My room was a little dirty. The hotel phones didn’t work, but besides that it was a nice stay. Staff were v nice generally. The breakfast was a bit messy and the lobby was so poorly designed. The bar was very loud and the elevators were very annoying

The team was super helpful and the Assistant Manager Saurav went out of his way in resolving a transaction issue and ensuring I have a pleasant stay. Great property location and the spa is also well worth a visit

Clean, well-run property. Excellent water temperature and pressure in the shower. Everything in the room worked and thoughtfully designed, except the "master switch" for the lights that needs to be on for anything else to work, but it turns ALL the lights on! A bit inconvenient if you wake up in the middle of the night - a common occurrence due to jet lag. Food quality in the restaurants within the hotel was good, but not great, as compared to Park Hyatt (where I stayed last time). If you're comfortable walking on the busy, city streets of India, there are good dining options nearby, such as Jalpaan vegetarian buffet (5 min walk) and 10 Downing Street pub (10 min walk). I had a room overlooking the pool. It was a very relaxing view, especially because of the lots of trees behind the pool, both within the property and beyond. Great location for me as I needed to be close to Ameerpet and Secunderabad. Not so close to hitec city or the airport.

The rooms are very very dirty. It all looks like Government run business. Room was not ready when I tried to check in. Honestly we have to book another hotel and move out. Still paid this hotel. Front office employees were nicer. But they can not change hotel. Its Old. Rusted. Not completed Blackout windows. I did not liked at all. Staff was good.

It is horrible to know a group like ITC maintains this hotel. What hotels.com showed did not reflect at all when we approached the hotel. Although it is a old property, it could have been maintained in a decent condition but on the contrary the warmish is missing with scratches on wooden surfaces. Room was dusty. TV and remote were old fashioned. ITC has a brand value and the staff was courteous but selling a stay around 8000-9000 is not worth at all. We have stayed at so many ITC hotels and hence we chose this property in expectation of a treat but it became an flop show. It will hard to believe ITC now.

My biggest concerns: 1. I saw a group of men sleeping in the hallway because they could not fit into their room. Just shows poor management by the hotel. Made me feel unsafe. 2. At 9.00 am I got a call asking if I was checking out that day. Something I have never experienced at another 5 star hotel. It almost assumed that I do not know when to checkout also did not respect my privacy. 3. Found a cockroach in a bathroom. I was so turned off by this property that would never stay there again.

It’s great ancient hotel . Probably would have been good 10 years ago. We had no additional indoor shoes , extra toiletries in the room. The touch screens to the lights weren’t working . Pretty outdated location for the price of the property . Staff was amazing !

I stayed for a night at ITC. I have booked this hotel thinking its 5 star hotel. Rooms are basic. Not that big. Beds are horrible. Very Old torned furniture. Rooms are small. Not worth Rs.10.000 per day. Overall not worth for the money. Hotel room is not even 3 star. Property and service is okay.

My biggest concerns: 1. I saw a group of men sleeping in the hallway because they could not fit into their room. Just shows poor management by the hotel. Made me feel unsafe. 2. At 9.00 am I got a call asking if I was checking out that day. Something I have never experienced at another 5 star hotel. It almost assumed that I do not know when to checkout also did not respect my privacy. 3. Found a cockroach in a bathroom. I was so turned off by this property that would never stay there again.

Everything in the room worked and thoughtfully designed, except the "master switch" for the lights that needs to be on for anything else to work, but it turns ALL the lights on! Food quality in the restaurants within the hotel was good, but not great, as compared to Park Hyatt (where I stayed last time). I had a room overlooking the pool. It was a very relaxing view, especially because of the lots of trees behind the pool, both within the property and beyond. My room was a little dirty. The hotel phones didn’t work, but besides that it was a nice stay. Staff were v nice generally. The breakfast was a bit messy and the lobby was so poorly designed. The bar was very loud and the elevators were very annoying

One staff at front desk was rude and unhelpful. I had 2 rooms booked for myself and my daughter's. She acted very suspicious, put us on separate floors and claimed she could not give us 2 keys per room. That is the first time ever i have been told something that ridiculous.
