Loved the staff, very kind and accomodating. The pet fee was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The complimentary breakfast was awesome - access to complimentary coffee all day was a bonus. The standard 2 queen room was renovated and clean! Quite spacious too. The unfortunate thing was that when my husband took our 2 year old to the pool, he noticed the liner was floating off a few inches from the bottom. Even just looking at the pool, you can see the discoloration of the sides/bottom of the pool itself. The water also was a tad bit too cold for our daughter. The hot tub was decent but the hotel would benefit in upgrading their pool/hot tub area. Also noticed a few homeless/addicts loitering around the hotel area, especially the back parking lot so it made us a little uneasy to walk to and from our vehicle.

Great hotel to stay at for the weekend. Parking is easy and accessible. New elevator is a great addition. Free breakfast is okay, the cinnamon buns are really good though. Pool and hot tub were quiet and we basically got that all to ourselves while we were there.

We brought the kids for a night getaway. We went to go in the hot tub and there was brown scum all around the edges in the hot tub. So we couldn’t use that. We went to go in the pool. The temperature was so cold even the kids choose not to go in. We go to hotels with pools for our kids and when we can’t use the pool it defeats the entire purpose. No one was helpful at all

On my first day I noticed a small bug in the bathroom and removed it. Second day there were a couple in the shower that I found and removed those bugs too. I didn’t know where they were coming from but on day 3 I saw dozens in the window and some had made them inside. I went to ask that they move me which they did. The new room I did not use the shower until 4am the next day as I had to catch my flight and there was no hot water. Even after 5 minutes there was still no warm water in the shower. The bathroom sink was fine so I just decided to try the shower again and still cold water. I checked out and told the front desk who said maintenance will look at but I for sure will not stay here again. The staff is nice and friendly, but rooms are not satisfactory based on these examples I experienced

Room was clean but outside the doors of this hotel was honestly gross the garbage was left full for our entire stay and there was nasty sticky stains all over the ground just outside the front door. The guy working in the morning helping with breakfast was very nice and a good worker. Over all stay was pretty good.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this Holiday Inn. The first room we were given reeked of smoke and heavy air freshener, and the air felt damp. As our son has asthma, we could not stay there. The staff did accommodate us with another room, but it also had a strong odour, this time like sour hockey equipment. The pool area was dirty, with a random slice of cheese stuck to the wall, and one of the elevators was out of order during a busy weekend. The other elevator was extremely slow, and while we often used the stairs, the stairwells had visible pet urine stains on the landings. To make matters worse, when we returned from breakfast (before checkout time), a housekeeper was already in our room. She apologized, but the overall experience was unprofessional and uncomfortable. The only positive was the front desk staff, who were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, everything else about this location was far below expectations, especially compared to other Holiday Inns we’ve stayed at. We would not return to this property

Overall it was a really nice place. It was quiet, clean, and the staff were pleasant. I loved the layout of the room and how spacious it was, and the desk chair (I spent most of my time working at the desk) was one of the most comfortable chairs I've used. Unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable; one side was severely sunken. The mattress could be due for rotating or replacing. Otherwise, everything else about the room was fine. I did not check out the other facilities.

Only one desk chair (or chair to sit by a table) where does the other person sit to work? Big room and lots of couch and seating but not suitable for work or eating etc. Very noisy traffic all night… street racers. Get a room facing parking lot or do not bother trying to sleep. Big breakfast was good.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows are the ones that disappear as soon as you lay on them, but that's what most hotels are using. There was a good variety at the free breakfast and the staff that look after the breakfast were amazing - helpful and very friendly. A good location that's close to lots of shopping and restaurants. There is highway and train noise but it wasn't too bad. The elevators were a bit scary so i recommend using the smaller 3rd one.

Check-in was quick, the staff were friendly, and the parking lot felt safe and had plenty of spots. The breakfast was pretty good. I enjoyed the pancakes, sausages, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and juice. Our room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. Insulation between rooms was good, but you can hear anyone talking loudly in the hallways. While the bathroom had an exhaust fan, it wasn't working in our room so it was uncomfortably warm & humid after taking a shower. We also wish there was more lighting since it can feel dim, and I really didn't care for the white bulbs. Would've preferred warm yellow. Overall, good stay and would come again.

I booked a room last minute for an urgent business meeting. I checked in and was given the wireless network and password as I had work to catch up on for the urgent meeting, however the internet would not connect and I was unable to get any work done. There was a smart tv in the room but Netflix or any other apps would not connect d/t server issues. When I approached the front desk @ 630 pm to discuss the response was “I can cancel your reservation and you can find a new hotel” 😳 Not the response a customer should be getting.

We came here for our 20th anniversary and really liked how clean and nice everything and everyone was. It was close to everything we needed and definitely worth the price, which was decent. The hot tub was nice but the jets were not working. We did however cone at the same time as 3 busloads of children who were barely supervised so were woken up at 430 am from screaming, jumping etc. The front staff did go up once we called however they got louder. The front staff were great about it and apologized for them even though it was not their fault. Would recommend for sure.

Was given the wrong room when we first arrived, but staff quickly got me into the right room. AC works amazing, beds were very comfy, breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked clean and nice. Would stay again for sure. The only downside was it seemed people smoked out back and quickly walk inside and used the closed elevator (number 3) so it usually smelled like smoke when using it and elevators 1/2 took forever to get to you

I stayed here a month ago for my son‘s soccer tournament and I was able to leave a $200 deposit on the room. Tonight the manager insisted that it has been a mandatory policy of $500 for a year. This is false. I have bank statements to prove. She was rude and unwilling to compromise even when I paid non-refundable on Expedia. I will not be staying here again.

The breakfast hours were a little inconvenient only because I like to sleep in! One of the elevators were under construction so the elevators took a while to get to each floor which was slightly inconvenient. There wasn’t much around in walking distance so we had to uber everywhere but again that was okay!

The immediate area is not conducive to walking to South Commons shopping area. Not a problem if you have a car. But area seems unsafe. The fact that they lock their front door overnight says something. It was cheap for a reason. Sufficient, but I won’t be coming back.

Amazing breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. A gentleman who works down in the breakfast area was so welcoming. He went out of his way to offer to throw my garbage out for me and my kids, or to refill our juices etc. Such amazing service.
