Bank Hotel, a Member of Small Luxury Hotels

Amazing and very helpful staff. I use a wheelchair and we were immediately upon arrival directed towards wheelchair friendly entrances and elevators. We were offered very nice drinks when checking in and water when checking out. Received all the information needed when we asked. I appreciated the room was prepared for evening when we got back later. The breakfast was delicious, service was all the way excellent, the hotel and our room was very clean. We had a busy day behind us so we had dinner at the hotel restaurant Bonnie’s - which was great too! Only minus: the door opener to our room didn’t work - it creates some problems with a heavy door when you’re a wheelchair user. Also the ramp to our bathroom I couldn’t use myself as it was too steep and close to furniture in our room. My husband had to help me get in and out of our bathroom.

Lovely hotel, really helpful staff

Prime location in the city, close walking distance from the Royal palace, old city. The hotel restaurant is wonderful with the rooms very clean and comfortable with plentiful amenities.
