This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is immaculate and oozes quality in every aspect. It is in a very central area, right next to the Setas de Seville, with lovely bars and restaurants around. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only small downside was that the parking is 5 minutes walk away, but the hotel managed the parking fees well, with the number plate recognised at exit - very smooth. Highly recommended.

There is no parking and drop-offs and pickups can be challenging

Great location right next to the Setas de Sevilla and close walking distance to all the historic attractions that Seville has to offer - and there are many. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. Lovely breakfast with a great choice of fruits; meats; pastries and cooked eggs. We visited the rooftop bar and pool on our first day but found the latter to be small and the water quite cold. Our room had a view over the city and was of ample size. The only downside was that there was quite a bit of late night street noise with people coming out of a night club close by up to 4:30am and beyond. Fortunately, the double glazing provided effective sound proofing if you don’t mind keeping your windows closed. All in all, we were more than very happy with our choice of hotel and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful property, located in the middle of everything! Fair warning, if you have a car you’ll have trouble finding parking.

Lovely hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are spacious - as are the bathrooms, which are modern and well furnished. Many are situated round Moroccan style riad courtyards. Top floor terrace with bar and pool (more plunge than for swimming) is fabulous with great views over the Metropol Parasol. Location is great with a lot of bars and restaurants within a five minute walk while most of the major places of interest eg Alcaza Palace and Seville Cathedral are with a 15 minute walk along almost exclusively pedestrianised roads. We visited in Mid October when temperatures were circa 26 to 28 degrees. Taxi rank a three minute walk away. Would thoroughly recommend

Absolutely loved this hotel, favourite place on recent road trip in Spain (stayed in 4 different hotels). Facilities were excellent. Loved the industrial meets comfort style of room decor. Had a room which had a juliet balcony overlooking the Setas. Noisy area but couldn't hear a thing when windows closed. Loved laying in bed at night looking out at the lights under the Setas. Bathroom was well eqipped and loved the lighting options. Didn't have breakfast but restaurant was busy each morning and options looked good. Staff were very helpful and happy to fill my water bottle with cold iced water every morning before we explored the city in 35°C heat. Enjoyed the roof top pool area and bar each evening. Drinks were well made and fab views when relaxing before or after dinner. Definitely would recommend and we will stay here again on next trip to Seville

Lovely boutique style hotel. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast and rooftop terrace. Pool is a plunge pool rather than a swimming pool (we did not use and found it quite amusing from the photos).

Very clean cozy and cute hotel. It looks simple yet it has all luxury services you need. The rooftop bar has the view of Aetas de Seville and has an amazing pool you can use.

Hôtel très propre, calme et central car proche de tout à pied. Beaucoup de petites attentions (rasoir, brosse à dents, tisanes, cafés...) dans la chambre. Vaste chambre très bien équipée. Personnel très agréable.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich super. Man kann die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen und auch der Ausblick von der Dachterasse ist wirklich schön (besonders bei Sonnenuntergang). Leider hatten wir mit unserem Zimmer wohl das größte Pech. Unser Ausblick war der Blick auf eine Wand und wenn man genau hingesehen hat auf eine Plastiktüte die an der wand hing… Wir sind schon davon ausgegangen keinen Blick zur Straße hin zu haben, aber der Blick auf eine Wand führte doch zu ziemlicher Verärgerung. Die anderen Innenhöfe waren um einiges größer und freundlicher. Wir konnten leider nur erahnen wie der Himmel über uns aussieht aus dem Zimmer heraus und auch lüften war unmöglich, da es in dem Innenhof stickig war. Nachdem wir nach einem besseren Zimmer gefragt hatten, wurde uns nur ein Upgrade für 30€/Nacht angeboten. Leider haben wir für die insgesamt 3 Nächte die wir dort waren kein anderes Zimmer bekommen (auch nicht für eine Nacht). Viel mehr wollte man uns das Zimmer gut reden, da es ja schön still sei… Das Zimmer selbst war auf den ersten Blick (ausgenommen der Blick aus dem Fenster) schön und farbenfroh. Allerdings wies es ein paar Gebrauchsspuren auf. Der Nachttisch hatte eine abgebrochene Ecke, welche drangeklebt wurde. Zudem hatten die Vorhänge Flecken und wir haben leider mehrere Ameisen um unser Bett und im Bad herum gesehen. Leider war das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut und wir würden das nächste Mal wo anders hin.

