Nishitetsu Hotel Croom Nagoya

部屋もキレイで快適に過ごすことができました。駐車場は徒歩3分の提携パーキングを一泊、2000円で利用できます。 大浴場は混み合っていましたが、清潔で、長旅で歩いて疲れた身体をリセットする事ができました。フロントのスタッフの方が、とても親切に対応していただきました。

We liked the friendly staff and the clean hotel and rooms. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of Japanese and Western food. The location is close by the subway and a popular restaurant/shopping district. This was my first time using a public bath, and I found the experience relaxing. The hotel offers 1 large hot water pool indoors and 2 smaller pools outside. The locker room area offers free water and other amenities to make the experience comfortable.

Check in is automated. Staff very helpful. Room was a little small. Room was very clean. Overall nice room ,but just a bit small. Would stay again.

The parking was full. I had to park t another parking which was not easy to access.

Onsen has no towels service, laundry in english not clear enough so didn't use such as washing and drying time. Otherwise, great choice.

Room amenities work well for two in a room. Separate shower and sink. Bed is comfortable. Big soaking bath for guests is great experience.

久屋大通駅4番出口すぐ、一階にはセブンあり。大浴場もあり客室も大浴場の脱衣場も清潔で良かったです。 部屋には大浴場へ行く際に持っていけるカゴバックがあって便利だなと思いました。 朝ごはんはビュッフェです。うなぎ、きしめんもあり良かった!種類は多く無いけれど十分です。

This is one of my favorite hotels because of the location and a trains nearby. You're so close to the underground city, many temples and museums. I will always stay at this hotel every time I'm in Nagoya. Especially with the laundry, bath house on the top floor and a pretty good breakfast buffet.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. A great location and friendly staff. Would stay here again!

ホテルの内装、ベッドや水回りはとてもキレイで過ごしやすかったです。 コストパフォーマンスはとても良かったですし、チェックイン・アウトもセルフで気軽に出来る所も良いなと思いました。 一方でエアコンのカビ臭、アロマディフューザーや加湿器にびっしりと埃が溜まっていた点が残念でした。

ユニットバスが苦手なので洗い場付きのお部屋にしましたが、今まで見たことないくらいの赤カビでとても不快でした、、

とても清潔で快適でした。大浴場も綺麗で、露天風呂もあり、とても良かったです。　 ルームカードを室内に残したまま外に出てしまい焦りましたが、フロントでカードキーをすぐに発行して頂き助かりました。 朝食は売り切れが多く、お願いしたら少し待てば出てきましたが、それが少し残念でした。

Beaucoup d'efforts sont mis sur des petits détails tel un coussin massant, une tête de lit avec tablette, ..., ce qui est appréciable, surtout que les chambres standards sont à peine un peu plus grande que des chambres standard d'APA. Propreté très bien, le personnel d'accueil est très serviable et engageant. Les services de l'hôtel sont standard quatre étoiles, le petit déjeuner pourrait cependant être plus convivial. L'emplacement est central.

The shower was great and room facilities was good, including a massage cushion. Had 2 pillows but they weren’t comfortable. It was facing a Main Street so there was loud traffic noises in the middle of the night and other guests around my room were extremely noisy, running around, knocking and shouting to each other. And there didn’t seem to have any sound proofing. Luckily the other guests quietened around 10pm or I would’ve complained.

객실 컨디션은 좋으나 정말 좁아요 지금까지 가본 일본 호텔중 가장 좁은 듯. 위치도 나쁘진 않지만 좀 애매한 편. 지하철역 출구에선 가깝습니다

I reserved two so-called "double comfort rooms." My understanding of "comfort" must not be aligned with that of the hotel management. Each room was very small (even by Japanese business hotel standards). Worse was that there was no real window in either room. Each room simply had a frosted pane of glass that was mainly covered by the sink mirror. The sink is in the bedroom, rather than the bathroom. This means that that room is constantly dark unless the lights are turned on. Moreover, the narrow corridors mean that it is unpleasant to stay in the room during the day as it is impossible to escape the sounds of housekeeping.

Nice location, easy transportation and next to a very lively area, tons of dining/shopping options. Room is tiny. Plenty of washer/dryer in the laundry room. The building is right by the street, but we didn’t hear any noise at night. Smart TV in the room is a nice touch, we were able to watch Harry Potter on Netflix, which is not available in the U.S.

清潔感のあるお部屋で小さいソファにはマッサージクッションがあって快適に過ごせました。 大浴場があるのでシャワーブースだけの部屋を利用したのですが、洗面所が独立していたので使いやすかったです。

The room, though small, is very well designed. You can find just everything you need there. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only setback maybe they do not provide free drinks such as water or coffee at the lobby but, considering the very reasonable price, we cannot ask for too much.

