A cama é muito pequena. Alguns dias tinha que pedir pra fazer ovo no café da manhã, quando era tão simples já deixar pronto, até porque demorava muito. A única coisa que aprovei bastante foi o funcionário da recepção muito gentil chamado DIEGO. A localização é excelente. Mais mesmo assim não pretendo retornar ao Hotel não. Outra coisa , o elevador é muito lento... Resolvi descer pela escada e por ser muito escura levei uma queda! Não pretendo repetir a experiêncexperiência. A localização é excelente! Passamos um final de semana, muito bom no hotel. Equipe de funcionários super educada, quarto espaçoso, tudo funcionando bem. O Hotel é um pouco antigo, mas é confortável. Ao lado da Praça General San Martin, próximo da parada do ônibus turistico Amarelo. O ponto negativo é só não poder parar o carro na porta, nem para embarque desembarque, pois tica em uma rua apenas para pedestres. Se tiver problema de mobilidade, estiver com muita bagagen, chegar tarde da noite, ou com chuva, isso pode ser um transtorno. Fora isso, a Rua do hotel é ótima, cheia de comércio e bares.

A localização do hotel é muito boa. Perto da estação de metrô San Martin, das Galerias Pacífico e com lojas ao redor. O hotel está velho e precisa de uma modernização. Os funcionários são educados e atenciosos. O quarto tem bom tamanho, mas precisa de modernização. Não sei porque tinham pequenas moscas no quarto todos os dias. O Café da manhã é bem simples. Nosso grande problema foi a falta de energia que deixou nosso quarto sem ar condicionado por um dia e uma noite, o que foi bem desagradável, pois estava um calor de mais de 30 graus. Além disso, os elevadores ficaram sem funcionar por. Os parte de um dia. E depois até encerrar nosso estadia só ficou disponível um elevador o que demandava longas esperas para subir para o quarto devido ao fluxo de hóspedes.

Overall, I had a great stay at Howard Johnson Plaza Buenos Aires. The location is super convenient, close to main attractions and easy to get around. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but some of the towels felt a bit old and worn out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Just wish the towels were newer, but other than that, a solid place to stay!

Hotel com instalações antigas, mas atende bem quanto a conforto. Banheiro com banheira que molha o chão todo, pois não há Box, só cortina de plástico. Limpeza poderia ser mais caprichada. O café da manhã é ok, tem variedade, porém os itens não são gostosos. Bolos, pães e croissant são bem massudos e sem gosto. Localização é boa, fácil acesso a diversos pontos turísticos a pé.

I really enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the subway, shopping areas and also breakfast was very nice. I wasn’t happy at all with the wifi signal. But in general we really enjoyed staying at this accommodation.

Rooms are OK. We had to change the room due to noisy family. The room we then got was not better, I believe it was a standard room. Side walls to other rooms are thin and you could even hear noise from the upper floor. Breakfast is standard, it was overall a bad experience.

Hotel bem localizado, na famosa rua Florida, perto da Galeria Pacífico. Vale a pena caminhar até o Porto Madero. Café da manhã bom. Quarto do hotel grande. O ponto negativo foi a cama muito desconfortável! Cama pequena e o colchão afundava do lado da pessoa mais pesada.

The hotel was good but I did not stay long enough to be able to provide an in-depth review. Diego, the person at the front desk during check in, was extremely friendly and helpful. He left a great impression. In contrast, the person at the front desk the morning that I was checking out was unfriendly and rude. When I told him that the shower did not have hot water, he suggested I was lying. The facilities are great but the lack of hot water in a winter morning was disappointing.

We were booked for 2 nights due to a late flight departure. Our flight times changed and we did not need the second night wecontacted the front desk to check out 1 day early they said contact hotels.com and they waived any penalties said it was upto the property. When we checked out 1 day early the property still charged us for 2 nights. Sad you have to rob your customers to make money we have 1 more pre reserved night at this property but after our booking are done we will never be back there

The location of the Howard Johnson's on Florida Street is fantastic. It was an easy walk to many bars, restaurants, and tourist sites like the Obelisk. The staff was very nice snd attentive. They were very happy to help with anything we needed, including money exchange. Their rate was almost as good as the dollar blue rate and we felt much safer than exchanging on Florida Street. The staff recommended Tango Portena as the best Tango show and we LOVED the show. The hotel got us a much better rate than we could get anywhere else, including hotel pick up. We had phenomenal seats and the food was great. Breakfast was included everyday and was fairly good. We ate one dinner at the hotel and we enjoyed it. The hotel is fairly small and a little dated, but the location, staff, and cleanliness more than make up for that. We enjoyed the smaller, more intimate feel. If we had one complaint, it would be that the bed was not very comfortable.

Staff is very helpful at check-in, passionate about helping with local attractions, directions, making reservations to the shows that we liked. Checkout process,arranging Transportation to the airport at the end of our stay is commendable. We are extremely happy with convenience of the location, walk-ability, and close to the park makes this a convenient and economical location. Room is clean and comfortable. watch-out for the HIGH wall of the bathtub when getting out of the shower !

cumple la funcion para una estadia corta. e staba en una habitacion y por que me dijeron que no tenian habitacion mejor que la que me asignaron, realmente esta no parecia una habitacion superior. Tenia habitacion conectada de ambos lados lo cual se sentian todos los ruidos y la vista era pesima, tampoco me dieron la botella de vino que decian de cortesia por ser socio gold. Por lo cual entiendo que los beneficios de socio no existieron.