Überall Ameisen im Zimmer, Bad/WC bietet fast kein Platz, Kühlschrank hatte kein Platz für eigene Getränke zu deponieren

Located in the center of Sevilla is this beautiful hotel. There are a few parking lots located within 3-5 minute walk from the hotel, all about 22 euro a night. The front desk worker was very kind, and checked us in quickly. First impression was modern, clean, and COOL. The air conditioning throughout the hotel and our room, was top notch. The decoration was modern, yet timeless. And the room was very clean. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, and it offers room service. We did order something downstairs not knowing this, and they insisted they bring it up. Everyone we came in contact with was super friendly. When we requested a pillow, it was quick to arrive. I left a note for housekeeping to give them a thanks for their hard work, and as we left the next day, she stopped us to thank us. The area around the hotel was easy to walk and had so many options. Plus, there is a small pool and bar up on the roof that has great views of the city. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

We just loved our stay! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and also nice and spacious. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. the roof top area was lovely and relaxing and the pool very refreshing. Would definitely recommend!

Casa de Indias is located opposite "the mushroom," a combined market, historical site (Roman ruins), and viewpoint. The square around the hotel and "mushroom" is a busy one with several eating options. It is located about a ten to fifteen minute walk from the Alcazar. The hotel was immaculate, the staff friendly, and the breakfast choices fine. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Only good things to say about this hotel and it is recommended.

We stayed 2 nights the other day when they came for cleaning, it wasn’t cleaned really, Toilet condition was same as the day before not cleaned the day after and they only made the bed , location is amazing! Pool isn’t as good and it cold but rooftop is cute

Lovely stay in this beautiful and well located hotel. The rooftop terrace bar, pool area and breakfast were all excellent. Staff were also helpful and professional. The only negatives I can give is that the street noise, particularly in the early hours when rubbish was collected, woke me on more than one occasion. Our room was also quite narrow which made bathroom access a little awkward.

Zimmer zum Innenhof sind quasi "Innenkabinen" ohne Fenster. Da der Gang noch vor den Zimmern verläuft hat jeder dauerhaft den Vorhang zu - es gibt eh nichts zu sehen. Sonst alles super, auch das Frühstück top.

Loved the location right next to the Setas and a short walk to the cathedral, alcazar, and countless great restaurants. The staff were helpful, everything was clean, and the rooftop bar was really nice (except it closes early). Our room had two windows, but both looked out to narrow corridors so you couldn’t see sunlight or the sky from them. Only one of the windows opened, and just barely. On the plus side, this meant that it was quiet and dark for sleeping.

El hotel está muy bonito con una decoración muy cuidada. Está muy bien ubicado frente a las Setas de Sevilla y en una zona de muchos comercios, restaurantes y lugares de interés de la ciudad. El único inconveniente es que, al estar en una plaza, los taxis no llegan hasta la puerta y hay que caminar con las maletas. Pero hay una estación de taxis muy cercana. La habitación muy amplia y con camas juntas muy cómodas. El baño un poco reducido. Sobre todo el área del lavabo, ya que no cuenta con área en la cubierta para colocar cosas. El desayuno nos pareció elevado de precio y no desayunamos allí, pero hay opciones en la plaza. El personal muy amable y servicial.

We were greeted by friendly staff after our long walk from the parking garage. Our room was beautiful. Large size and great bed. Wonderful location to stay and then get around town. Highly recommend.

Très bel hôtel en plein centre ville et à 10 min à pied de la cathédrale et de l’Alcazar. Lits et oreillers très confortables. Bémol : toilettes non équipées d’un balai à toilettes!? Chambre sombre sans lumière du jour (une unique fenêtre donnant sur rien!). En plus, l’insonorisation de cette unique fenêtre était très mauvaise car nous entendions les clients du bar de la terrasse. Néanmoins, c’est un excellent hôtel mais prévoir de prendre une chambre avec balcon ou vue sur Las Setas pour une meilleure luminosité de celle-ci.

The hotel is in a great location - central to all the key sights which are within walking distance. Staff are pleasant but for us our trip was spoilt by the room. We had booked a courtyard facing room but the room we received had a small window facing a brick wall. As a result it was dark, depressing and like being in a cupboard. Even in bright sunshine we needed the lights on all the time. When we raised this with staff, they were apologetic but unresponsive. I feel that we were mis-sold the room (which I would never have booked had I known) and in all honesty it spoilt our trip. Very disappointing.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location! Staffs were all very helpful and nice. My daughter left her cellphone in the taxi and the staffs helped us to call the driver and we found it! It was so nice. Also they helped us getting train tickets and gave us helpful info around area. Spacious room and bed. Highly recommend! Bring your hair mask or conditioner. No conditioner at the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and willing to help out, especially Antonio. Location excellent, towards the cathedral was the touristy area and in the other direction were excellent local restaurants and parks. Would definitely stay here again.

Antonio at reception along with Virgen were the best!! Antonio especially made my stay in Seville so comfortable and memorable!!

