My stay was for one night and was fine. However upon waking up and going down for coffee i discovered that several cars had their windows busted out in the hotel parking lot. The Brentwood police were on scene. I walked around the parking area and counted at least six vehicles that had windows broken. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have never had any issue. It's in a nice area however close to I-65. The hotel employee that was sweeping up glass said this had happened before and felt it was due to proximity of interstate. I was grateful my car was not damaged but felt so sorry for all the victims. Unfortunately this will probably make me think twice about staying here again.

Very clean and nice. Big and open in the middle of the hotel. Really like how they have a big space for people to hang out if they did not want to be in their room. The restaurant was very good, a little pricey. Close to shopping and grocery store, loved that!

Convenient, for my appointment. Restaurant locations pretty good. Cleanliness of property. 1 of the elevators was not working so that made it a challenge to get to our room. Overall it was a good stay.

The room is extremely aged. There is mold growing in the bathroom ceiling above the toilet area. Vents are dirty. Walls are dirty. Dust and cobwebs literally hanging off from the light fixtures. Curtains drooping, disconnected from the top. Trash left in the bottom cabinet. We were pretty grossed out.

I reserved a king room. I don’t know if it is true but was told the bed was a standard king. I have a standard king bed at home and the one in the hotel was definitely not the same size. The heat did not work right, we had to put it on 80 just to make it turn on a little and when it did, there was a burning smell. However, I’m not sure if the smell was the heater or the light in the bathroom that popped every time I turned it on. And the worst part was the vent in the bathroom. It was so disgusting and filled with dirt and who knows what else. It’s kind of gross thinking I was breathing that in. The people were nice but overall the room was not unfortunately. I definitely think I will not be staying in a Hilton anytime soon.

The lobby is nice but the actual rooms are out dated. The couch was stained and dirty. The blankets had blood stains we had to call the desk and at first she said they don’t have extra blankets she can give us a sheet, when we told her it had blood stains she went someone to take the blanket offf the room next to ours and when we unfolded the blank from that room it had a big brown stain. I’m not sure why there isn’t extra blankets on hand. It sounds like all the blankets need replaced. Definitely not worth $230 a night. We won’t stay here again for sure.

Lobby area very pretty. The suite was very clean but a little updating needed, i.e. small thread rip on couch, bathroom ceiling corners need repainting or touched up, fridgerator needs defrosted due to ice build up, lamp electric outlets were chipped and rusted. Having 2 beds was great but would've been better if they were queen sized. But very minor problems. Overall stay was very pleasant.

A nice hotel with a fatal flaw: a renovation left some rooms with little to no sound-proofing. In our room 306 a normal conversation in the room next door was clearly audible—until 3:00 in the morning one night. No one at the desk—all as cordial and helpful as they could be—could say which rooms were affected, which made a room change risky. If you can find out which rooms to avoid, you might find this a nice place to stay. If not: don’t risk it.

The front desk staff were amazing. Especially the early morning staff as I was leaving. Without any provocation, one of the ladies offered to carry my travel bag out to my vehicle. I am somewhat disabled, and this offer was so welcomed. The only downside is I can't believe humans like to be imprisoned in their bed. lol To get the sheets, bedcover, etc. "untucked" so that you can climb into the bed was such a chore. I stay here on all my visits to Nashville. Never had anything but a great experience there.

Wonderful stay outside of Nashville. It was 20 minutes from Nashville and such a nice stay. It is close to grocery shopping access and more. The hotel was clean and had great parking for a minimal charge. Would definitely recommend.

We had breakfast at the restaurant food was delicious but they charged $4.50 for a cup of coffee but there was free self service coffee 10 steps from the restaurant- the restaurant was an open floor plan. Property needs alot of maintenance and upkeeping. Bathtub needs new caulk. Rugs in room torn . Furniture is torn . No free coffee or tea in lobby. Pay for parking is obviously ridiculous. Just not a good stay. Asked for a cart for my luggage and nobody ever got one for me. John Ryan. Wont stay there again.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was really nice however, I couldn’t get much sleep. Partially because though the room was nice. It seemed to never cool down. Though the room with the bed had vents and air was blowing out. It’s like the room couldn’t quite get there. I had it set on 64 and it still didn’t get cool enough. My wife who is normally cold nature was hot. That’s how I know it wasn’t cool. Also, the parking is wild. They run out of spots quickly at night. We had to drive around a while before finding a spot. Also, why two small bags of chips was $10? Idk! The pillows on the bed way too soft. I used 3 and it still didn’t really help.
