great little hotel. nice rooftop bar and pool, but the music gets a little loud. also the music across the street gets loud but stops at 11pm. the hotel actually gives you ear plugs, but we didn't need them....smart thinking though

Super hotel. Great breakfast. Good sized room. Valentines evening, with special gifts, a nice gesture. Pool area with infinity pool, which for obvious reasons has limited space. Roof top bar, amazing views, let down slightly by quality of the drinks- G&Ts flat! Some noise from adjoining room door. Otherwise very good hotel.

The service was outstanding the moment we walked in. The door staff helped guide our Grab to pick us up, helped us arrange a package delivery, accommodated all our requests, and even made recommendations for dinner and directions how to walk. Our room was very classy although a bit small as the bathroom shared the same space as the bed with a thin curtain. The “city view” was mostly building roofs, but was quite aesthetic at night. Also, nearby rooftop bars or the hotel’s own bar play loud music until around 10pm, but hotel included good earplugs if you want to sleep early. The pool is connected to the public rooftop bar. It is very large and infinity.

This is a great hotel with some of the best service I’ve ever received. You are well cared for the minute you check in and then you are wrapped up in good care from the entire staff throughout your stay. The breakfast buffet is amazing and it changes day to day with new offerings. The staff there will go out of their way to make you feel like you are special. The spa offers talented massage therapists! I cannot recommend them enough. It was the best splurge on self care ever. If you need ideas or suggestions, the front desk staff and concierge will help you. Everything is walkable in district 1. I only wish I had more time here!! Highly recommend them for you HCMC needs.

Amazing hotel beautifully decorated. Great view from top rooms. Very helpful staff. Very convenient spa with great services and professional staff. Beautiful rooftop pool. Only downsides would be: -the small number of sunbeds at the pool but you just need to get there early to have space ;) -the noise coming from the bar which you can hear in the evening if you want to sleep before 11pm/ midnight.

This hotel is the reason we want to return to Saigon! The front desk, dining, and housekeeping staff were exceptional. The room was beautiful in everyway - including the Pillow Menu and high thread count sheets. Highlight of each day was the breakfast on 2nd floor. The staff and F&B supervisor there were ALL extraordinary. I can't imagine a better stay, including the perfect location, accessibility to shopping and safe walking, ATM, etc. We respect everyone's great English skills. We ate several dinners here and loved them. Finally, the gym was large, clean, and empty. Perfect! Also appreciate the reliable in-room wifi. We will be back! Not sure if we 'need' a corner room again, but it was nice to have multiple views of the busy streets.

Lovely hotel. Great staff and very friendly. Rooms are relatively small and a little ‘tired’. There is some loud music in adjacent properties that goes for most of the night so room choice is important if you want to minimize. Roof top bar can also be fairly noisy.

This is a truly amazing hotel. This was my first time in Ho Chi Min City and my experience was fantastic. Extremely comfortable beds, several types of feather/down pillows, everything exceptionally clean, Nespresso coffee and bottled water in the room, the staff were responsive, kind, caring and provided excellent service. The roof top infinity pool and view of the city were stunning. On Sunday they have what they describe as the "Epic Sunday Brunch". This brunch was truly brilliant. If I didn\'t live in the USA I would have this brunch every Sunday. At the brunch I met a manager who goes by Rio and who had worked at high end hotels in the USA. We had an exceptional conversation and he was very kind and generous to me. So, out of 5 stars, I rate this hotel 10 stars.

À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT Hotel des Arts Saigon . Nous étions 5 couples et avions réservé 5 chambres . Ma chambre sentait l’humidité. L’hôtel m’a changé de chambre , mais la nouvelle chambre sentait aussi l’humidité. Idem pour 2 autres chambres de nos amis . Nous avons obtenu un déshumidificateur et il a fallu sécher avec le séchoir TOUS nos vêtements qui étaient totalement humides . Cette humidité terrible nous a causé des maux de têtes . Hôtel absolument pas digne d’un cinq étoiles. Hilton tout neuf , mieux situé et moins cher .

Exceptional service by all staff, from housekeeping to hospitality and concierge staff members. Great views from room very clean and very comfortable bed and great air conditioning. We were easily able to get to everywhere we wanted by foot most of the time. Excellent buffet breakfast was included.

Right outside there’s a Starbucks (for those who can’t live without) A Paris Baguette and across the street a G25 (7-11) type store which we went to quite often to buy snacks and beer :).

