Excellent staff, even after hours security persons was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to my loved ones in the future.

Good location, friendly staff, pet friendly, great value budget motel

There was a lot of activity in and around the parking lot of people engaging in conversation. For my check in, I had to stand outside and talk through a bulletproof glass window to conduct business and do the transaction which made me very uneasy. No security to be seen. The floors in the room were not very clean, the towels smelled stale and sour. The door had a quarter inch gap all around it and the safety catches or guards were disabled. There was no lamp or light at the bedside. And for a handicap room there was no bench or seat in the shower. The room was supposed to be a no smoking room, but you could definitely smell stale cigarette smoke.

This place gets the outdoors cleaned all the time, self towel and bedding change at the office and night security.The morning staff is very pleasant, they have great weakly rates and they allow animals. Maintenance is timely and repairs anything you need.

It is a hotel that has long stays as people live there. Grounds are trashy and people stay up at night smoking and roaming around. Cars come and go all night.

HVAC fan did not work on one unit, did not generate heat in another. “Front Desk” is a window on side of building covered with bulletproof glass which gives you an idea of the overall safety of the property and area. It is used even in daytime. Room was ok if you can get inside safely before dark.

This is an extended stay building predominantly that rents low-quality rooms for roughly $1,800 per month. It should no longer rent to overnight guests. Better yet, demolish it and build something new in its place.

Dogs use the bathroom everywhere. Smells and has a pest problem. Customer service is great! Hotel needs to be shut down for a while and cleaned up

This hotel was a last minute find as I needed housing until I could find a permanent residence. The room was less than spectacular. There were daddy long leg spiders all over the place even after cleaning they still were there and I felt like I killed at least one or two every day. The room wasn't even clean when they offered it to me I had to clean it myself. The linen with suspect with mystery stains and very dingy so I ended up buying my own. The elevator was out of order so I had to load all of my things down the stairs from the third floor. My stay here was less than good and I will definitely never return or recommend this hotel they never even attempted to clean my room during my month's stay.

This place was Great!! Staff was excellent. Room was clean and smelled great. Quiet and outside property was clean as well. The laundry was clean too which was surprising but heartily welcomed. Wish I could do better than 5 stars for this place

The room smelled mold in the room microwave was disgusting and they were cockroaches in my microwave and in my room The bathroom was also disgusting black mold in the bathroom black mold in the window I will never use the hotel ever again it was a waste of money

It was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed at, the towels had stains on them, there was hair in the shower, and finger nails on the bathroom floor. The glass plate was missing from the microwave. The environment was very bad, I didn’t feel safe, and smelled like weed 24/7. I would never ever stay at this place again even if they payed me to.

The beds were so dirty. I took one look at the room and left. Needs a deep cleaning, not acceptable.

The room had roaches, the T.V. did not work. The refrigerator sounded like a lawnmower. music was blasting all times of day not allowing me to sleep and the towels provided were dingy almost still dirty looking so i had to buy my owt

Horrible, the room smelt like cigarettes and mold. The shower was dirty with mold on the faucet. The kitchenette was disgusting. The bed looked as if someone with so much hair has laid in the bed.

Property doesn’t look like pictures and is infested with roaches, room walls damaged, tape was used on the bottom of tub. Place is cleaned properly and people were hanging out all day and night. Smoke detector clearly didn’t work because someone before us was burning incense and it was clearly infested with roaches. The outlets in the room even had roach feces in them and on them. Roaches were on the bed and in the bedroom. I was scared to sleep there and left the same day I checked in. My room door was also kicked in and the latch was broken as well. I took tons of photos because I couldn’t believe the condition of the room.

Stains on the sheets, stain on the towels, shower curtain Was old age dingy. Shower was falling apart, terrible water pressure. Had roaches. At least the fridge worked.

The room was spacious and clean. The lawn areas had loads of dog poop on it. The room had been broken into several times from the look of the busted door molding.

Tv was stuck on demo mode couldn't get menu off screen. Kitchenette sink was leaking. Loose floor tiles grout loose and broken. AC ccasing was broke and rattled. Bathroom door wouldn't shut,scraping floor. Bathroom door handle was rigged on. Walk outside and the smell of Marijuana was absolutely choking. We would have went to another place but there were no other places in our price range with availability on a short notice

The first room they had us in smelt strong of smoke and had no hot water. We then got moved to another room and had the same issue. The walls are so thin u could hear other people talk and their tvs. The shower handle fell off everytime and would peg us in the feet every time. Overall it was horrible and if i wasnt locked in financially i would have just left. We asked for some kind of compensation for all of the issues and got absolutely nothing. Also there is a extra 100 deposite that is not on the site and they dont say anything about it. Worst stay we have ever had in our lives. We went the whole week with hardly and sleep because of all of it

Staff is friendly. Noise can be irritating and limit sleep. Wi-Fi is a hit or miss if you have to connect for work or school. Daily rates and weekly rates are the same unless they're running a special.

