El hotel, fatal. No tenía ascensor y tenía una escalera bastante empinada con tramos en los que no había barandilla. Tenías que subir tu la maleta porque nadie te ayudaba. Además no estaba nada limpio y con aspecto de descuidado. Al baño le faltaba la tapa del inodoro, no tenía papel higiénico la puerta del baño estaba inchada, las sillas de la habitación peladas y sucias, la Tv no funcionaba, a los mandos de la Tv y del aire acondicionado les faltaban las tapas, la puerta del armario de la cocina estaba torcida y así varios desperfectos más.

Det set fin ud på foto men der er larm og meget larm 60 db fra gaden og man kan ikke lukke vinduren helt. sengen var hår og knirkede. der var en fæl lugt fra nabo bygning. ingen elevartor som man på ingen måde kigger efter når man ser på det da man ikke kan forstille sig at der ikke er det.

Det set fin ud på foto men der er larm og meget larm 60 db fra gaden og man kan ikke lukke vinduren helt. sengen var hår og knirkede. der var en fæl lugt fra nabo bygning. ingen elevartor som man på ingen måde kigger efter når man ser på det da man ikke kan forstille sig at der ikke er det.

We booked this place for the kitchenette. Which was basically non existent. We had to stay on the first floor. It was loud, there’s no elevator to what I assume are better options. The area was fine. The hotel is in transition.

Für ein günstiges Hotel wirklich top. Der Check in hat nichtmal 5 min gedauert, dort haben wir auch ein gratis Upgrade bekommen. Klar, wissen wir nicht wie unser Original Zimmer wäre aber mit dem kleinen Apartment was wir bekommen haben waren wir sehr zufrieden. Natürlich hatte das Apartment hier und da seine kleinen Macken aber hey, was erwartet man bei einem Low cost hotel? Die Umgebung ist auch super und freie Parkplätze gibt es auf der Straße

The fridge didn’t work and after a few attempts to let receptionists know about that problem I understood it will not be fixed. Also the evening before I left the gate with code broke and the gate had to stay open all night. Otherwise very good location, friendly staff, clean.

First of all, the wifi did not work in my room, the staff were no help. The room overall was ok for the price, however, it should be noted that the mirror was cracked, the towels had stains on them. It’s a shame as the location was excellent. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Leider kann ich nicht viel Gutes zur Unterkunft berichten. Möbel runtergekommen, Wände gefühlt aus Pappe, dreckig und sogar eine Kakerlake im Bad gehabt. In der Nacht hat von etwa 1:00 bis 5:30 ein Mitarbeiter lautstark telefoniert und hat im Flur rumgeschrien als man sich bemerkbar gemacht hat. Check In und Auschecken hat gut geklappt, Lage auch in Ordnung.

Leider kann ich nicht viel Gutes zur Unterkunft berichten. Möbel runtergekommen, Wände gefühlt aus Pappe, dreckig und sogar eine Kakerlake im Bad gehabt. El peor hotel en el que he estado. Sucio y ruidoso. Habitación "doble" de 8 m2. Cero mantenimiento. Todo el mobiliario se reduce a un ARMARIO de 2 hojas/2 cajones (1 hoja y un cajón no abren. El otro cajón no existe). Una MESITA DE NOCHE. Una SILLA. Cortina de ventana rota. BAÑO: Sin ventilación (ni natural ni forzada), plato de ducha sucio, raíles de mampara corredera aún mas sucios. La tapa del inodoro suelta. La tapa de la papelera no sube. La única percha de toallas se gira, y no sirve.

Room from hell. Felt like I had slept on a brick. Turns out it was two doors and no middle in the bed . Ants in the bed. A very dirty old bathroom we didn’t use we just got out before the ants carried us out. With ten flights of stairs that were dangerously lit. Windows didn’t lock on one side of the room and the other they didn’t open. This was the first night of my honeymoon. This room ruined it. We just left . It was a terrible experience. Please don’t go there unless you have no other place to stay. I think sleeping under a tree or the beach would be better than this place.

Un hébergement qui est sale .. pas d'équipements manquait la pomme de douche juste le tuyau pour se laver une fenêtre qui fermait pas une clim défaillante une literie pas confortable beaucoup de bruits de circulation du coup à cause de la fenêtre eponges dégueulasses j'ai des photos !!

Leider ist die Klimaanlage am zweiten Tag ausgefallen und war nur noch eine Lüftung. Sehr schlecht! Weiterhin fehlte beim einchecken der Duschkopf, konnte aber sehr von der Rezeption besorgt werden. Das Waschbecken war lose und wackelte bedenklich. Die Lage zum Strand und der Altstadt ist super!

