The pool and hot tub were one of the main reasons we chose to book this hotel for four nights. Unfortunately, both were out of service during our stay. This was very disappointing, especially since these amenities played a significant part in our decision to stay here.

Stayed 2 nights

We booked this hotel specifically because of the pool, only to find out upon arrival that it was closed for construction. This was extremely disappointing, especially since there was no notice about the closure anywhere when we booked or beforehand. Had we known the pool would be unavailable, we would have chosen a different hotel. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The room was not properly cleaned, and there were clothes left behind in the bathroom from previous guests, which made us question how thoroughly the room had actually been cleaned. The rooms are also very small, especially if you are travelling with children. We had a crib/playpen in the room, and once it was set up, there was very little space left to move around. Families with young children should definitely be aware of how limited the space is. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Between the pool being unexpectedly closed, the cleanliness issues, and the lack of space in the room, the experience did not meet our expectations. Better communication about the pool closure and more attention to cleanliness would have made a big difference.

Nice hotel, comfy beds. We did not use any of the amenities(no time unfortunately) but overall was nice. Only complaint was that the toiletries were not properly stocked in the room. Our room had 2 mini soaps but only half a mini bottle of shampoo…the other room had no shampoo and no soap, but 1 conditioner. I’m sure we could have called down to have this remedied, but it was a short stay and we just shared our extra soap with our travel companion.

Poor insulation. I could hear all the steps from upstairs as well as the guy snoring! Pool was not available. Gym lacks space and equipment. Guy that checked me in was not helpful.