The room was a studio with a large refrigerator, a 2 burner cooktop and microwave. The king size bed was comfortable, raise on a frame, but to a height that I could sit on comfortably. There were two chairs, to be used at the long desk under the tv. They were fine for that but not made for sitting to watch the large screen tv. The only drawback was that there were no lamps, sconces or other lights on the night stand, only the rooms overhead light. I like to read before I go to sleep, so had to use my cellphone flashlight and that was not the best.

Staff was helpful...the room felt like you was kinda in lockup. No lamps or phone in room. Bare minimum in room bed was uncomfortable and no extra pullows or blankets

I booked this property while traveling and never checked in. Turns out their office closes (right I’ve never even heard of such!) and this isn’t revealed until after booking is complete. I paid for 2 nights and never stayed here and Expedia would not refund my money. I messaged the manager and of course he never even responded to my message so I highly advise DO NOT BOOK HERE! DO NOT USE EXPEDIA!!! This is a cheap hotel in the hood. Noisy and Parking lot is constantly filled with police. Unsafe and an entire scam. STAY AWAY! DO NOT BOOK HERE! DO NOT USE EXPEDIA!!!

Excellent service from the staff. Helped at every step and even shipped the luggage after two days that was left at the property. Surely recommended.

We were arriving late. Called to confirm we would be late arriving. When we arrived there was no staff in the office. Never got anyone to speak to us by phone or in person. Went to another hotel!

When i got there i had to check in through a window to get my room. After i went into my room there were stains on the blanket and dirt on the floor. I hung my shirts in the closet and the next night i put one on and it smelled like mildew. I then looked in the closet where you hang your clothes and the mildew smell was horrendous. I couldn't even wear any of my shirts. Also when i came back to my room late Saturday night/early Sunday morning my room key wouldn't work. I went to where the front desk was located for some help getting into my room but no one was working to assist me. I called the number they had on the window but no one answered. I had to sleep in my car and wait to the next morning for someone to get there. At 8:30 am on 4-23-23 a young lady showed up. I explained to her my situation and told her that the hotel needed to refund me the money for that night i couldn't use my room. The young lady said she contacted Expedia to request a refund for my 2nd day stay there. She said i would receive a refund. This hotel is one of the worst ive ever stayed in. In my opinion i shouldn't be charged for anything because of it being a horrible stay.

We knew we would be arriving late for check in. There was nothing on the listing about how you can’t do late check ins. I called just in case because we couldn’t find any information. Turns out that the front desk closes at 10:00pm so no late check in. We would have been on the street if we didn’t call ahead. We rearranged everything to be there early. It was a whole ordeal. We had to call Expedia etc… The bad part is that because there was no front desk we couldn’t report disturbances. So this meant no sleep. Place definitely could benefit from cleaning and better curtains.

I was going to be arriving later so I called earlier and told them exactly when I would be there. They assured me it would be ok and would leave me a key with security. Well, I arrived and followed the instructions they had left for me and apparently the front desk person “forgot” to leave my key. Security said that happens a lot. Told me that they owned a second hotel and that I would be able to stay there for the night. Not ideal, but I just wanted to rest at that point. Showed up at the second hotel and was informed they were owned by the same people but they could not see my reservation there so I’d have to pay for the night. I paid and the room they gave me was nightmare fuel. Sticky floors and walls, a bad smell, holes in the walls, dirty sheets, and lots of roaches. I slept in my clothes on top of the blankets and left as soon as it was light. I had booked with Expedia and contacted them about the refund. Well the hotel refused to give me a refund for the night. When I called the property about it they got attitude with me and told me that they couldn’t refund me because I booked through Expedia and it was up to them. Well that is crap because they contacted them and it was the hotel that refused the refund because they claimed I didn’t show up. It felt like a scam. Do NOT book here. Also, if this property is anything like their second property— I’m sure it’s filthy. Save yourself a lot of grief.

Property is central to 2 bus lines 6 which goes across town the 14 which covers the malls between both you can reach good chunk of savannah plus you have conivence of stores within short walk that literly have all you could need of many places i stayed in savannah this by far is best value convience total package

I booked a room through Expedia the pictures they had posted looked okay. I drove to the property and drove through the parking lot looked at it and felt unsafe. Didn't even check in due to felling unsafe. Had to book another room at another motel. Hopefully Expedia make this right

Area was a little sketchy, requested a room change to front of hotel by front desk. Staff was very accommodating. Ended up be very pleased with our stay and price was really great.
