Very clean, friendly staff, quiet. I asked for a fan in room when I booked the room and it was there. My only two complaints are the pool was over chlorinated and the tv channels kept going out.

Check in & check out were smooth. Room was clean. That's where the positives end. The pool was ice cold & unusable. The ice machine on our floor was empty. There were ants in our room that were crawling on food & beverages. The room above ours allowed their kids to stomp around lime elephants and slam doors until after midnight, and the room across from ours seemed to be throwing a party. Would not return.

First & Last time at this chain. First, the positives…the employees I encountered were very nice and the hotel and room were clean. The negatives…we had both no television and extremely poor internet. I asked about the tv on Thursday and was told it would be fixed by 8pm. It wasn't. Still didn’t work on Friday so We ended up buying a Roku stick and using our phones as a hotspot. The tv finally came back on Sunday-the day we left. Even once the tv was back, the remote buttons did not all work. The dryer was broken and so was the ice machine. Breakfast was not great. Eggs were sitting in a puddle of water. This hotel had so many great reviews- so I’m extra disappointed with our experience. It was not even close. Probably fine for a quick overnight.

The pool is small, no hot tub. Broken gym equipment. Breakfast is the same every day. Rooms are small. They were clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. Dryer was broken but the amazing girl at the front desk dried our clothes for free and even delivered them back to our room. Hotel is outdated and needs a refresh.

The property is in the midst of renovations which will be beautiful when completed. Our room was newly renovated. so it was lovely. The lobby and the kitchen were done as well. Also very nice. Breakfast was delicious. The server very pleasant and the staff at the desk during the day were very helpful and accommodating. It is at the airport, so not much they can do by way of ambience outside. But very convenient to shopping and food options.

The property was okay - a bit dirty in the bathroom, nothing like stains or hairs left in the shower, rather just areas that appeared worn and neglected. There was a strong storm that rolled in the evening of our stay - the window started leaking significantly. At this point, it was 1 am in the morning - not worth switching rooms. The pools chlorine levels were very high - we didn’t last too long with burning eyes. The front desk attendants were kind and friendly. The breakfast had a lot to offer.

This hotel has potential, but there were too many issues with my stay. In the first room they gave me, the temperature control on the heater wasn’t working. So, they moved me to a nicer room, but it had an even more substantial issue. The toilet ran all of the time, and when it tried to fill the tank again the pipes in the wall made a very loud hammering noise. This would happen every half hour or so. I had to turn the water off to the toilet during the night to stop this from happening. It’s hard to miss, so I can’t possibly believe they are not aware of it. Another smaller annoyance was the ice maker was running but didn’t have any ice. I tried both in the evening and the next morning with no luck. On the positive side the room design was nice, everything was very clean, and the breakfast was good. If they did a better maintenance job the rating would be a 5.

The hotel was fine. It was clean and tidy and breakfast was pretty good. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel, particularly the hallways, had a musty smell. The room was in pretty good condition, but it was missing pillows and a blanket for the sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I know sofa beds are never great, but this was a really thin mattress and I could feel every metal support beneath it. My mom and daughter slept in the main bedroom of the suite and that bed seemed really comfortable.

We had left a can of soda in the back bedroom and found ants crawling on the sofa when we returned a few hours later. Room 116. Other than that, the stay was pretty good. The suite was pretty much just a “door” between the sitting area and the bedroom, but it did afford some quiet I guess. Breakfast was the same both mornings, eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy, plus the usual waffle makers and breads and cereals. Could have used some bacon and hot sauce. Staff were very nice all around. Easy access to the area and especially the airport if you need it.

This hotel was the most terrible place i have ever stayed..it is Pet Friendly and by the second night we were heavy on allergy meds which ruined the whole trip, on the second night the dog smell was so horrible, we slept in the parking lot in our rented Subaru outback..we noticed other people were sleeping in their car as well. If pets stay in the rooms there is no way you can clean the dog hair 100% ... then you need to offer clean from pet hair rooms. Totally ruined a trip to Chicago and wasted money that we work so hard for to save.

