Quartier peu accueillant, nous n’etions pas tranquille de laisser la voiture dans la rue car pas de parking. On avait pas la possibilité de joindre l’établissement par téléphone pour une arrivée tardive alors j’ai contacté hôtel.com pour avoir un moyen de les contacter. On m’a donné une adresse mail. J’ai donc envoyé un mail deux jours plus tard une réponse me demandant une heure précise d’arrivée, le jour même une h de retard pr l’avion j’envois un second mail sans réponse. Comment dire qu’avec les aléas de l’avion et de la route c’était difficile à dire.. en arrivant le gérant nous accueil avec une réflexion sur notre heure d’arrivée (que j’avais finalement bien estimé). L’accès aux chambre se fait par la rue et le portillon n’est pas fermé à clé. Bruillant, la clim dans la piece principale pas dans la chambre. Les photos ne sont représentatives que la moitié d’entre elles. Je trouve cela cher pour un hôtel soit disant non low cost.

Fikk beskjed på at hotellet var uten resepsjon etter jeg hadde bestilt, dette burde fært kommet frem før bestilling. Pga at hotellet ikke var betjent var utgangen på en type branntrappe på utsiden og veldig krunglet tilgang når man hadde med koffert. Derutover måtte jeg gi beskjed når jeg kom og fikk fremvist "utgangen" i 19.30 tiden på kvelden hvor det var mørkt utenfor således at jeg ikke fant det igjen da jeg skulle tilbake på hotellet senere på kvelden. Da jeg kom meg opp på rommet var nattbord lampen ødelagt, det larmet veldig på badet og hele rommet når jeg skulle slå på lyset på badet og dusj blandebatteriet hadde lekasje. Wifi var elendig. Fikk en veldig god pris men hadde gjerne betalt en del mer for skikkelig service og fasiliteter. Kann ikke skjønne at dette hotellet hadde 2 stjerner?

No es como indica en las fotos y al entrar hay un fuerte olor ha tubería de desagüe. No hay ascensor y el acceso a las habitaciones son o por unas escaleras interior que son difíciles de subir con maletas o una exterior metálica que también es difícil acceder con maletas. Para una estancia corta, vale. Nuestra habitación olía a tabaco que prácticamente hizo imposible dormir por la noche sin abrir la ventana (con el frío de diciembre). El soporte del papel higiénico a punto de caerse. El lavabo con restos de anteriores clientes, al igual que un jabón encontrado en la parte superior de la ducha. La ducha imposible usarla sin sacar el agua fuera. Los marcos de la puerta hinchados de tanto mojarse. El teléfono, nunca conseguimos que nos contestasen antes de llegar. El sistema para poder entrar y salir fuera del horario de apertura me pareció curioso. Desayuno caro para lo que era. Las camas, cómodas. Tiene sistema de calefacción. Aparcamos fuera sin problema. Bus para ir y volver al centro de forma conveniente. Se puede también ir andando, aunque es un paseíto. Por el precio que cuesta, no se puede pedir más, salvo el tema del tabaco, eso es inaceptable. Quiero pensar que fue puntual en nuestra habitación. Necesita muchas mejoras. No hice fotos.

Very basic hotel 15 minutes from the main town and restaurants by car. Rooms were clean but tired and who leaves one coat hanger in the wardrobe. Check in was friendly however some confusion regarding my booking for three rooms which did get sorted eventually.

En lo que a limpieza se refiere, el alojamiento estaba aceptable, el problema es que es mucho más pequeño de lo que parece ser en las fotos y, en mi caso, el mayor problema residió en el hecho de no funcionar la calefacción, me alojé en una época de tiempo en la que hacía algo de frío y no pudimos poner calefacción ya que no funcionaba. Tenían puestas sábanas de verano junto con una pobre manta que había en el armario la cual apenas abrigaba. Otro aspecto a destacar es su ausencia de algunos utensilios básicos como el secador de pelo o plancha para la ropa, los cuales a día de hoy es lo mínimo que puede ofrecer un hotel respetable. En pocas palabras, sigue buscando hoteles porque éste no es el tuyo.

