Good for a one night lay over. Wasn’t a fan that I was informed that there was free airport transportation but when I got there it was just free to the hotel, for transportation back to airport it was $5. There weren’t any really places to eat and the options at the hotel were terrible (just pizza). The room wasn’t clean; the cups for coffee were used and had crust on them. Good to stay for one night and get to airport but if you want to explore Amsterdam; this is not a good hotel for that.

It was a nice stay, close to the airport and good value for money. The staff were accomodating enough to allow us to us the luggage storage room before we checked in as we arrived on an early morning flight. The downside to the hotel was that the lift broke down on us twice in 2 days and our stay was only for 3 nights. Being on the 7th floor was a hard walk up the stairs for us especially coming from a night out and after having a large breakfast so that was a shame. Other than that a cool option if you dont want to be to close to the central of Amsterdam and looking for some peace and quiet.

Overall, this is a nice hotel. There has been an ongoing issue with the lifts with both out of commission for a short period iime and then one working, and finally both working. The staff were attentive but seemed a bit overworked and with only reception staff available in the evenings. The food was good but dining services is only limited to breakfasts.

Otel temiz, çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Otel shuttle ı ile ya da otelin yakınında bulunan duraktan otobüsle önce havalimanina sonra trene binerek ulasabilirsiniz. (Her ikisi ile de önce havalimanina gitmeniz gerekiyor.) Shuttle havalimanindan otele ücretsiz, ters yönde ise 5euro(çocuklar da ücretli) Otobüs ise yetişkin 7 minikler ucretsiz kucuk cocuklar 3.5 euro. Ancak otobüs şoförü cocuklarla ilgili kararı veriyor, enteresan.Yataklar rahattı, otel çevresi huzurlu minik göller ve parklarla çevrili. Kısacası biz merkezde tonla para vermektense bu oteli tercih ettik ve memnun şekilde ayrıldık.

Eigentlich ein gesichtsloses Flughafenhotel, aber super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Uns war Amsterdam selbst zu teuer und hier konnten wir kostenlos parken und mit Bus und Bahn in etwa 30 min in die Stadt. Sehr großes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, unerwartet gutes Frühstück. Nous avons passé 4 jours et 3 nuits dans cet hôtel : notre chambre « lounge » était spacieuse, avec 2 lits simples accolés, un lit simple séparé et un lit d’appoint peu confortable. Les couettes sont trop petites par rapport à la taille des lits. Présence d’une kitchenette, pas très pratique (plaque de cuisson et micro-ondes alors qu’il y a un détecte de fumée dans la chambre !). Quasiment aucune vaisselle dans cette kitchenette, donc superflue. Le gros point négatif est l’absence de ménage dans notre chambre durant notre séjour : dans TOUS les hôtes où nous avons séjourné, les lits sont faits, les serviettes sont changées et le papier toilette renouvelé, le ménage fait. Dans cet hôtel, notre chambre est resté telle quelle durant notre séjour : sol sale, poubelles qui débordent, lits non faits, serviettes non changées, pas de papier toilette ! Nous avons dû récupérer nous mêmes le papier toilette et des serviettes propres ! Nous avons fait la remarque à la réception lors de notre départ, la réceptionniste n’avait pas l’air étonnée et elle n’a d’ailleurs pas daigné lever les yeux pour s’adresser à nous mais a plutôt poursuivi son travail sur son PC ! Aucun respect des clients ! Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel et nous n’y reviendrons plus ! Nous gardons une image négative du pays !

