No bells and whistles, However, the he staff was great, very responsive to needs and requests. The shuttle downtown is a fantastic perk, dropping off right where you need to be for shopping and sight-reading. The price was very good as well

There is an odor in the first part of the room. Broken hair dryer. Smelled cig smoke this morning. Loud speaking early in the morning woke me up. Roofers came in and loaded our breakfast items away. They were not guests! We had no breakfast items yesterday. Had to eat out of our ice chest. No OJ! The nozzles are so moldy especially the apple juice. They don't clean them. They would not pass health dept inspection. The ice machine is broken, no ice. Needs lots of TLC. Not Wyndham standards.

There was no pool despite the pictures online. The pictures need to be updated to avoid misrepresentation. The staff was rude. The breakfast bar ran out of food every day we were there and additional food wasn't put out. The room was damaged and there were roaches on the floor.

The property was easy to get to. There was a pool and worout room posted on the wesite. There wasnt a pool on site nor did I see anyigns

Convinient for the Enmark Arena. A shame the free shuttle into the city was not in service during our visit.

The apartment complex next-door was sketchy and had bullet holes in the side of the building. Every morning, when we left our room, we could smell smoke in the hallway. Shuttle transportation that is advertised was not available. Vending machines were out of order. Water pressure in shower was very low. Toilet had pink bacteria ring in it.

Dirty room and strong smell like a wet carpet. My wife had to wipe everything down with lysol wipes. It wasn't just dusty, it was grimy- esp. door knobs, light switches, phone. Fridge had residue we had to clean the whole thing before we could use it. Carpets weren't clean. Room definitely was due for a deep clean. Doors were peeling. Pool advertised was closed.

We are pleasantly surprised. The staff was incredibly nice, it was very clean. Jodi at the front desk was so nice. They have a small breakfast in the morning. Our only disappointment is they didn't have a pool. They do have a complimentary shuttle which you will definitely need to go downtown.

Front desk seemed not to care. The vending machines were broken. Walls were so thin you could hear everything. The pillow was disgusting and so dirty. The bathroom vent was making a loud sounds. The faucet in bathroom was leaking. Toilet was nasty. The only thing decent about this place was that they had a microwave (weak) and and refrigerator. I would have rather paid the extra $30 per night for a better hotel.

It was nice the only thing disapointing is. they showed having a pool, but looked like it was filled in with dirt

Too pricey to not be cleaner. Disappointed in the room. Carpet throughout is old and musty. Signs state extra cleaning fee if you smoke…..hallway, elevator, and room smelled like smoke. Bathroom was not cleaned at all.

This place was horrible. Roaches on headboard, bugs in bathtub. Toilet was dirty. Water leakage and stains on carpet from AC unit. Sticky handprints on headboard, pink stains on sheets.

The hotel was in a decent area, close to historic Savannah. The staff were friendly and responsive. The only issue with the room was cleanliness. It was very dusty and the bathroom was dirty when we checked in. I’m not sure our room was cleaned before we checked in. The breakfast was the same each day but it was sufficient. The breakfast area was never cleaned after people used the tables only after breakfast was done. All in all not bad but a better cleaning would have made my rating higher.

The room was dirty, the toliet paper holder was falling out of the wall, and when turning on the shower the faucet looked like it was about to come out of the wall. Additionally was apparent they did not change sheets in between guests because the beds had dirty sheets and looked wrinkly like they were used. Not worth the money paid

This property was outdated. The carpet in the room was sticky. The bathroom was filthy. The towels that were left for us for bathing, were dingy and discolored not something I wanted to use on my body. On the upside, the staff were incredibly nice and friendly..

The room was very dirty. We couldn’t find the TV remote, so had to look under the bed and there was actually garbage and empty bottles under the beds.

It was the worst.Room dirty,bathroom with hair & urine. I had to go go buy cleaning supplies and reclean the bath room. Also had white spots on the floor.With other issues.

I stayed one night at this location and was attacked by bed bugs!! Bed bug bites on the back of my neck, all over my arms & hands, on my back & stomach..I’m totally dissatisfied and disgusted with this hotel, If I have to travel to Savannah again I will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!! Now I’m worried if the bed bugs got into my clothes!! I’m considering contacting an attorney because I think I should be compensated for this!!😡😡

Desperately needs a deep clean and update. Our room was in poor condition with marks and dirt on the walls and in the bathroom. Outlets damaged. Poor lighting. Furniture chipped and marked. Toilet wobbled when sat on. My husband didn't want us walking on the carpet barefooted. Good points? Well, the bed was clean and comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Less than 10 min drive into Savannah. I wouldn't return. You get what you pay for. Cheap and run down.

Room was absolutely disgusting, I asked for a new one and it was just as bad. Bathroom covered in mold, dust and dirt everywhere, cigarette burns in the bedding. The front desk told me that delivery drivers don’t like going to the rooms to deliver because “people are sketchy here”. I was also told by another front desk associate that the rooms are very old and need to be remodeled. Absolutely gross.

Good service but the room was okay. A little bit on the older side (could use some new paint, TVs, new floor/rug).