The service was outstanding the moment we walked in. The door staff helped guide our Grab to pick us up, helped us arrange a package delivery, accommodated all our requests, and even made recommendations for dinner and directions how to walk. Our room was very classy although a bit small as the bathroom shared the same space as the bed with a thin curtain. The “city view” was mostly building roofs, but was quite aesthetic at night. Also, nearby rooftop bars or the hotel’s own bar play loud music until around 10pm, but hotel included good earplugs if you want to sleep early. The pool is connected to the public rooftop bar. It is very large and infinity.

Amazing hotel beautifully decorated. Great view from top rooms. Very helpful staff. Very convenient spa with great services and professional staff. Beautiful rooftop pool. Only downsides would be: -the small number of sunbeds at the pool but you just need to get there early to have space ;) -the noise coming from the bar which you can hear in the evening if you want to sleep before 11pm/ midnight.

Beautiful hotel with amazing fit out, breakfast service really special and an awesome rooftop pool and bar with live DJ's and happy hour every night. We were grateful for an upgrade to an Executive Studio of 60 m2 with City Views - def the only room we will book on next trip there!

This was my first experience at Des Arts Sai Gon, and while it’s rated as a 5-star hotel, I didn’t feel it lived up to that standard. The service overall was fine, but I noticed a couple of front desk staff were not as friendly as I expected. One night, a friend visited me in Saigon. She was quite drunk, so for her safety, I asked if she could rest in my room until she felt better to drive home. She was dressed casually, not in fancy attire. When we returned to the hotel, the girl at the front desk gave us uncomfortable looks. I explained that she was my guest and might stay for a couple of hours, and I was willing to pay any extra charge if needed. However, the girl at the front desk told me my room was only for two people and that I’d need to rent another room if she stayed. This was unreasonable for just a short rest for safety, so I ended up calling a car to take her home. What truly made me write this review was the next day when my friend came back to pick up her car and me. As we walked in, one of the front desk staff gave us a side eye look, which felt very unprofessional for a supposed 5 star hotel. I didn’t feel welcome during my stay. I had expected a good experience given the room price, but instead, my friend and I felt judged and looked down upon. It isn’t exactly 5 star. For example the noise from across the road is loud! The reception staff are not very friendly, although the rest of the staff are excellent. I asked to book a facial for me but it wasn’t done. The rooftop cocktails are half price happy hour but not enough options if you drink vodka, mostly gin. The breakfast is just OK, it doesn’t seem fresh and is very hap hazard in the layout. Although the coffee is wonderful. The amenities in the bathroom are not very nice, and the sheer curtain that separates the bathroom and main room is very odd and inconvenient. The location is excellent but wouldn’t stay here again

This hotel is the reason we want to return to Saigon! The front desk, dining, and housekeeping staff were exceptional. The room was beautiful in everyway - including the Pillow Menu and high thread count sheets. Highlight of each day was the breakfast on 2nd floor. The staff and F&B supervisor there were ALL extraordinary. I can't imagine a better stay, including the perfect location, accessibility to shopping and safe walking, ATM, etc. We respect everyone's great English skills. We ate several dinners here and loved them. Finally, the gym was large, clean, and empty. Perfect! Also appreciate the reliable in-room wifi. We will be back! Not sure if we 'need' a corner room again, but it was nice to have multiple views of the busy streets.

Brilliant stay! Beautiful comfy hotel, a lovely rooftop pool and bar. We also enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant and their breakfast buffet was delicious. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting. The staff were all lovely and so kind and helpful.

Super hotel. Great breakfast. Good sized room. Valentines evening, with special gifts, a nice gesture. Pool area with infinity pool, which for obvious reasons has limited space. Roof top bar, amazing views, let down slightly by quality of the drinks- G&Ts flat! Some noise from adjoining room door. Otherwise very good hotel.

Fint rum, fantastisk service. Frukost ingick inte utan fick köpas till. Kvällsbuffén var inte prisvärd och jag blev dålig i magen. Den andra restaurangen var kanon! Vi bodde på typ 7:e våningen och stördes av disco utanför som slutade vid 00-tiden.

This is a great hotel with some of the best service I’ve ever received. You are well cared for the minute you check in and then you are wrapped up in good care from the entire staff throughout your stay. The breakfast buffet is amazing and it changes day to day with new offerings. The staff there will go out of their way to make you feel like you are special. The spa offers talented massage therapists! I cannot recommend them enough. It was the best splurge on self care ever. If you need ideas or suggestions, the front desk staff and concierge will help you. Everything is walkable in district 1. I only wish I had more time here!! Highly recommend them for you HCMC needs.

Really enjoyed this great hotel. Wonderful place and super location. The room and the view were superb and really helpful staff as well. The breakfast was a highlight of the day and the pool area and bar lots of fun. We hope to come back.
