Don’t stay here - the toilets were not cleaned in our room and it was covered in pre and they don’t clean anything and put a “sanitized” label on it. The beds were so hard and staff were unhelpful it’s not worth it

When I tried to check in, I was told to pay again even though the payment information was entered. No one spoke English and the building was not accessible.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. It was the worst experience. Reception, cleanliness. The staff's voices are loud, especially in the morning when you can't sleep or enjoy the quiet.

We were upgraded to a suite. The location is great, 2 min from a mai road with loads of local transport, shops, restaurants, takeaways, art shops, the Nile banks and pharmacies. One insignificant issue for us was a school opposite the hotel. School drop offs start at 7 am. We are early risers, was not a problem.
