all enjoyed our stay reasonably priced and will return if in the area again.
