Leider müssen wir eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben.Das erste Zimmer das wir erhalten haben war die Toilette defekt. Man hat uns dann ein anderes Zimmer gleich gegeben. Vom Regen in die Traufe,nett ausgedrückt. Das Zimmer roch nach Rauch und es waren Zigarettenausdrückerspuren im Plastik des Waschbeckens und im Teppich zu sehen, obwohl Nichtraucher Hotel. Dreckige Wände,sah nach explodierter Colaflasche aus und die Krönung war,dass Glasscherben,Dreck und irgendwelche Pillen unter dem Polster der Sitzbank lagen.Ach ja Socken vom Vorgänger lagen auch noch herum (alles in Bildern festgehalten)Da wir spät eingecheckt haben, wollte man sich am nächsten Tag drum kümmern, aber als wir nachmittags zurück im Hotelzimmer waren mussten wir mit entsetzen feststellen das nichts gemacht wurde außer das Bett.Also nochmal beschwert und dann wurde wenigstens grob die Sitzbank gereinigt und uns 1 Bier ausgegeben das wars. Beim auschecken nicht nochmal eine Entschuldigung für den versautrn Urlaub. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Den Haag nicht nochmal dieses Hotel.

I stayed at the Ibis Hotel in Den Haag. The location is very good, close to everything you need, but unfortunately it was not quiet at all. You can hear people’s voices through the night, which makes it hard to rest. The room also had almost no facilities — no tissue, no bottled water, nothing extra. It felt very basic for the price.

The stay was okay, but we have experienced a small problem, by losing our cellular phone. And the help was very limited, the hotel has security cameras, but they weren't very cooperative with this. The parking locations are very far away, at least 4 to 10 minutes. Also, at first I was instructed to park by the hospital, and the instruction wasn't very good, night in an unfamiliar street and dark, the first time you don't know where you are going. Also, we had an issue with how to pay at that parking lot.

Ik vond niet al het personeel even vriendelijk. Een kopje koffie was soms al wat te veel gevraagd in de ochtend. Kamer was prima en mooi ingericht. Ik keek ook fijn weg op de gebouwen in het centrum. Ligging van het hotel ook super zo in het centrum. Bed werd opgemaakt/recht getrokken en handdoeken gewisseld maar dat was het dan ook wel.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Städtetour und um ans Meer zu fahren. Zimmer war sauber und eurde auch täglich gereinigt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkhaus direkt am Hotel, 10 Minuten Fussweg weiter ist es etwas günstiger. Online Vergleich lohnt sich.