Looks okay from outside but quite dated from the inside. Out of the 2 lifts, one often breaks down. Room, bed and bathroom basic, and not comparable with other 4* hotels. Room has a small fridge. No daily room cleaning (only once every 4 days). Tv with mostly NL/DE channels, with a few English news channels. Temperature control switch is very fragile and dated. Floor carpets throughout the property is very dirty and not maintained. One of the days, at 06h45 am in the morning, the fire alarm set off asking everyone to vacate. Turned out to be some issues with the alarm. No iron or ironing board in the room. Breakfast pretty basic for the price. The area is quite secluded and you won't find anything interesting to do, unless you go to the nearby city or to Amsterdam. Bus stop within 3-4 mins walk. Cards accepted

Das Bett war nicht bequem. Der Zimmer war leider nicht geputzt. Boden und alle Oberflächen waren staubig und dreckig. Die Betten wurden gemacht. Der Badezimmer ging. Schade weil eigentlich sind die Räume schön und modern. Aber der Schmutz war nicht lustig.

It was +32°C when we arrived in Amsterdam. We checked in, and everything was great until we walked into our room. The room temperature was +28°C because the air conditioning in the two rooms I rented wasn’t working. I reported it to the front desk, but they were unable to fix the issue because the maintenance person had left at 1 PM. They also couldn’t change our rooms because the hotel was full. They provided me with a fan, which did not help the situation since it was extremely hot inside. We couldn’t get a good rest or sleep because of this issue, and there was no manager on duty to address the situation. Not to mention, one of the things I requested before completing the booking was air conditioning. This was a very bad experience for me and my family.

Kamer 715 was okay maar niet top. Je kan natuurlijk voor €85 ook niet alles verwachten. Wc rol houder afgebroken en lag in de kast, staande lamp in de kamer zat geen lamp in, veel strepen op de muur, vloerbedekking smoezelig, en tv hapert continue. Wat was er goed - lekker bed, goede douche, lekkere koffie en ook decaf in de kamer, vriendelijk personeel (niemand spreekt nederlands) en ontbijt was okay niet super

We had a great stay! The family room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for everyone to relax in. The bed was cozy and supportive, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern and spotless, with an impressive shower that had great water pressure. Parking was free and easy, and the location was convenient — not too far from Amsterdam, so getting into the city was simple. We didn’t try the on-site food, but there were plenty of options nearby and on Just Eat, so we were never short on choices. Overall, a very comfortable and stress-free stay.

Booked a room for 2 couples expecting 2 sets of twins but got 1 set of twin beds to make a full and 1 pull out couch with a HORRIBLE mattress. Woke up sevefal times due to discomfort and had to travel home on a plane fpr 10 hours the following day with back pain.

It’s not a 4 star level, TVs are old and do not work properly, you have to wait 5 minutes until it switch on. No smart to. We had power blackout during shower. Phone was not working so I had to dress in darkness and ask for power to be switched on again.

The room was very spacious, very clean and over equipped (never seen microwave oven and kitchen in a triple bedroom). We could even say that's a bargain for a room like this. 100% value for money. The only thing that we didn't really like is the shuttle bus to the airport which should be 24h for a hotel like that which is so close to the airport.

This was by far the worst stay. I arrived with my family to Amsterdam for a one night stopover. After travelling all day and night we arrived at the hotel. First off the hotel is not on the list of stops when you arrive at the airport to go to the hotel but it’s a stop. You have to pay for the shuttle. We went to sleep and around midnight the fire alarm goes off, and everyone evacuated. There was no communication from staff, no organized anything once outside. It was chaos. We waited an hour outside with no issues in sight, no firefighters came or medical personnel, when my husband went to go and see what was happening and if we could go back in there was no staff to be found. Another hour went by and we were finally able to return with no explanation. We thought maybe someone pulled the alarm. We went back to sleep then the alarm went off again at 5:00am but only half of the alarm was working, clearly evident that this was an electrical issue. We did not evacuate at this time. We heard nothing from staff or the manager. There were no apologies or explanation or compensation for the inconvenient stay. I will never stay here again based on the service and lack of information and communication we received.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable on my stay, even when I accidentally shut myself out of the room shortly after checking in, silly me! They had umbrellas to rent fairly priced, well stocked vending machine, a good hotel room fridge too, well connected to the circle line bus route! I’ve no complaints!