The property was decent enough for one night’s stay. But there are some updates that need to happen. There were paint chipping and scuffs on the walls. The toilet seat was chipped. A deep clean and and some cosmetic repairs and updates would do this property a world of wonder. It was literally “clean enough”. Nothing overly bad, but nothing overly good either.

First room I flushed the toilet and it didn't fill back up with water so I checked and the pump wasn't refilling so they gave me a new room which the toilet worked but the TV's speakers were shot couldn't understand anything since there was too much static and the bathrooms walls was stained up and to top it off the hallway smelted of weed

room was "beaten up" with mirror half attached, shades wouldn't close, beds on their last leg, door with crack in it due to banging against locked door. check in was prolonged and took a long time. it was a pretty quiet room except doors slam- need slow closing doors in a hotel

This hotel was very average, but that is what I expected for the cost. It was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable, but there were some concerns with the toilet and the furniture was in rough shape.

The air condition on and off make my night horrible

The water pressure was not always high. Had problems flushing toilet and shower was not much pressure and hot water was random during busy times of usage. The patio could have used some cleaning.

Check in was quick and the woman at the front desk was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only "annoying" thing was that whenever the toliet was flushed, for a minutes after, it made a horrible noise.

The TV in our room did not work so we had to be moved to another room the first night. The rooms were okay but not enough lights. And I’m not sure what was going on the weekend we were there but there was a strong smell of marijuana.

I had scheduled a handicap room for myself and my mother in law. Our room was not handicap when we arrived and we were told they only have one room and it was already booked. The room needed vacuuming and we were told no housekeeper was available but they could call someone in (45 minutes). But because it did not have a handicap bathroom there was no way we could stay. My MIL has MS and needs the side rails for the toilet and the shower. I was told I could not get a refund. But the manager was able to get us a handicap room at a sister company which was locate behind their building. The Lotus. All tile so it was cleaner but it was one bed not two. I was told all handicap rooms have only one bed - if I traveled with a caregiver they may not want to sleep in the same bed! The room had only one chair and it was an office chair with wheels that didn’t lock and the chair was stuck in the lowest position. Again this was a safety issue for my MIL. The management was nice and understanding but they were unable to accommodate us properly. The us was a birthday trip and we ended up leaving early because my mother in law did not feel safe. We were both very disappointed. And again we were not able to get a refund.

We found it comfortable and very clean. Friendly staff.

Terrible customer service refused to work with me on changing reservation. I hope you start helping customers in the future. Would not recommend staying hear until management focuses a little more on customers.

Employees were rude.

The best part of our stay was the vey kind and helpful front desk clerk at check in and check out. She was great! The beds were nice, clean, and firm. The hotel itself was pretty clean. The neighborhood is not the greatest but this place was a good pick to be out of the hustle and bustle of downtown .

Neighborhood looks unsafe

This hotel is comfortable and only a 10-minute drive from the Savannah riverfront, so it's a good stay for the price range. The neighborhood itself, however, although very close to a shopping center with a supermarket, is not very attractive and more on the industrial side.

Everything was excellent after we had to change rooms. The shower didn't work in the first room. The desk clerk immediately put us in a double bed suite. She was very friendly and was on top of everything. The area around was a lttle concerning because people hing around during the nights. But overall, it was well worth the price, quiet and close to SCAD.

Comfortable beds and nice room. Loud homeless people hanging out in parking lot by check-in desk made it feel unsafe at night though.

The property needs a facelift. However, it was clean quiet and inexpensive. Their breakfast is fantastic!

I was disappointed that by 8:30 AM. They were no breakfast left the coffee machine system. They have there also was terrible.

It was clean, quiet and peaceful. My check in wasn’t great, I selected pay at the property and at 33:0pm I’m checking in and they told be that if it is not paid by 3pm that it is charged to the card on file. They were not helpful in changing this to the business card that I needed to use. Also every day I was there, breakfast was not fully available before the ending times. Day 1 nothing but cereal, toast and muffins at 8am. Day 2,3 and 4 didn’t get any better. If breakfast is available until 9am then most of items should be available.

Check in room 233 no ac tried to call office phone doesn’t work. 232 room old tv static always . But the worst is the breakfast.they have 3 tables and no one was there. We know why? Boiled eggs was emerst In nasty water believe me. Watery coffee and juices.👎👎👎

My worst experience yet staying at different hotels. If I could send pictures, I would. The bath tub had mold spots in it along the side of the tub,a strip of siding was missing at the corner of one wall. It wasn’t what I was used to. I f I can help it, I won’t visit another Baymont Wyndham hotel. The hotel needs to be renovated. The food was tasteless, the coffee tasted like hot water with color added. Very disappointing.

Hotel is very deceiving from what you see on line !! Not at all in a good area! In front of shipping port of some sort! Hotel needs an update! Badly! It’s not at all in walking distance to anything if on vacation!! They say hot breakfast!! Premade eggs and frozen sausage patties!! They don’t make enough for the time 6-9am They have cereal, muffins, oatmeal! All though fresh waffle's were the star ! But don’t count on eggs or sausage!! Rooms are not very sanitary, so bring Lysol and disinfectant wipes!! But we will say the morning girls at front desk are very friendly!! Parking is limited! They don’t share With sister hotel next door!! Hotel is not for vacationing folks! More for the local working people!!