Hotel localizado numa praça muito movimentada e que conta com um ponto turístico (Las setas). A cidade tem muitas praças e locais muito bonitos, talvez escolheria ficar próximo a outra praça menos cheia, apesar deste hotel estar bem localizado e com fácil acesso a tudo a pé. Não conta com estacionamento e está numa rua de pedestres, todavia, táxis passam e param na porta do hotel para descarregar malas. O hotel tem quartos variados, alguns melhores que outros. O café da manhã é bem variado e muito organizado, os rapazes que atendem são muito simpáticos e eficientes. A recepção normalmente só tem uma pessoa atendendo, o que, muitas vezes, nos deixa por algum tempo esperando. De toda maneira, um ótimo hotel, recomendo!

Wir waren im Großen und Ganzen mit der Einrichtung ganz zufrieden. Es war sauber, die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und Handtücher gewechselt. Die Lage war sehr sehr gut man kommt überall schnell hin man hat einen kleinen Markt vor der Tür eine Sehenswürdigkeit und Flamenco Show die es aufheben Fall wert war. Negativ fanden wir: - sie hatten keine Pantoffeln dafür das sie eiskalte Böden hatten - Zimmer Service anbieten und dann nichts ausführen können fanden wir nicht so toll… zumal hatte ich zum Geburtstag meiner Mama Frühstück gebucht und Blumen (kamen nie an sie hatten lediglich 2 Pralinés hingelegt das war’s) Bei der Rückfrage nach dem Frühstück war die Dame am Empfang 1 nicht sehr auskunftsfreudlich noch gewillt mir zu helfen trotz der Mail die ich ihr gezeigt habe … naja das hat uns schon sehr enttäuscht für ein 4 Sterne Hotel… dann macht ein Apartment auch

I truly loved this hotel . Will definitely stay here again . I want to thank Antonio at the front desk he was amazing! Warm smile from the moment we walked in . The gentleman at the bar he was also very nice . Both of them from Sevilla so they gave us excellent recommendations . The hotel is in the heart of the city within the “Las Setas “ sculpture. Definitely I’ll be back to Sevilla and staying here again .

First off, I want to applaud the staff and the reception (especially MJ). They were the kindest people and most helpful making my visit to Seville special. MJ outlined a map beautifully for us that helped us navigate everything in a simple way. The room and it’s fixtures were just so well done that it made like you were at home. The hotel may be located near the plaza and monument, but it’s worth it - as everything is walkable! Also the breakfast was really filling with several options to choose from. Highly recommend folks to stay here if they are able!

We've just returned from five days at Hotel Casa de Indias and loved it. The hotel is right opposite Las Setas, with many dining and drinking options nearby or within a short walk. We had a standard double room, facing the inner courtyard. We didn't mind not having a view of the outside as we were only really there to sleep. The hotel has a fantastic rooftop terrace and bar with views over the city. There's also a small plunge pool, perfect for cooling off after long walks through the city. We chose not to eat here but there is a vast choice of eateries and supermarkets within easy reach. The staff we met were very friendly and we were made to feel welcome from day 1. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again.

The good bits..Great hotel, central location with loads of great restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Fab rooftop bar and plunge pool. Rooms are large and clean . All toiletries provided including toothbrush , toothpaste , shaving kits etc . Staff are very helpful . A few niggles :Storage ok but not enough hangers for clothesl, views from room a little disappointing (301) onto a walled corridor !

I will come back here without a doubt!! The ladies at the front desk were friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay great!! Kudos to them the customer service was Outstanding!!! Highly recommend this hotel, it is close to everything, their breakfast buffet had made to order eggs and a variety of fruit, breads, meats cheese, and drinks. If you are ever in Seville, this is the hotel to stay in.

Hotel très bien placé dans le centre de Seville. Il est tres propre et très agréable. Le personnel est toujours accueillant et souriant peu importe l'heure. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est petit mais ils proposent des produits de qualités. Tres belle terrasse bar même si la piscine est petite.

¡Mis días en Sevilla fueron increíbles! No sólo por la ciudad sino como hotel. El personal fue muy atento.. me recomendaron restaurantes de la región, el desayuno impecable, la habitación limpia y espaciosa. Además de tener una excelente ubicación, existen varios atractivos turísticos cercanos. Me alojaría de nuevo en este hotel y lo recomendaría! Meus dias em sevilla foram incriveis! não só pela cidade mas como o hotel. O staff muito atencioso, me indicaram restaurantes na região, o café da manhã estava impecavel, quarto limpo, espaço. Além de possuir uma excelente localização proximo há varios pontos turisticos. Voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel e indico!