I stayed here for 2 nights the location is so good and the rooms are very good and comfortable. But the bad side of this place is 1. If u want to arrive before the check just to drop ur bags don’t do it because there’s nobody there to take ur bags. 2. First day I was in one room The ac was not working and the wifi either when I told them this they didn’t do nothing. 3rd day I was in another room the smell that was coming out of the bathroom was awful. Over all the installations are good but it’s very deficient when it comes to customer service they’re missing a lot

The room was not very nice at all. Very old beds, where you felt the springs in your back. Cabinet in bathroom not attached to the wall. No blankets, only a thin sheet and very thin pillows. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful, but will never stay here again.

Usually a good place to stay but the room this time looked nothing like the pictures. It was worn out, had broken wardrobe and cabinet doors, faulty room door and was incredibly noisy throughout.

Perdieron nuestra reserva. Nos dieron un hostal que se llama Princesa cercano donde no funcionaba el agua caliente y eso que solo fuimos al alojamiento para dormir. Todas las comunicaciones por wasap. Nadie en recepción. Un desastre vamos. No volveremos ni a uno ni al otro.

I stayed here for 2 nights the location is so good and the rooms are very good and comfortable. But the bad side of this place is 1. I did not enjoy my stay at all. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk and had to wait approximately 20 minutes since the front desk went to run errand. Meanwhile, in the waiting area, there were mosquitoes because there was a garbage can full waiting to be thrown out. The bed in my room felt like it was going to sink and was on its last legs. No coffee maker or tea kettle in the room when I asked for one, they left a pot for me. The bathroom trash can was missing the lever and had to push down on a piece of metal that was sticking out. Overall, the condition of the place just felt old and uncomfortable.

I did not enjoy my stay at all. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk and had to wait approximately 20 minutes since the front desk went to run errand. Meanwhile, in the waiting area, there were mosquitoes because there was a garbage can full waiting to be thrown out. The bed in my room felt like it was going to sink and was on its last legs. No coffee maker or tea kettle in the room when I asked for one, they left a pot for me. The bathroom trash can was missing the lever and had to push down on a piece of metal that was sticking out. Overall, the condition of the place just felt old and uncomfortable.

Leider ist die Klimaanlage am zweiten Tag ausgefallen und war nur noch eine Lüftung. Sehr schlecht! Weiterhin fehlte beim einchecken der Duschkopf, konnte aber sehr von der Rezeption besorgt werden. Das Waschbecken war lose und wackelte bedenklich. Die Lage zum Strand und der Altstadt ist super!

We booked this place for the kitchenette. Which was basically non existent. We had to stay on the first floor. It was loud, there’s no elevator to what I assume are better options. The area was fine. The hotel is in transition.

I stayed here for 2 nights the location is so good and the rooms are very good and comfortable. But the bad side of this place is 1. If u want to arrive before the check just to drop ur bags don’t do it because there’s nobody there to take ur bags. 2. First day I was in one room The ac was not working and the wifi either when I told them this they didn’t do nothing. 3rd day I was in another room the smell that was coming out of the bathroom was awful. Over all the installations are good but it’s very deficient when it comes to customer service they’re missing a lot

Für ein günstiges Hotel wirklich top. Der Check in hat nichtmal 5 min gedauert, dort haben wir auch ein gratis Upgrade bekommen. Klar, wissen wir nicht wie unser Original Zimmer wäre aber mit dem kleinen Apartment was wir bekommen haben waren wir sehr zufrieden. Natürlich hatte das Apartment hier und da seine kleinen Macken aber hey, was erwartet man bei einem Low cost hotel? Die Umgebung ist auch super und freie Parkplätze gibt es auf der Straße

The fridge didn’t work and after a few attempts to let receptionists know about that problem I understood it will not be fixed. Also the evening before I left the gate with code broke and the gate had to stay open all night. Otherwise very good location, friendly staff, clean.

This property should not be considered as hotel, pictures that they put on the website is totally deceiving, we could not stay in the so called hotel, due to poor location and condition, we had to rent another hotel for our vacation! And we lost $260 that we paid for 2 nights! Just stay away from this location if you’re looking for a decent hotel!

The room was not very nice at all. Very old beds, where you felt the springs in your back. Cabinet in bathroom not attached to the wall. No blankets, only a thin sheet and very thin pillows. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful, but will never stay here again.
