We chose this place because of the pool and free breakfast. The pool was literally at the end of the parking lot, 10 feet away from cars driving by, AND it closed at 8 PM, while there was still plenty of sunlight. I went to the free breakfast at 9:30 am on Sunday, only to find out that breakfast ended at 9:00 am. Who ends breakfast at 9 am??? Especially on a Sunday. Very disappointing. Furthermore the area around the parking lot just had a questionable vibe. I didn't witness anything terrible...it just didn't feel right. On the positive side, the room itself was nice, comfortable, and clean. Good tv, fridge, and microwave. The sink was outside the bathroom which is a plus, though the bathroom itself was small.

Iis getting run down in the rooms, smells like strong perfume which is used to massk old smells. We were sneezing from the scent. Behind bathroom door hasnt been cleaned in a long time as theres a pile up of dust on the trim. Carpet is very old...but bed was comfortable. And price reflects the conditions. We did see the renovations being done on the other building.

Pretty shabby. I don't expect too much at pet-friendly facilities, but the bathroom was not up to par; towels were very thin; the grout was moldy. The check-in person was rather grumpy, not welcoming. The refrigerator did not work.

Where to begin? Booked hotel for 150$ with my cc after 10 hours driving. Upon trying to check in, was told I needed a 30$ cc deposit or 100$ cash. I offered my cc and the rude lady at the desk told me they don't take that card. Even though I booked the room with it. So I had to find an atm in the middle of the hood to get the cash. Whatever. But AFTER giving the cash deposit, was told I wasn't allowed to check out until AFTER 930am when housekeeping had time to check my room so I could get my deposit back. I was on a 25 hour trip and planned to leave at 6am but had to wait until 10am when the cleaners were ready. Granted it took them a whole 2 mins as she walked in, said ok and we got the money back. Why a front desk person couldn't have done that at 6am I do not know. The only saving grace was the morning hotel front desk lady. Shower has someone else's shaving hair glued to the wall and dead bugs everywhere. DO NOT STAY HERE. It should have been in the 55$ range. Parts of the building and stairway were falling off and wrapped in yellow caution tape. Place was a joke

For an I95 travel motel this is just right. Rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast is decent. Area seems safe and is just a minute from I95. Pet friendly. And there is a Ruby Tuesday’s right next door. Stayed here half a dozen times and will stay again.

My stay at Best Western Inn was one of the best experiences I had at a hotel especially for race weekend for the Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway!!! When I first checked in, hostess behind the desk named Ashley was extremely sweet to me for my entire stay, she definitely made me feel welcome…I felt the cool AC blowing the moment I opened the door and the room smelled extremely clean….Not to mention the level of access to nearby restaurants, gas stations, & cigar shop right across from the hotel…Breakfast was excellent to say the least and way better than the last hotel I stayed at(I won’t say where)Thank you so much and look forward to staying here again in the future!!! 10/10

The room and breakfast areas were very clean. The bed was comfortable for our one night pass through on trip from NJ back to Florida. There were 2 restaurants in walking distance across the parking lot (Ruby Tuesdays and Cracker barrel). Breakfast had reasonable offerings, not my taste though, but acceptable and the coffee was good. It is a great location right off of 95, we will stay again.
