Our stay here was amazing. Even though there was no parking on site, there were ample parking within a few mins walk. The room was spacious. Love that there were 2 toilets in the room we selected. The only hiccups we encountered was that we were not issued the rubbish bag for 2 days consecutively even though we placed the rubbish outside the door per the stipulated time. But everything aside, this has to be one of the most spacious, affordable and comfortable stay for a family size of 5!

We arrived at 14:00 and we were told there is a strict check-in at 15:00. We really did not understand why as the room was ready. We thought that it did not make sense as all other hotels are not that strict with that and we were told to come back an hour later without explanation. There is also a strict 10:00 check out - we were out at 10:05 - that was fine, but the Chinese guests that were out at 10:15 got scolded really bad by the clerk so careful about that too. The room cleaning did not happen during the 2 nights we were there. I'm fine with making the dishes, but they don't provide any drying rack so I had to put the wet dishes on the counter putting water everywhere. They should learn a thing or 2 about how and what the Mimaru franchise provides: they provide the right amenities for that. And it could change how the guests view their stay at their hotel. Overall size is good for family, it is quiet and we got a good rest.
