Check in was difficult after 24 hrs of travel, we were told we could not be accommodated in the booked room and we would have to upgrade. That was okay, so we paid an additional $100AUD to accommodate 3 x people though upgraded room still only had 2 x single beds so had to push together. Still the reception staff refused to provide a third towel or bottle of water unless we again paid an additional fee. We were provided with any info on the hotel or the surrounding area. Wifi works on and off so not the best if staying for business. The shower was broken and flooded the bathroom floor each time it was used and kept falling down when in use. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. The pool and gym area were great, very clean with toilets and showers available for use. Not a lot around the hotel that was easily accessed with children. Would not stay again or recommend this hotel to family or friends.

we stayed for 6 nights and it was so lovely. the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the buffet breakfast was fantastic, the adjoined spa was amazing and it’s in a great spot where it’s nice and quiet at night. would definitely recommend for anyone else staying in HCMC!

The air conditioner had some terrible smell, but could not keep it off because of the hot temperature. Toilet had the similar smell of fungus, but I wasn't in the hotel most of the times so I didn't complain during the stay. If you are looking at staying at the hotel most times, I suggest you ask for a room without bad fungus smell from both toilet and A/C

거실과 침실이 분리 돼 있어서 좋습니다. 호텔 편의시설 소개에는 비데가 있어서 예약했는데 비데가 없습니다. 창문 방음이 안 좋아 주변 소음이 들려서 귀마게를 하고 잤습니다. 바닥 청소가 깔끔하지 않아 실내화 없이 다니면 발바닥이 더러워 지고 제공되는 실내화가 새 것은 아닌 거 같고 재 사용하는 거 같습니다.

I was a little surprised, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from your neighbour to someone walking down the hallway, and not to mention, road noise. So if you are an light sleeper, this might not be the place for you. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities you need to be comfortable. I would stay here again!

Really good value. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are ok. Shower head is terrible, slides down and can’t keep it steady. In the deluxe room the shower is a very tall bathtub which would not be easy to access by an elder person. Could even be dangerous, rest is very good. Room has good space and lighting. The area outside the hotel is terrible and a bit noisy. But the location is very accessible.. breakfast is terrible. Not cheap. And poor selection. Enjoy the breakfast places around. In conclusion I would stay here again.

La stanza era molto spaziosa e pulita, con letti comodi e grandi. Il personale dell’hotel disponibile e sorridente. L’unica pecca era la doccia nella vasca da bagno che inondava tutto il pavimento del bagno, e la vasca stessa non era molto stabile. Hotel in ottima zona per raggiungere anche a piedi alcuni dei punti turistici della città, e alcune zone con bar e ristoranti.
La stanza era molto spaziosa e pulita, con letti comodi e grandi. Il personale dell’hotel disponibile e sorridente. We had a great stay at the T-Ritz. The location is great (if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk to the main monuments) and the staff at the front desk are so incredibly nice I can’t say enough about them. One of us got ill during our stay (from outside hotel food) and they were so lovely and made sure we were okay the entire time.

We booked a two-week stay here when it was still named Citadines Hotel, but on our second day, they suddenly changed the name to T-Ritz. While the hotel sign was switched overnight, their Google Maps listing wasn’t updated, making it very inconvenient when booking Grab or taxis since drivers couldn’t find the new name. Additionally, the hotel entrance doesn’t face the main street—it’s located behind a bank, requiring guests to take a small path to reach the front door. This caused a lot of confusion for both drop-offs and pickups.

It was a very nice experience to stay here and the breakfast was very nice! We stayed there for two days and there were two different local noodle soups that we can try! Check in was difficult after 24 hrs of travel, we were told we could not be accommodated in the booked room and we would have to upgrade. That was okay, so we paid an additional $100AUD to accommodate 3 x people though upgraded room still only had 2 x single beds so had to push together. Still the reception staff refused to provide a third towel or bottle of water unless we again paid an additional fee. We were provided with any info on the hotel or the surrounding area. Wifi works on and off so not the best if staying for business. The shower was broken and flooded the bathroom floor each time it was used and kept falling down when in use. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. The pool and gym area were great, very clean with toilets and showers available for use. Not a lot around the hotel that was easily accessed with children. Would not stay again or recommend this hotel to family or friends.

The staff was very friendly! Most spoke English way better than expected! The beds and pillows were so soft and comfortable. The room was really clean! The buffet was delicious! The rooftop pool was spectacular! This would be my go to for my next trip to Ho Chi Minh City!

Really good value. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are ok. Shower head is terrible, slides down and can’t keep it steady. In the deluxe room the shower is a very tall bathtub which would not be easy to access by an elder person. Could even be dangerous, rest is very good. Room has good space and lighting. The area outside the hotel is terrible and a bit noisy. But the location is very accessible.. breakfast is terrible. Not cheap. And poor selection. Enjoy the breakfast places around. In conclusion I would stay here again.

we stayed for 6 nights and it was so lovely. the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the buffet breakfast was fantastic, the adjoined spa was amazing and it’s in a great spot where it’s nice and quiet at night. would definitely recommend for anyone else staying in HCMC!