Todo bien, amabilidad a la llegada, buen hotel para el rango que tiene y estuvimos bastante agusto. Las unicas pegas son que en la bañera no esta preparada para ducha porque la alcachofa la tenias que coger con la mano y al no tener mampara o algo precido se salia todo el agua al baño y se encharcaba. Y la otra pega es que la cama se notaban mucho los muelles y a veces te llegaba a doler. Por lo demas todo bien, habitacion acogedora y chula.
Todo bien, amabilidad a la llegada, buen hotel para el rango que tiene y estuvimos bastante agusto. Las unicas pegas son que en la bañera no esta preparada para ducha porque la alcachofa la tenias que coger con la mano y al no tener mampara o algo precido se salia todo el agua al baño y se encharcaba. Y la otra pega es que la cama se notaban mucho los muelles y a veces te llegaba a doler. Por lo demas todo bien, habitacion acogedora y chula.

Para una estancia corta, vale. Nuestra habitación olía a tabaco que prácticamente hizo imposible dormir por la noche sin abrir la ventana (con el frío de diciembre). El soporte del papel higiénico a punto de caerse. El lavabo con restos de anteriores clientes, al igual que un jabón encontrado en la parte superior de la ducha. La ducha imposible usarla sin sacar el agua fuera. Los marcos de la puerta hinchados de tanto mojarse. El teléfono, nunca conseguimos que nos contestasen antes de llegar. El sistema para poder entrar y salir fuera del horario de apertura me pareció curioso. Desayuno caro para lo que era. Las camas, cómodas. Tiene sistema de calefacción. Aparcamos fuera sin problema. Bus para ir y volver al centro de forma conveniente. Se puede también ir andando, aunque es un paseíto. Por el precio que cuesta, no se puede pedir más, salvo el tema del tabaco, eso es inaceptable. Quiero pensar que fue puntual en nuestra habitación. Necesita muchas mejoras. No hice fotos.

Quartier peu accueillant, nous n’etions pas tranquille de laisser la voiture dans la rue car pas de parking. On avait pas la possibilité de joindre l’établissement par téléphone pour une arrivée tardive alors j’ai contacté hôtel.com pour avoir un moyen de les contacter. On m’a donné une adresse mail. J’ai donc envoyé un mail deux jours plus tard une réponse me demandant une heure précise d’arrivée, le jour même une h de retard pr l’avion j’envois un second mail sans réponse. Comment dire qu’avec les aléas de l’avion et de la route c’était difficile à dire.. en arrivant le gérant nous accueil avec une réflexion sur notre heure d’arrivée (que j’avais finalement bien estimé). L’accès aux chambre se fait par la rue et le portillon n’est pas fermé à clé. Bruillant, la clim dans la piece principale pas dans la chambre. Les photos ne sont représentatives que la moitié d’entre elles. Je trouve cela cher pour un hôtel soit disant non low cost.

Hotellet var stengt ved ankomst. Eier kom etter ti minutter og sa han stengte hotellet når han er på toalettet. Mørk og trist atmosfære i resepsjon. Rommene hadde ikke såpe, spurte etter dette tre ganger uten å få det. Bilder på nett samsvarer absolutt ikke med virkelighet. Wifi kunne ikke benyttes da det var så dårlig dekning. Lite spisesteder i området og hotellet hadde ingen mattilbud. Eier var ikke til stede så måtte forholde oss til to barn som satt i et rom og så på film på pc. Tror dessverre dette er det værste hotellet jeg har vært på. Søker om å få dette oppholdet refundert, enten ved å få penger tilbake eller et nytt opphold gratis på et bedre hotell. De andre to hotellene vi har benyttet på reisen vår ned til Spania har vært fine.

Very basic option. I was lucky to find a parking spot as I arrived, but the hotel was locked. Another couple of people were waiting at the door, not sure what would happen. After about 10 minutes waiting, the owner showed up and let us in. It's a worrying about of time to wait when you have no information and no idea if anyone will show up. When the owner leaves, he should leave a sign at the door advising time of return. Other than that, no issues.
