The hotel area was great, quite and in a good area. The room was clean and nice! The pool and hotub was great. Might be just because of being on the first floor but I found it loud to sleep cause of the kids in the pool area and running in the floors above us.

The staff are awesome and accommodating. the swimming pool was really small and dirty. The hot tub had dirt and hair in it. The pictures make it look larger than it is. It was over crowded and super loud as the area was too small. Breakfast was ok but out of food by 8:45. I think it may have been understaff for the holiday weekend.

Hot tub had a lot of foam so I believe it needed to be cleaned. The door in the bathroom in the room was hard to close while in. The room itself was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly.

I liked having access to gymmvmnt next door. Mattress and pillows were horrible. Mattress was too soft and pillows were lumpy. Staff were great. Breakfast was a great spread - hot continental. Pool seemed empty - we didn’t have time to try it. AC was in good working condition. Ample parking.

Great location to LRT, Shopping, restaurants and main highways. Pool and hot tub were a little small but adequate. Breakfast was delightful. Shower was great, room was soundproof like a vault…very nice. Bed was comfy but pillows were too soft for our preference. Spacious parking as well.

It was great except it needs the carpet replaced. Kind of musty smelling. The hot tub was very hot! Maybe even too hot. I felt a little lightheaded getting out of the hot tub. Breakfast was very good! Staff was awesome!

Our bathroom was disgusting. Upon check in there was all kinds of hair in the tub, on the floor. The bathroom floor was not cleaned before we checked in and the entire bathroom smelled of urine which then made the room smell of urine. The cleanliness was not there.

There was hair in the bathtub upon arrival, shower curtain was very old and falling apart, can tell the space was heavily used and not renovated in a long time. The staff did give a discount on the stay due to the hair found in the tub.

Our check-in was quick and painless, taking no time at all. Our room was clean and quite spacious. The only drawback that I would really mention was that our room was right next to the swimming pool. After a long day of travel, we just wanted to get some rest. We could hear all of the noises going on next to the pool. I would have thought this room would have been soundproofed better for the comfort of its occupants. The complimentary breakfast was decent. I would stay here again.

Room was great, 2 person hot tub was cozy and everything worked. Clean well kept That said, two things. The TV didn’t have a guide so it was not fun trying to find something to watch, nor were there any movies to rent Tv wouldn’t allow me to use my phone to cast anything either so really lacked on that entertainment piece The hot tub jacuzzi was great, instant piping hot water and jets worked. There was some wear to the tub, the contractor in me was irked to not see any repairs to it, but very minor around the drain Service was great; forgot a charger and the staff gave me one; and it was timely service. Overall 8/10

Nothing great about this property. Needs updated and the kinda run down. Furniture was all nicked up bath room out dated. The bed was comfortable. I felt safe so I rated average nothing great but a okay place to lay your head down for a night or two.

Anybody with a service animal should avoid this place entirely. The manager Anthony was more than rude. They have an illegal internal policy to have the "Owners" deciede whether or not your certification meets their approval. I have all the appropriate paperwork for our dog. Upon showing Anthony his certification he immediately escallated the issue and did not understand the rules around service animals in Canada. He took this a personal insult and cancelled our booking. During the cancellaton process he continued to be argumentative, dismissive and insulting. He should hold the position of manager anywhere. I have stayed at many Holiday Inns with my service dog with no issue. I have never had such a terrible experience checking into a hotel in my life. Never going back! Update, they also didn’t fully cancel my booking, charged my credit card and asked me for a review on how my stay was. What a terrible manger Anthony is.

My son and I stayed here for the Morgan Wallen concert. The location was perfect. Easily made our way to Clareview LRT station together and from the stadium. Rooms were clean and nice. The staff all very friendly. Very happy with our stay.

The hotel was fine, reasonably priced and clean. The only complaint would be the LRT transit train, and cargo train tracks were behind the hotel and ran all night long. Felt like it was ever 20 minutes, you could hear them.

We spent 1 week at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. the breakfast was great especially the automatic pancake machine. The staff was super nice and helpful, the cleaning staff and room cleaning was top. I totally recommend this hotel for any family going to Edmonton. I wont hesitate to book this hotel again. I want to say a special thanks to Mr. Lucas and Maria at the breakfast dining room, she was a Superwoman! we are so happy to have met you all, 5Stars for me ! (only down part, old decor, but I believe its in the upcoming plans for this hotel) Thank you again 2025.

Hotel was clean, somewhat dated and it did not indicate there would be $100 deposit on top of the cost of the room rate that was taken at the time of payment. Now I need to wait for the deposit to come back to my account. The breakfast was good however the hot food was lukewarm. It was satisfactory.

Continental breakfast was well planned and laid out. Had a nice choice of refreshments. Food trays were clean, plenty of cutlery. When a hotel guest was finished their breakfast, staff was very quick to clean off tables for next guests. Staff were constantly walking around the room to make sure there was plenty of food for everyone. Constantly replenishing. Totally awesome.
