The elevator stopped working, on the evening of our last night. This made things rather uncomfortable, we were on the 3rd floor. Hauling luggage down 3 flights of stairs, sucked. To make things worse, i have a slipped disc in my back, again stairs are unkind. Not a peep was said by staff, as far as the massive inconvenience goes. The room is in need of a light buld in the bathroom.

My room was on the third floor and their elevator was out of service. I don’t know how long it was out of service, but it certainly was inconvenient for me.

The elevator was broken and we were not told that but that there were stairs at each end of the hall.

AC was amazing, however the elevator works once in a blue moon. Good leg exercise though. Staff was great as always. Daily housekeeping is a nice surprise. :)

Great place! Wish they would repair the elevator and the ground floor ice machine though... 😉

Pool wasn’t opened

We stayed here on a wednesday night. Took my kids to pool and they have smoking area right by it. So of course the smoke was right there. The pool railing is failing apart and the steps have paint peeling off. We had stock trailers with us and at first told us we couldn't park at the hotel and we would have to get permission from fred meyer to leave them there overnight. When we threatened to leave they changed their mind. On arrival, the front desk lady was clearly on a personal call and continued her call calming someone on the phone to only set it down to help us. They had boards in all the hallways, the carpet is was loose and stained. People screaming and cussing in hallways at 2am. The ac unit worked but was soo loud that sleeping was very difficult. The breakfast in the morning was a joke. It was a bed in a run down room that felt unsafe for my kids. For the price go somewhere else!

Cheap. Rom was very clean. cleaning staff was excellent. North security door lock was broken. south door was often propered open. Odd people loitering in the parking lot and in vehicles. North end area outside smelled like weed.

Back door entry was not key coded so anyone could walk in at any time---- On a different problem, I did appreciate the help they gave for my unexpected request.

The front desk lady is the best part of this hotel, very sweet and kind. The hotel has bed bugs, we checked our room very closely but we are so scared we will get them too. They are saying its only on the other floors but bugs dont just stay put. Terrifying to think we might end up with them. Room is kinda clean, food in chair, trash under bed, and multiple huge pee stains on the mattress.... and elevator is broken and theres only 1, it was very hard for my parents to get upstairs, especially with their bags. We only stayed here cuz the entire town was booked... will never stay here again.... it was a complete robbery of our money to charge 150$ for a hotel with bed bugs.. and that was the discount price.

The hotel desperately needs updating. The carpet was filthy and stained. The bed was in need of repair. The bathroom, however, was clean. It looks like they might be starting renovations because we saw boxes of flooring stacked. The breakfast was not what I would call a breakfast. One waffle maker, pkg’d bear claws, cereal and juice. As a diabetic that wasn’t an option.

There were flea in the bathroom. The sink looks worse than the one in the lobby. The carpet in the hallway is old and is not flat, easy to trip over. The breakfast is not good, not enough option. Only two kinds of cereal to choose from. The hard boiled egg doesn't taste good. There is no yogurt. The waffle machine is cool. The office chair in the room is very comfortable. You can hear the traffic from the freeway and train in the room at bedtime and early morning. I wish to have money back because there was fleas. Perhaps the hotel needs to separate pet friendly room and no pet room.

Quick and easy check-in, staff was friendlyp. There were cockroaches in my room.

We spend two nights, first of all the room smell horrible, I spray some air refresher it helped, what it made it horrible, in our last day there where cockroaches!

Close to highway , very clean , decent breakfast.

Sheets were stained and dirty. Elevator was filthy. Alarm went off for an hour never silenced. Changed rooms because of dirty sheets. The next room had dirty foot prints in the tub. Carpet was worn out. Not a pleasant stay.

Right next to the freeway, so the traffic noise was if course very loud. Very poor choice for area if town as it's a frequent for encouraging behaviors and police presence. The first room neighbors were in a domestic disturbance so I moved floors just before they were arrested. The staff was great about moving me and I'm grateful for that. The second floor was less police activity, but non stop excessive loud occupants late into the night. This the staff did nothing about. The furnishings; especially the mattresses are at over due for replacement and are extremely uncomfortable. If it was not late at night with no other room options, I would have moved on to another place. Do not recommended

Air conditioner sounded like a freight train when it kicked on.

Walls are thin . Could hear people talking in next rooms . Other than that nice place

The pillows at this hotel sucked. They gave us 3 14x14 inch pillows instead of regular pillows. Try getting a good night's sleep with couch pillows some time.

Great staff, clean, great value. Thin walls, bring earplugs. :)

Huge room comfortable bed good breakfast

The room itself was fine. The bathroom door wouldn’t close unless you were doing it from the inside and pushing on the lower left with your foot. Fridge didn’t get very cold.

