The property is 100yrs old & has been renovated in an excellent manner. The decor and furnishings are plush, comfortable & ooze elegance. Beds are SO comfy. Peter & Colin, my hosts, were friendly, entertaining, and passionate about ensuring their guests were well fed and all our needs were met. They provided transfers for me from the train- so helpful. I had such a relaxing, delightful time. The B&B is well located -close to town, entertainment eg pub, local theatre, & the “Thousand Islands Cruise”. I’d highly recommend this venue. Thank You Peter & Colin for enhancing my stay in Ganonoque!

Wonderful place, quiet and walkable to town and water. Beautiful well maintained old house, safe and quiet. Great bed and personal bathroom very nice. Breakfast is delicious and Colin and Peter are very entertaining hosts. Definitely recommend this place….

The hosts (Peter and Colin) were extraordinary in being responsive, interested and always helpful, but never in your personal space. The home is exquisitely upgraded and maintained and the gardens are perfect. The excitement of anticipating the breakfast menu slate was almost enough to cause insomnia. 5 Stars

Casetta molto carina, veniamo accolti subito da uno dei due gestori (sono entrambi gentilissimi). Stanza al primo piano pulita e profumata, spazio ok, finestra in bagno (finalmente) così non si resta all'umido. C'è una terrazzina con poltroncine se si desidera fare un pochino di relax. Colazione personalizzata e molto buona. Che dire, c'è ne fossero di posti così! A 3 minuti dal porto e dal centro.
Casetta molto carina, veniamo accolti subito da uno dei due gestori (sono entrambi gentilissimi). Stanza al primo piano pulita e profumata, spazio ok, finestra in bagno (finalmente) così non si resta all'umido. C'è una terrazzina con poltroncine se si desidera fare un pochino di relax. The hosts Colin and Peter were absolutely fantastic from the time we arrived to us leaving nothing was too much trouble the property is immaculate inside and out the decor is amazing our room was exactly as described very roomy and a large en-suite bathroom the breakfast is amazing an easy walk to the marina and local restaurants, we loved our stay would definitely recommend.

The Seaway Manor is a stylish house situated on a quiet street but close to everything, literally all in walking distance. The rooms are big and clean. The hosts, Peter and Colin, welcomed us the very minute we stepped on their garden. They are warm and funny and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Our bed was comfy and the rain-head shower was a total complimentary treat after our busy activities - cycling, kayaking and hiking. The breakfasts were very delicious. Looking forward to coming back again.

Peter and Colin were amazing hosts! Very friendly and knowledgable. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The freshly baked cookies and handmade soaps were a lovely touch. Breakfast was wonderful - we had vegetable crepes with sausage/bacon with poached eggs and zucchini muffins the first day, and scrambled eggs eith sausage/bacon, freshly baked biscuits with apricot and strawberry jam, and banana mini-muffins the next day in their beautiful kitchen. Walking distance to the thousand island cruises. Would absolutely recommend & return!

We had an amazing stay! Peter and Colin were very welcoming and very knowledgeable of the area. The room was great, very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Seaway Manor is in a perfect location! Steps from the water, downtown, restaurants and pubs (check out Stonewater Pub)! Felt so comfortable there and looking forward to returning!

We had a very nice time at Colin and Peter’s place. The breakfast was delicious, and Colin cooked the same breakfast but with home made gluten free items for my celiac partner, it felt very safe and as good as my « regular » breakfast. We had a very nice time at Colin and Peter’s place. The breakfast was delicious, and Colin cooked the same breakfast but with home made gluten free items for my celiac partner, it felt very safe and as good as my « regular » breakfast. We had to leave on Saturday morning earlier than the time at which the hosts normally served breakfast. So we asked for something quick and easy. But no, Colin and Peter got up early and fixed us a full and wonderfully delicious breakfast. The facility was fine, but the hosts made it special.

This was our 3rd visit and it is easily the finest bed and breakfast we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms, toiletries and exceptional breakfast make the an easy 5star accommodation. The hosts are helpful with recommendations and even assisted in dining reservations.

The property is 100yrs old & has been renovated in an excellent manner. The decor and furnishings are plush, comfortable & ooze elegance. Beds are SO comfy. Peter & Colin, my hosts, were friendly, entertaining, and passionate about ensuring their guests were well fed and all our needs were met. They provided transfers for me from the train- so helpful. I had such a relaxing, delightful time. The B&B is well located -close to town, entertainment eg pub, local theatre, & the “Thousand Islands Cruise”. I’d highly recommend this venue. Thank You Peter & Colin for enhancing my stay in Ganonoque!

Colin & Peter are excellent hosts. We felt welcome and right at home from the moment we walked in the door! Breakfasts were amazing! Loved all three that we had. Peter and Colin are great hosts. Peter offered to pick me up at the train station. Colun made superb, home-made breakfast every day with a twist to it. They run their B&B as if the guests were their friends, they are si hospitable.

Peter and Colin were amazing hosts! Very friendly and knowledgable. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The freshly baked cookies and handmade soaps were a lovely touch. Breakfast was wonderful - we had vegetable crepes with sausage/bacon with poached eggs and zucchini muffins the first day, and scrambled eggs eith sausage/bacon, freshly baked biscuits with apricot and strawberry jam, and banana mini-muffins the next day in their beautiful kitchen. Walking distance to the thousand island cruises. Would absolutely recommend & return!

Everything about our stay at Seaway was excellent starting with our early check in to the warm and informative welcome from Peter, to the amazing breakfasts by Colin and to the spotless and very attractive manor. Staying at Seaway Manor with my wife and our 10 year-old daughter has provided our family with a core memory for a lifetime! Colin and Peter are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. Their home is immaculate and the breakfast is fine dining-worthy (Mandarin poppyseed loaf to start, then a house-made sourdough open-faced breakfast sandwich with an accompaniment of homefries and fresh fruit - need I say more?). Not to mention, you're within minutes of live theatre, 1000 Islands boat cruises and the downtown core. Highly recommended; we'll be back!

Stanza al primo piano pulita e profumata, spazio ok, finestra in bagno (finalmente) così non si resta all'umido. C'è una terrazzina con poltroncine se si desidera fare un pochino di relax. Colazione personalizzata e molto buona. Che dire, c'è ne fossero di posti così! A 3 minuti dal porto e dal centro.

We had an amazing stay! Peter and Colin were very welcoming and very knowledgeable of the area. The room was great, very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Seaway Manor is in a perfect location! Steps from the water, downtown, restaurants and pubs (check out Stonewater Pub)! Felt so comfortable there and looking forward to returning!

The Seaway Manor is a stylish house situated on a quiet street but close to everything, literally all in walking distance. The rooms are big and clean. The hosts, Peter and Colin, welcomed us the very minute we stepped on their garden. They are warm and funny and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Our bed was comfy and the rain-head shower was a total complimentary treat after our busy activities - cycling, kayaking and hiking. The breakfasts were very delicious. Looking forward to coming back again.

By far one the standout B&B's that we have ever stayed in. Our hosts, Peter and Colin, were brilliant from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. SEAWAY Manor is located within easy walking of fun things to do in Gananoque. The front garden is a lovely place to relax. Breakfast was freshly made each morning and was delicious. The owners couldn't be nicer and were always ready to offer assistance when needed.

Okay... this is THE place to select as your B&B in Gananoque. Everything was as at its best - friendly arrival, excellent hosts, clean room, very comfortable bed, great location (park and walk). The breakfasts were absolutely perfect.