Upon check in I was told a different credit card was used found out he checked me into someone else’s room. Shower had hair in it and chipped base wall out not screwed in correctly and missing screws overall appearance was old hotel with attempted updates

Well lit parking lot, friendly staff and while the building is older they definitely have tried to keep it updated. Found toothpaste in our sink upon arrival and stains on the comforter along with hair. Hair on bathroom floor. We didn’t complain as it was minor and I always wipe things down for this reason. Hotel could benefit from better cleaning and random checks of rooms. I see this a lot traveling. It’s unfortunate though.

The tv was analog. I have stayed at many hotels over the past years. This is the first time I have been given an analog tv and not digital content. As a result, I will not stay at this property again. I will also refuse to stay at any of your other properties that do not have at least a digital tv.

Rooms very clean. Location excellent for our needs. Pool was nice. TV service totally unacceptable. This is 2025 guys not 1990. Direct TV really. No service 3 of the 4 days we we were there. BAD!

Internet was very poor even late at night. Not much better in the lobby. Children were running up and down the corridors after midnight and their families were rather noisy. Night staff ignored all of this noise. Breakfast was spoiled by some very loud guests who made it very difficult for non family members to enjoy their breakfast.

Check out time is 12:00. I have housekeeping knocking at my door MULTIPLE times at 11:30 even after yelling back that I’m still occupied, and my DND sign is even on my door handle. 11:50 I’m bringing my stuff down to my car; I have to make 2 trips because I can’t carry everything. As I’m coming back up from my 1st trip down, housekeeping is already in my unit at 11:53. Like hello?? I have my belongings in there still and I’m not even checked out yet. Do better. This was very upsetting.

The lobby and rooms are nicely updated aesthetically, but you can see that the building is over and most of the updates were cosmetic. We had a terrible rain storm and our window was leaking all night. I showed the front desk person and he just looked and did not really offer any solutions. Thankfully we had no more rain. Breakfast was only just basic

They say the provide a shuttle to the airport, it is a taxi which would be fine for 1 or 2 people but not 6 as we had which they knew. Had to make 2 trips, not convenient at all!! Especially no notice until they showed up!

We weren't sure if we should book at the front desk or online so we went to the front desk first. The person there point blank told us they were booked. I was, obviously, surprised since I had just been looking at booking options online. I told her this and then after doing something on the computer she told us that she guessed there were rooms open. I asked about any discounts and she said just to book through Expedia for the best deal. So we did. All was fine but it was just a little strange and off putting initially.

Loved my stay here. It’s a little off the beaten path but 2 min drive to Veterans Parkway- main road through town. Staff is lovely and the whole place is just comfortable and clean and a great stay.

The beds were comfy my 2 girls slept very well. The carpets definitely needed updating. But mostly we were there for 3 days. All 3 days were the same breakfast options. I know there are other cost effective items. You need to change it up. This is the second time staying with you. I probably won't be back.

Overall, this is very good property. It appears to be family-owned and everybody was pleasant and helpful. Two issues: (1) Room 205 had the overflow cap on the tub off and set aside on the tub corner. Not a big deal but it was unsightly and a bit disgusting. It needs a screw to be fixed. (2) We stayed on a Sunday night and it was very sparsely occupied. Although we came during the "open" hours for the "free" breakfast, it was pretty meager, eggs and sausage needed to be refilled. I\'m betting the week days are much better. Overall, it was a good stay. - a STRONG 4

The cost of the room was MUCH higher (almost double) when I booked it a week in advance than cost available the day of our stay. The front desk staff yawned the entire time we were checking in. The hotel was very empty and we weren't offered any preference regarding room location. The breakfast was VERY bad -- lumpy gravy, cold eggs & sausage, and very low quality selection (white bread, wheat bread, plain bagels) & nothing fresh.
