Motel 6

Pool was closed. Room was dirty and crickets fell out of the vent.

The front desk guy when I checked in was rude , I asked for a bucket for ice he gives me it but when I go and tell him there is no ice he laughs and saids back "hahaha oh yeah there is no ice" he is very very rude

I arrived at 11:30pm after driving 6 hours with 2 small children. I had reserved a room 9 hour prior to my arrival. The front desk lady was super nice and pleasant. She put us in a double room. It was NOT cleaned. Hair in the sink, used bars of soap, dirty towels everywhere. I went to the front desk and the lady spent the next 10 minutes trying to find us a clean room. Every single room was marked “dirty” We ended up walking door to door and looking in rooms to find one that was actually cleaned. After we found a clean room, we spent the next 15 minutes going back and forth to the office hoping our key would work because it definitely did not. The front desk lady finally had to let us in with a master key and said if we needed back in for any reason that we would need to be let it. Our room was “clean”, bare and very lack luster. The beds were very uncomfortable. No fridge, we had 2 towels for 4 people. We also only had 2 pillows for 4 people. We were told that the motel was out of pillows. Front office lady told us that the hotel was out of pretty much anything because people steal their stuff. I found a bag of drugs outside next to my car the next morning. The breakfast was prepackaged mini blueberry muffins. 1 per person. Not healthy, clean or safe. Don’t think about using the pool, looks like a pond.

Property in renovation is understandble but give due diligence to cleanliness all round the property, ensure each room is fully furnished with clean towels and take actual pictures to post for truthful advertisement not limited to just the clean and completely furnished rooms; listed amenities didn’t exist like the grab n’go, pool. Housekeeping staff was very helpful but reception seems inattentive.

No conditioner. Small and cramped room. Sheets were clean. Toilet worked fine. Smelled very musty. Tv was fine. Check in and check out was fine. No working phone in room.

First room I got was filthy! The room smelled like cigarettes the window was broken and there was still ashes by the window, the blanket looked like someone had burnt it, looked like they hadn’t cleaned it. I went to the front desk Bonnie was nice enough to put us in a different room we went to a 2nd room and the second room the light-switch did not work, the bath room tub was dirty. The pool does not work. Looks as if it hasn’t been working for a while.

The staff was great. The room not so. Wouldn't stay there again. Surprized that Wyndam even would associate their name with it. Hotels .com says includes breakfast. Not so. Coffee and pastry, but out of pastry and haven't received delivery. Had a hard time finding it. No big Super

This was a nice place, clean and tidy. It is very large, so it was a long walk to the ice machine....

pool wasn't open but decent rooms

This place is horrible. It used to be a motel 6 i stated in about 7 years ago. It's very noisy right next to the 205. There are homeless people walking through parking lot. Theres about 30 handicap parking spots which is very inconvenient for everyone else. The first room they gave me the door didn't latch from the inside or the outside. I went back, they gave me a room on the back of the building. I was concerned. I asked the lady if my car would be there in the morning, she said i should be fine as the cops are there all the time. I should have known better watching the homeless, the drug addicts, and the hookers and pimps lingering around. I went into room number 2 and it stank of Marijuana BAD! Then there was only 2 half pillows on a king bed which was surprisingly comfortable. The showers are ridiculous. You barely get wet. The TV didn't work at all, so again me and all my luggage went back to the office and was put in a third room where i couldn't see my car. My window faced a disgusting pool with a tarp half over it and mold growing on it. I had no smoke detector in room which is crazy because the first night the fire alarm went off 2 times at 10:30 and after midnight... only 1 time the next night. I didn't sleep well at all stressing on my car getting broken into or taken completely. They said they're a Radisson brand Hotel. It said there's a breakfast, i didn't see that, and even if they did, i would never eat it. Spend a tiny bit more money and never stay here.

Let me say the staff was really nice and helpful. But the property itself is quite run down, outdated, out bathroom towels were soiled when we arrived, the shower was small and had many different textures of other people’s hair on the floor and walls. The room had a weird smell. The heater barely worked and we were so cold with a 5 month old baby. Due to the run down and dirty hotel conditions - I think it was absurd to charge a $50 non refundable pet cleaning deposit when the cleaning team doesn’t actually clean. Our room also has no screen on the window making it very unsafe to air the musty room out and our room was without a fire detector - no fridge no microwave in the very tiny room

The property was busted down. It smelled like crap, . The room was dirty bugs and roaches in the shower staff was so unprofessional. Blankets had cigarette Burns. Very, very unprofessional, I would not recommend this location at all.