Not clean! The room is small than l think! The reception is not welcome for the guests! We don’t feel comfortable and they have no smile at all 😅

As always, this hotel never fails to meet my expectations. In particular, it is very guest-friendly by agreeing to store my luggage for me till I return to the hotel from a few days' trip to the neighbourhood of Nagoya. Such readiness to help really matters a lot, and can make my side trips much more comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nagoya comfortable. very conv

It’s inexpensive 3-star, but had good reviews, so we chose it for Nagoya after Tokyo. But it was the worst experience in 30 yrs of staying at more than 100 hotels ww. The front desk was not that helpful or friendly. The rooms were the smallest ever with no room for even one luggage. But it was the inflexibility and attitude of the staff! To make a long story short (because there were a few issues before this already), we found the comforter in our friend’s room to be stained with urine on the inside!! Totally incredible they could miss this when making up room for new guests!! She could smell something the first night, but was really tired and thought it was the toilet. But after coming back from touring the next day, smelled it again and looking more closely, discovered it was the comforter!!! What’s more, other than offering to change the room, basically there was no apologies nor offer of compensation of any kind… And to further illustrate their bad attitude, we didn’t include breakfast with our room, but decided to have breakfast. Unlike other hotels where they will just take your name/room # and charge you at checkout, this place required you to go buy vouchers first. Anyway, after the incident with the comforter, the last thing we wanted was to eat here. So the next day at checkout, I asked if they can at least refund our vouchers. But even after our horrible incident, all they can say was sorry, vouchers nonrefundable! That’s how this hotel treat it’s customers!!

My son and his wife had an excellent stay while visiting friends in Nagoya! The staff was super nice and professional, the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. For anyone visiting Nagoya, it is a perfect, convenient spot with plenty of transportation, dining, and shopping options. We will definitely stay here again when in Nagoya!

The hotel staff was very nice. They had good recommendations for food but ended up going with a burger joint nearby. Hotel was clean and the room was good for our trip to Ghibli park.

Located at a strategic location. Walking distance to quite a few main streets and attraction. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to train station.

飯店本身很棒，但旁邊一大區就是名古屋著名的風俗區，帶小孩要注意。晚上不知情時走進去會一直被拉客。

交通方便，飯店轉角就是地鐵出口 隔壁是7-11，對面有薩莉亞餐廳 走路5分鐘就是鬧區，有百貨商場和唐吉軻德

地點好，在地鐵站行5分鐘便到，樓下有7-11，行往商圈只要15分鐘，這邊有很多餐廳，百貨公司，藥裝及購物地方，整體滿意

Enjoyed our stay in Nagoya. The hotel was in a good location close to a major subway stop and allowed us to explore the area easily. The staff was friendly but English is limited so knowing some Japanese helped!

地理位置非常好，旺中帶靜，地鐵久屋大通～4號出口，但是要注意這個4號出口，沒有升降機要行樓梯，如果要坐升降機要去到6號出口！整體來說酒店都很不錯，很新淨！

ホテルに不満は全くなく快適に過ごせました。朝食も迷うほど種類豊富で美味しかったです。 地下鉄出入り口からすぐ近くとても良かったですが下りエスカレーターやエレベーターがなくスーツケースを持って宿泊していたので帰りは大変でした。 つぎは手荷物無しでまた宿泊したいです。

Dieses Hotel liegt direkt am nördlichen Ende des Vergnügungs- und Einkaufsviertels „Sakae“. Dadurch ist Abends alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle „Hisaya-odori“ liegt in direkter Umgebung des Hotels und bietet den Zugang zu 2 Linien. Die Zimmer sind klein aber zweckmäßig und sauber. Die Klimaanlage war einstellbar und brachtebeine sehr gute Kühlleistung. Das Frühstück war klasse und in Büffetform. Sehr Proteinreich mit viel Fisch und Fleisch, sogar täglich wechselnd. Das Highlight war der Aal auf Reis, denn es jeden Morgen gab. Aal ist in dieser Region eine der Spezialitäten.

2回目の利用でした。余計な装飾はなく、清潔感あふれるシンプルなお部屋です。 　14階にある大浴場は混雑状況を部屋のテレビで確認できるので便利でした。 　 　今回、初めて朝食をホテルのビュッフェで摂りましたが質・量ともに満足です。 　最寄り駅の久屋大通駅は地下鉄が2路線使えるのでビジネスにも観光にも便利な場所なのでまた名古屋に行く際には利用したいです。