King suite was massive and beautiful with two person spa. Good price. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed

Desk clerk was especially hospitable since the elevator was out of order she gave me a room on first floor. Greatly appreciated!!!!😊

PAID FOR THE STAY WITH A PACKAGE FROM EXPEDIA, WHEN I GOT THERE AND TRIED TO GET CHECKED IN THEY RECEIVED PAYMENT THAT I HAD PAID FROM EXPEDIA, SOME HOW THEY SENT IT BACK AND THE CREDIT CARD I HAD ON FILE THEY DECIDED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION TO BILL THE STAY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR, THEY MADE IT MY ISSUE, IT WAS NOT MY FAULT BUT ALL THEY WERE WORRIED ABOUT WAS GETTING PAID,EXPEDIA DID CONTACT SUPER 8 AND I WAS ABLE TO GET A REFUND ON MY CARD FROM EXPEDIA,( NOT FROM THE MOTEL), HALF THE TIME FOR BREAKFAST BECAUSE I WAS THERE A WEEK THEY ONLY PUT OUT HALF THE MENU ITEMS THEY NORMALLY WOULD HAVE EVERYDAY SUCH AS THE HARD EGGS,THE BREAD TASTED OLD, THE FRUIT LIKE APPLES AND ORANGES WERE OLD, THE APPLES WERE BROWN ON THE INSIDE AND THE ORANGES WERE BRUISED AND SOFT, A LOT OF TRASH WAS PILED OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR, THE HALLWAYS ALWAYS LOOKED CLUTTERED AND DIRTY, THE ELEVATOR HALF THE TIME WOULD WORK AND SOMETIMES WOULD DROP WHEN IT WOULD CAME TO A STOP,THE PEOPLE WHO CLEANED THE ROOMS WERE VERY NICE AND DID A GOOD JOB, I WOULD NEVER BOOK A ROOM WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN, I WAS SCARED THAT SOMETHING ELSE WOULD SHOW UP ON MY CREDIT CARD BY THE TIME I GOT HOME AS I ASKED FOR A RECEIPT BEFORE I LEFT AND WAS TOLD WE ONLY SEND THEM TO YOUR E-MAIL, AGAIN I WOULD NOT KNOW OF ANY ISSUES UNTIL I GOT HOME, NO ONE SHOULD FEEL THE WAY I DID.

Check-in was simple and easy. Good condition of the rooms and breakfast buffet. I was pleasantly surprised to have an in-room coffee maker (besides the coffee offered in the lobby), microwave and refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was missing light bulb in end table fixture, no response from front desk when making calls, finally got a bulb an hour after reporting it as front desk staff were nowhere to be found. Not impressed with the breakfast offering. Waffle batter dispenser was non operational and no attendant available to assist. Waffles and toast were only hot food options, no egg or meat offerings.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. We checked in, and were given a room on floor 2 (a non-pet floor). We walked in and noticed it was musty and smelled strongly of wet dog. Floor 1 & 3 are pet floors so we turned on the air, hoping that it would subside, but my disabled traveling companion started feeling extremely nauseous from the smell. We had paid $225 a night and had been in the room for maybe 30 minutes but the front desk refused to honor a refund for the first night as we had "already checked in." They cited a policy which stated a refund was not permissable after check in, even in a case such as room condition. We found another hotel for over $400/ night and left. I have honestly never experienced a front desk agent ever be so inconsiderate, especially when the reservation had been booked just an hour before check in. It was a very high rate, deplorable room condition, and just inconsiderate "customer service." Hotels.con for their part tried to get the front desk to agree to a refund but the staff said they would only refund the second night. I wouldn't risk booking here. If you have ANY issue with the room they will not refund you even if they're unable to provide a clean room.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. The 1st time was ok, but the room they have is the bed wasn't even made. Then they gave is a deluxe room instead. This time got there 15 minutes before check in. Was told room wasn't ready. That's fine. Wasn't able to check in for another 30+ minutes. Check in staff were not very pleasant. Elevator was broken and was given a room on the top floor. Toilet ran continously, had to push real hard on the door to get it open because it was scraping the door jam. Unless they do an overhaul on customer service and several things around the hotel, I won't be back.

Always stay here on our yearly jaunt to Bandon Oregon. Friendly and helpful staff, always a clean, comfortable room and great coffee and breakfast. Yup, consistent and dependable.

Very dirty on the outside of the property, found used tampons in the parking lot and lots of drug users hanging out in the parking lot. There was hardly any breakfast and no high chair for our little one to use. Overall the receptionists were awesome with us.

Quick stop while driving through. The pool is outside so it was closed. The breakfast was basic but worked for our family.

Room/suite was as advertised. Specious, excellent bed. Fridge & coffeemaker but no microwave. Only negative was the poor selection for breakfast. No bagels or yogurt or biscuits & gravy. Would stay again when traveling through the area & provide own breakfast. Patricia 06-15/16-2024

Building was clean, but felt old and needed maintenance. Breakfast was adequate, but minimal. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel twice this summer and both times there were only waffles, spoiled fruit and dried out bread. When asked about yogurt(both times)they said they ran out yesterday. There should be at least enough yogurt for guests each day and the bread or muffins should be fresh. I have never stayed at another Super 8 with such a poor breakfast.