Had to leave there were bed bugs and a deep cigar stench in the room

BEDBUGS! Worse stay In my life and my families life DO NOT go here. The general manager Mayra Is the most unprofessional human being I’ve ever met! Not to mention… FLEAS, BEDBUGS, & TERMITES!! Tried to justify my poor kids came with bedbugs knowing that her property already had an infestation how dare her.

There was hair everywhere on the floor, seems like from wig or something like that. Starting from the entrance door to the bathroom in every corner and in the main walking area. I had to use a towel to wash the floor myself.

Everything was fine till I woke up at one in the morning to use the restroom and there were roaches all over my stuff my bags, my wallet on the counter and on the bed where I was sleeping

The room we had when we checked in was dirty the curtains were dirty and broken the bedding looked dingy there was only one bath towel 1 face towel half roll toilet paper and no extra one seen two roaches shower curtain broken

Room is stinky and smelly . Bed is very uncomfortable. I would not come back here again

I told her about the faucet missing a handle and then she blamed me for not telling them the previous day, when we got in late and was gone all day. Completely rude. Stay away from this place!

The bathroom floor looked like it had not been cleaned for awhile. The shower fixtures were broken, but functional. The room door would not lock from the outside.

The reservation I did. They didn't have my bed and they gave us 2 twin beds instead of one king bed and no refrigerator no microwave. I kept calling down to the office, asking them every 30 minutes for a refrigerator. And a microwave. And it took them almost all day to bring me a microwave and a refrigerator to our room

Its very run down and i stayed 2 weeks. Both shower heads had jerryrigged tape holding them together and as a stop leak, and half the lights worked, there where bugs, the furniture was either broken or about to break and key cards needed to be reactivated everyday.

The TV did not work, the picture was dark, the shower was tiny, no hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave or mini fridge. There were only 2 flat tiny pillows for a king bed.

This location is pretty run down, the bed was comfortable.

The stay was fine but I paid on this website and then when checking in was made to pay again at the hotel so being double charged was what upset me

The staff was rude, the rooms were filthy. I had to do my own cleaning with Clorox wipes. I marked my room number on the bag of dirty wipes & turned it into the check out counter. My 9 year old daughter found bugs on the floor, both alive & dead. I reserved & paid for a deluxe room with a mini fridge, microwave & a tub but did not get any of those items at all. It was a hassle getting the staff to bring a fridge & microwave because they refused to in the beginning but after going back & forth on the phones, they finally just brought them..all that nonsense just to end up bringing them. On top of that, the rooms were NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ADVERTISED on Expedia! Very disappointed.

The property is pretty well kept. I would say that the room I stayed in wasn't quite ready for a guest. There was no closet space to hang clothes but, I made it work and I liked the room and the Staff, especially the 2nd shift. She's really guest forward. Thank you. I'd stay here again and suggest others stay here too.

They didn’t have my reservation and I’d prepaid so I was left having paid with no hotel and couldn’t cancel to get a refund cause it was past the time for it. I’d like to be refunded by whoever has the money I paid for the hotel I didn’t get!

We had last minute plans and I was able to find this place at a good rate and midweek availability. the room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend for future visit. Denny's is close by. transitioning from Motel 6 to current name. Office staff were nice.

The property is apparently no longer a motel 6 and is no longer taking reservations from 3rd party groups like Expedia. There were obviously people living at the motel. The room was barely clean, with bugs and cigarette marks in the shower. The area around was dirty and a bit scary.

The staff tries hard but the facility needs a lot of work and attention. It’s true you get what you pay for so I was not expecting a 5 star resort. The issues are more around safety outside the facility and lighting on the outside of the property is dark. The bed sheets had hair and looked to not be changed from the previous guest just bed made. The floor was dirty, the bathroom had urine still in it from another guest, exhaust cover was falling off, shower head leaked more water into the floor than the shower area. The feeling is they have a nice person at the desk dealing with everything and no leader or follow up. The first room assigned I went to still had other guests staying there or had just left. It would seem Expedia would verify these places before adding the location and adding the pictures. The pool had a tarp over it and was full of green water. Again you get what you pay for and when staying here unless they make some changes expect more of a motel style stay where you sleep in your clothes and bring everything you need to just sleep and that’s it.

Hotel is about everedge. Good parking for semitruck. Area around hotel dirty and noise. Hotel stuff friendly.

Was very unsatisfied with my stay. I found multiple roaches in the room and in the bed as well as in between the towels. The room was dirty and not up to date and when letting front desk know she simply said her manager was not present. I was very very disappointed with my stay to the point I considered going to my car to sleep however the area did not seem too safe. I will never be staying here again and will never recommend anyone stay here. Don’t even bother just go somewhere else.