There was no staff at the counter when I arrived to check in. The room was painfully average, and not very nice. The cost was ridiculously high for what I got. The location isn't great, it'll still cost you a lot to get to either the airport or downtown (don't use the taxi service with the airport, they are forced to use a specific service that jacks up the cost, just use an Uber, it's cheaper).

Hotel claims they offer shuttle bus from the airport but when I called them ( 8.25 pm on a week day) was told the driver in on one hour break ! They could not produce invoice for my stay upon check in , was supposed to be ready in the morning when I was to check out - it was not . Shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport ( 6 am First one going to the airport was late :(

If possible, STAY AWAY from this property; after adding all the extras, it would be possible to stay in a better property. They want to charge for everything. I requested breakfast for 1 day (I paid for it, for 8 guests), at the check out they wanted to charged me 125 euros more for breakfast for the 2nd day, I told them that we did not requested, so we did not the the 2 ladies in the front stated that I MUST Pay even though I did not requested because they did not have a way to prove that; that's so stupid, so I told them, "Is everyone required to have and pay breakfast here even if the guest does not want to"?, they 2 ladies confirmed "YES". I even mentioned that on the first day, only 1 guest went to the breakfast area, and since it was not good, the other guests did not go, which is true; the breakfast is expensive and of poor quality. Very bad experience, and seriously be adding all the extras, I ended up paying the same amount that I would have paid at the Hilton by the airport. The rooms were not that clean. The customer service experience was mixed, with some having a great attitude and others not that great. The lights in the rooms were broken, I requested a replacement, never arrived. I would never go back to this place, and would never recommend it for future trips.

Check-in system wasn’t working. They gave us keys to a room that was already taken, which we found out upon opening the door. This happened twice in a row. Then we had to wait for quite some time before being assigned a new, vacant room.

Stayed here for the night to catch our flight back home to Canada and must say the hotel is wonderful. Quiet and comfy. The staff are friendly especially Amor (Filipino) staff. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one. If ever we visit Amsterdam again we would stay in this hotel again.

I will suggest to book another hotel. The hotel is ok, but they don't have restaurant other than breakfast. So if you want to eat you have to use uber eat or go some place. The hotel had only 1 small elevator that was working, with no ventilation. But the worst thing would be that I asked for a wakeup call at 7 Am. But they forgot to call and wake me.

We booked online with Expedia and was easy. Hotel was near the airport, but it was so quiet we didn't even hear anything from the neighbors or parking lot. We didn't like where it was located in the center on industrial complex on one side and houses and water on the other. Was a 20 min walk to the small town for dinner.

Relación calidad-precio Okay.Un poco lejos pero en familia 4 personas con Bolt merece la pena .Tuvimos la mala suerte que el sistema de incendios se desencadenó…a las 11 de la noche pues ya sabéis pero al final todo se quedó en un susto.En familia lo recomiendo pero con la mención que no hay mucha vida cerca!!!

It was okay. There was a payment for shuttle from hotel to airport which wasnt great. The breakfast options were very very limited. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very less space to relax in the lounge.

The front desk staff was great. They offered our room early to accommodate our arrival. They have no formal restaurant but offer pizza until 22:00. They offer beer, wine m, water, etc. which you can enjoy at tables provided in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and shower was terrific. Perfect for a layover. The inexpensive buffet breakfast is a great deal and was surprisingly fresh and delicious. The hotel shuttle was great and cheap when we headed back to the airport. We couldn’t find the shuttle at the airport after waiting an hour because it was unclear that the hotel shares a shuttle with the nearby Radisson hotel. We took a taxi for 35€ the short distance.

Σε γενικές γραμμές ένα όμορφο ξενοδοχείο με πολύ άνετα δωμάτια.Το μόνο μου πρόβλημα ήταν οι μύγες στο πρωινό. Ήταν όλα ακάλυπτα και οι μύγες περπατούσαν πάνω....δεν ήταν μια και δυο .το εστιατόριο που σερβιριζόταν το πρωινό ήταν γεμάτο μύγες!
